Very professional reception/scheduling office when I called to set up an inspection. 2. Derek and Chris showed up at my house ONTIME and did a full inspection of my AC and Heat system. They checked the coolant levels and basically told me that everything looked fine. The reason my upstairs bedroom was not cooling off on hot days is because I do not have an attic fan in my attic. They could have tried to sell me a flurry of BS things to cool the bedroom but instead they gave me solid professional advice and ways to get the most out of my AC until I have an attic fan installed.
