However, both were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my things as they moved their equipment throughout my apartment. When they needed to unplug my stuff, or plug in their equipment, Randy always made sure he asked me first and also explained what needed to be unplugged and why. Then, Randy made sure everything was plugged back in before he left! (Very nice attention to detail!) Randy did most of the work while he taught Brenden and walked him through the process and use of the machinery. Randy was thorough in his work and patient with his trainee and I know first-hand that that takes both mastery of the job and advanced interpersonal skills, so I tip my hat to Randy! (Well Done!!) I was amazed at the speed in which they completed the work and my carpets were beautiful and bright again and the color in my designer floor rug was restored! It literally looks brand new! His work ethic and attention to detail are nothing short of extraordinary. He constantly goes above and beyond the job he was hired for. A few months ago, I noticed one of my gutter covers on the ground, so Cody took it upon himself to check my entire gutter system and make sure every single cover was securely screwed down--something that wasn't even on his schedule for the day. To top it off, he encountered a active wasp nest while working on the roof. What was suspicious was that I received a quote for a new HVAC less than an hour later and several more later. Before discovering the emailed quote, I requested the tech clean the new system on a later date. This was a little over a month ago. Today, both systems are blowing hot air. Coincidently both HVACs stopped at the within days of each other. If I buy new HVAC's, it won't be from an organization where one system was fine and supposedly the serviced HVAC found no leaks. Just because they call you SIR, does not mean they have your best interest in mind. I do not recommend this company.

I checked the air filter and they were pretty clean. When he finished, he left the thermostat at 77f and the light on in the apartment. He checked the other unit which I don't use much. It heats/cools a sunroom which is about 450sf. The fan continually runs so he thought it might need a new thermostat. That was ruled out but he left the old thermostat hanging about 3" out of the wall. I didn't realize until the next day, he left the unit at 68F running Emergency Heat. OMG! However, they suggested replacing the unit with $7000 new unit bc the current unit is "old" (it heats and cools fine).
