Took almost two months from starting to call them, to get them to call me back, and then to get on their schedule (in hindsight I should have switched to someone else but unfortunately stuck with the dealer's recommendation). Eventually, they came out and got the insert installed but the custom surround did not fit correctly and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They basically told me it looked fine even though it didn't fit as contracted or designed. Further they said if I didn't like it I would have to determine if I wanted to order another custom surround or get a stone mason in and then get straight with the dealer, then they would come back and adjust and finalize the install. I got a stone mason to shave some stones to get the unit to fit but could never get these guys to answer the phone and finish the job. Called them probably 25 times over three weeks and left messages. Didn't give them 1 star because the install was ok except for the surround but I would never use them again from the sheer frustration in dealing with them. There are other good folks out there who are reliable, easy to work with and take pride in their work. These guys aren't reliable or easy to work with and clearly don't take pride in their work.

I used a highly rated company (C1) found on Yelp in the spring to turn on my boiler. They…read morecouldn't. They told me that I had to have the gas company to turn the gas on. They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!
