When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. Throughout the process he was friendly and patient, working through the problem, rather than taking the easy way out and just quickly "scheduling a tech for repair". Great customer support!

He mounted it a little lower than the old doorbell so it shows the whole porch, not just faces, and set up the app on my phone and my husband's before he left. Since then it's caught two deliveries left out in the rain, which let me file claims. It also caught one guy who picked a box up, saw the light come on, and set it back down, so I've never had to actually confront anyone.

Abdallh visited my home to take a look at what I had and explore what I was looking for then got back to me a few days later with a couple of proposals (good, better & best basically). It wasn't just installing some speakers though because I had a few custom asks such as moving and hiding wires in walls & cabinetry. He did a fantastic job and my place now looks and sounds waaay better. Highly, highly recommend this company. Side note, I called several other companies including some of the bigger players in the area, whom didn't even bother to respond or couldn't figure out how/when to schedule. Don't let them waste your time and just call Abdallh.

Desperately needed someone experienced in installing Google Nest devices (2 Thermostats, 1 Hello Doorbell, and 2 Mini speakers) before she got home. I received limited replies, and the few I did receive had absurd pricing and was not able to do the installation in the time I needed it done. Even though 'Wired Up' had no reviews at the time, they were the only provider who responded with an honest quote and were able to fit me into their schedule. Andrew came onsite, and quickly got to work with the installation. Unfortunately, he ran into several obstacles (not his fault) with my wireless internet and the Nest devices not communicating properly. Instead of dropping the problem in my lap to deal with, he stayed for several hours troubleshooting my wireless issues until he got everything resolved so the Nest devices could communicate properly. Words can't even describe the level of professionalism and customer service provided to get this accomplished! Needless to say, Andrew was able to get everything installed successfully, and my wife was completely overjoyed with the new home automation. We picked a date/time and asked for (1) Flat Mount and (1) Swing Mount and they had the parts at a reasonable price. Constant communication up to arrival, which was great. Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. The swing arm mount is perfectly placed and moves smoothly. It is just what I envisioned and hoped for and no mess. Marcus gave us the different payment options, price was as quoted with no changes.
