This is by far the best Discount Tire I have ever been to. My tire popped as I was driving and this was the nearest location to where I was at. One of the sales guy came up to me and completely took care of everything. He showed me different prices and worked with my budget at the moment. Called beforehand to see how busy they were, they said if I came in right now they could rotate my hours within 45 min to an hour. Came in & they quoted me the same time slot. Ended up having to wait 2+ hours. Staff is friendly but this experience is making me never want to return to this location. They are obviously very understaffed. In the last 10 years I've put full sets of tires on at least 6 cars. And I've used Discount Tire every time. This time it was wheels and tires on my newish Prius C. Had to do something to try and make it look a little sexier. I know, only so much you can do to help a Prius C look sexier. I bought the tires and wheels on a Black Friday deal and got over $300 in rebates. I couldn't pass that up. Only complaint is I've had to come back twice in 2 weeks because two of the tires are making my sensor light come on every 5-6 days. They got me in right away to see what the problem is and I have no doubt they'll figure out what the problem is and make sure it gets fixed right. They will go out of their way to help whenever they can. I took a friend of mine there because she had an issue with a tire. Turns out she had not bought the tire there but they helped her out, no charge. I took my Packard in there to have some hubcaps put on. Two had fallen off on a road trip. I wanted to make sure it was put on right, everything was tight so they would stay on since these hubcaps are not easy to find. This was my second experience with this location. I have been a steady customer of America/Discount Tires for over 20 years. The staff is super friendly and professional. They are super busy and fast. The 1st time was for a tire rotation, the 2d time was for installing 4 new tires. They work so hard and fast. Both times, my tires were underinflated by 3-4 psi, which means in early cold mornings, my TPMS warning light comes on. The 2d time, I was watching through the big window as my van was right there. They had so much trouble removing the old tires. They used that pry-bar non-stop, until one of them repositioned the lower bottom clamps in order to securely grab the wheels. They used that white grease lube by the pound. They are very rough with the wheels and make contact with their guns and tools. When all done, my wheels were not cleaned. There was white lube everywhere and my wheels are all damaged. This is no a cheap cargo van. It is a $ 85,000 RV van with fancy wheels. They are scratches and outside rim damages. They did more damages than 23500 miles of driving around the country. I give them credit for being very friendly and trying their best. And they are so young, the average young man doing the work must have been 19 years of age. Basically, these young fellows are rushed and have little experience, a disastrous combo for good results. I paid $130.00 for the installation. I think I could expect 1st rate results for that price. Didn't happen. read more

They scheduled an appointment for me the following day, and within 90 mins my car was ready for pick up. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Also, what I like about Discount chain is they fill up your tires for free and quickly. I have had GREAT experiences with every other Discount Tire I've been at, but this one is unfortunately an exception. I brought my car in with a semi-flat tire, and was told it would be about a two hour wait. It was (no problem), then they sent me a text message saying "Your vehicle is now ready." Okay, great. So I went back in (after Uber-ing home) to pick it up and the manager who helped me seemed as confused as me when he read the notes, "Put on spare as tire is split." ...Nothing more. Okay. I have the warranty on my tires, so asked, "So, can you put a new tire on?" The gentleman kindly looked up the tire, found they don't have it in stock. Okay. I inquired as to whether he can order it. He looks it up. He can! Okay, so I ask how soon he can get it. He looks it up. Tomorrow! Okay. I ask what time they receive these tire orders. Between 9am and 12pm. Great! No word the next day at 12:25pm, so I call. They inform me they JUST got my tire in. Great! So you can put it on my tire, then I can bring my car back in and have it put back on? Yep, they say, it's about an hour and a half to hour and 45 minute wait, so they'll put me in line and I can go ahead and bring my car in a bit later. Great! I come in an hour later, at 1:30, so I'm ready to have that thing put on in plenty of time, since my tire should already be in queue. 3:30 (!) rolls around (we're at a 3 hour wait, for those playing along at home), and it's FINALLY DONE. Mind you, they are very polite here and offer cold bottled water. These things matter! But goodness gracious, be ready to wait an incredibly long time for you car with poorly-estimated wait times. They seem to be very busy. I get that. But it seems like ALL of their locations are, and somehow this doesn't happen. TL;DR: Avoid this location. Go to another Discount Tire. read more

I've always had good experiences at other Discount Tire locations, not this one though. Here is list of things they did to frustrate me & they could potentially do to you too: - Didn't transfer previous owner & warranty info. into my name, as asked. (found out after I threw the original paper work out, thanks) - Broke three studs, blamed whomever put the lug nuts on last (exact same Discount Tire location), tell me it's no longer safe to put a new tire on, and give me the name of a shop that I can pay to have the studs repaired at - thanks - Forgot to return lug key. At least here I did check, drove back, and they still had it. - Took 4 hours to change my flat tire. I know it sounds impossible, so here's how it happened. Brought Discount the tire with screw in it & was told they will let me know if it can be repaired via text. Never receive text. Receive call hours later, as I'm pulling back into their parking lot, letting me know they forgot to text me. Arrive to find out it can't be repaired, ask for new tire to be put on car. After long wait someone comes by to let me know they forgot about my car and they will be moving it into the bay right away. Eventually someone does drive up with my car with new tire, new tire (with most tread) was not placed as drive tire as rep. said was protocol. Employe responds, "I didn't know I was supposed to do that." Leave with black finger prints all over white car, including places that allow me to confidently say that someone at Discount got to third base with my car that wonderful afternoon. I have been disappointed by my previously 5 star reviewed Local Discount Tire. I usually have a wonderful experience but the last two days are a let down. Yesterday (Thursday) at 3pm, I called to see what kind of wait a tire rotation would be and I was told the next available time slot would be 5:30pm. Thinking, they are just too busy that day, I decided to come in first thing the next day. Today (Friday) at 8:10am (they open at 8am), I walked in and was greeted and sent to the QR code to put in my name and info and I would be put in line to be called. While I was waiting, an older lady came in and was greeted and did not need to put in her QR code and seconds later a technician came in from the garage and asked for her keys because he had "nothing to do right now." I am unsure if she had an appointment but the jump in line was a little suspect. At 8:20am, my name was called and the technician asked what I was there for (tire rotation) and if I had an appointment (no). He asked for my key and went out to check the tires. He came back in to report what he had seen and said he could probably get me in within 15-30 minutes. I was hesitant with that answer but thought that I should still be able to get out of here before work that morning. He came back after checking the schedule and said that the next available slot was at 9:00am. I know from coming here for over 10 years that that would get me out of there about 20 minutes later and that was just not enough time for me to make it to work. I explained that that would not work for me because I have to get to work and the technician said that I could come in after work or that they are open on Saturdays. He suggested going online and making an appointment. I have been in the service industry for many years and it takes a lot for me to be disappointed in a business. Unfortunately, I believe this new service model is not working to improve service levels but is hurting instead. Even with Covid, the technician would take you out to your car as soon as you were next in line. They would get you in within 20 minutes, and at the most I would be at the garage for an hour. My suggestion would be to still leave room for "walk ins" because these are the customers that have stood by you for years. My time is worth more than this and I am ready to pay for my tire rotations at another garage to save myself 2 hours. Every single time the person helping me has been flirtatious. It's just really uncomfortable getting asked for your number when you just want to get your tires checked. I am in awe: new favorite place!! After noting my TPMS showing a warning light for a couple of days with growing alarm, I drove over to Discount Tire on a recommendation from a trusted auto shop (who actually suggested that DT would do me a better deal than they could, due to bulk pricing etc.) I had to wait a little bit to get the problem diagnosed - but really, a 10-minute wait at 5pm on a Friday afternoon is pretty amazing! After the manager Steve had been courteous, friendly and efficient at letting me know what was up (tire pressure sensors were throwing errors; one tire was low), I asked about the time and cost to fix it. Hold onto your hats, folks... IT WAS FREE. Free. I have never been to a Discount Tire before; I signed up for nothing, had no obligations to them and no commitment for further auto work. They even cheerfully stayed after their 6pm closing time to ensure that my car was tuned up, all tires were inspected and properly filled - and they found and fixed a nail in the back tire which had caused the problem. FOR FREE. In under an hour. Again - long review, but well deserved! I am an instantly loyal customer! WOW!! read more

I only have this one experience with this location but I'll just say Discount Tire in general is top notch. I've been going to different locations for decades, more for the service than the great prices. I called at 5:54pm about an extremely low tire, and Brandon said if I could be there within 15 min he'd take a look. When I arrived at 6:02 there were still at least four cars in the bay, and a line of probably twelve cars waiting to get air put into their tires. Somehow I suspect these guys at Discount rarely leave on time. I felt guilty being one of those ppl keeping them from getting closer to a meal, home, family, e.t.c, but when you're driving around on a near-flat and within 2 miles of DT, what do you do?? I took Brandon up on his kindness and as is typical with my experiences at Discount, they took excellent care of me. Thankfully all I needed was a quick patch up but I tipped the guys $20 for staying open late. Pretty upset that I showed up at 12:50pm on 4/21 to just get my tire pressure checked and I was told they close at 1:00 today so they are unable to help me here. I spent over $600 for a set of tires recently from Discount and I understand they are closing early for a company event, but 10 mins before they close they can't even do a quick pressure check?
