I have stopped by this shop a few times as it is right down the road from me. I find them to be extremely honest and accommodating. They don't refuse to try to fix a tire if the hole is in a certain spot of tread is at a certain level. Basically ... I had four new tires put on our truck a week ago. Not only is their pricing the best you will find, I absolutely can not say enough wonderful things about Isaia's. The service I received from the beginning with their prompt response time, best pricing, working me in right away, zero wait time, and fast service is the best I have ever, ever received. Above all that, on my way home one of my tires started losing pressure. I live about 30 miles from their shop and barely made it home. When I called Carlos, without ANY hesitation, he stated he would come to my house and get the tire, which he did and graciously offered to take the time to put on my spare if I needed to run anywhere. I could not believe how quickly he returned with the tire and before leaving, took the time to explain the issue...and all of this was done HAPPILY - he did not express an ounce of frustration, was fully accountable for a minor oversight (no excuses) and made sure everything was good before leaving. I was looking for a place that was local to do a simple job, namely patch a tire. I remembered seeing this shop many times as I drove down Bethany. I gave them a try. They were great. I dropped off the tire, they patched it, my wife brought the car back and they replaced the temporary spare, and all for $20. I don't know what scope of work they do, but if I ever had a small problem like this again, or even if I needed tires, I will certainly check with them. read more

Saw all their great reviews on google, wanted to share the love on yelp. I didnt catch the name of the gentleman who took care of me on my visit but he was friendly, welcoming, and prompt. Immediately offered me prices on a used or new tire, gave me such a great deal I didn't want to even bother on negotiating or bargaining. The price of the new tire at other establishments such as discount tire, pep boys, or Costco averaged 80+. He gave it to me for 65, no installation charge. Other places average 10-15 dollars to install a single tire. I was in and out of the place in under 15 minutes. Also, before leaving, I asked him to double check the tire pressure in the other 3 tires just in case, and he was happy to do so. Btw, this quick and prompt service was on a Tuesday morning at 945am. I tried to get into Big Ol Tires new location on 7th st, and pep boys, prior, both places said they're booked until late afternoon tomorrow. One of the reasons why I'm grateful for local businesses that have more time to take care of people like me whose work schedule is more rigid than other's. Today was my only day off and I was worried/stressed about this issue possibly not be resolved. read more

Well I just left Walmart where I was informed that three of the four tires I bought 3 months ago are under warranty but the one that went flat, for some reason is not. So I decided to head home while the car was still drivable and get a new tire at a different tire place that is closer to home so I could spend the wait time in my own apartment. Enroute, I stopped to just fill up air at a little three-man operation tire shop. I had no plans to purchase a tire here or wait for repair because, again, I want to spend the waiting time at my own apartment. Except that Isaiah said that he would repair or replace my tire in 10 minutes. It's only been 5 minutes and here he is rolling the repaired tire back towards me.
