Went in today because my sensor said my tire was low. Went through the free air check station, Eric who was helping out at the station found it, it was tiny! Good eyes! Was able to get right in to have the tire fixed. They updated me with texts and I was able to track the status. Great team and great service, thanks guys! read more

The people that work here are nice and professional. What's disappointing is the management of appointments. I had an appointment at 3:15 for a tire rotation. They did not do my tire rotation until 430. Other patrons were also sharing their appointment times and wait times. It seems like they need better management of time and commitment to appointments. read more

Every time I go in here they are so good to me I've been going here for 9 years... I've been needing new tires so badly and can't afford it but now it's a safety issue..Bentley was so nice to me He helped me out so much and made me cry because life is hard and new tires aren't cheap.. thank you for what you did for me it will never go unnoticed read more

This company is unreal. Ran over debris on highway and car started making loud rumbling noise. Pulled into store as I thought it may be my tires. Without hesitation they pulled my car into the lift and removed a bag that had grabbed onto my drive shaft. No charge and with a smile! And did I mention it was 105 degrees outside? Unbelievable. I am a customer for life! read more

I love Discount Tire! They were so kind (as always), got me in immediately, and I can't say enough about the employees. So friendly, explaining everything, and working hard to get you out the door as soon as possible. Thank you for always providing outstanding, kind service! read more

The gentlemen at this location made my tire rotation appointment a breeze. Preston and the guys were helpful and informative without overselling or being pushy. A nice relief from other experiences elsewhere. I will be back if I need other services! In and out in less than an hour. read more

Another 100/100 for this discount tire location. 10/10 doesn't emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was. Alex and his team went above and beyond for putting my needs, a longtime customer, ahead of the companies in just selling me a new tire and losing my car for a day or more because the tire I needed wasn't in stock at the store by finding me an amazing solution to my problem to assist me in getting my tire replaced and on my way in the same day. I can't say enough about how this location always seems to go above and beyond when compared to other locations I've also had appointments at in the past 17 years. Thank you again Alex you are a rockstar! read more

Great friendly fast fair clean no baloney! Last minute on a Saturday after 3 pm in a very busy shop. In and out in an hour Thank you

BEWARE! For many years, discount tire would have no problem servicing a tire with a nail or leak in it. Now, as I watched the sales people use the same line on multiple people while I was waiting, including myself, they will tell you that your tire is worse than it is to get you to buy a new one instead of fixing the repairable one. Make sure you walk out with the employee when they inspect your tire. They tried to tell me there was a screw in mine when there wasn't, then even admitted that he didn't look thoroughly because he thought the tire was too old anyway and wanted to sell me a new one. read more

All staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Stopped in to get tire rotation and got to observe their exceptional service in action

Discount Tire is great, however was disappointed to have to wait more than double the quoted time on a recent flat repair.

I hate to admit it, but I'm not very savvy when it comes to cars. I wish I was; however, I'm just at the point of having to ask my father, husband, or friends for guidance. Unfortunately, I think it's pretty obvious, and car mechanics/service/sales reps can spot this lack of vehicle-education. So I'm pretty vulnerable and it's easy to oversell or take advantage... All that said - this Discount Tire is incredible! I've been coming here for the last four years and they always provide great service and help. They do the required job, educate when needed and don't try to tell you that your entire car is breaking down just because you have an air pressure light on. I appreciate how quick they are, and how easy it is to do business. Thank you, especially for making me feel comfortable going in and not having to spend incredible amounts of money. read more

We have gone to this discount tire for decades! Their wonderful employees are personable, polite, and always ready to help!! They are also very knowledgeable and explain everything .... if there are any questions!! Have been satisfied with most of the discount tires we've gone to in the past, even in different states! Just especially like this one since it's less than 2 miles from our home and we've had such great service from them! read more

These guys are fantastic! Free air filling of tires, honest work and outstanding customer service! Today they spent over an hour on my tire that had a leak, fixed it and didn't charge me for it. I won't buy tires anywhere else. read more

!st Chaz was good to deal with. After Chaz looking at my tires he stated that because they were 5 years old and had some tiny cracks starting to show on the sidewall that he felt it was time to replace the tires. He gave me a price which we excepted and paid. At that time I noticed the young workers in the shop and thought maybe I would change my mind. I didn't and left the car, the next afternoon we came to pick up the car and all looked ok. I brought the car to my shop and noticed there were 2 tires low on pressure and 3 valve caps were missing and one center cap was broken. We did know that we were missing 2. It seems that there training process isn't good. I normally go to Independent shops but my friend always go to Discount Tire. I guess just my bad luck. I have always had a good opinion of discount tire, until yesterday. I had a pressure sensor pop up for my right front tire, so I went through their convenient pressure check line. The employee told me there was a nail in the tire but that it was in a reparable area. I believed him, and went inside to add myself to the queue where the front desk person said it would be a long wait because there were people with appointments which I was fine with. I waited, then an hour and a half later when the looked at my car they said I actually had a very large rip in the side wall of the tire and showed me a picture. I have no idea how the pressure employee missed this or if he lied to me for some reason. I agreed to have the tire replaced, which happened efficiently. Unfortunately, they neglected to look at any of the other tires as when I got home and inspected them myself, I noticed another much smaller rip in the sidewalk of my left rear tire, which also needed to be replaced. Why didn't they tell me about the other damaged tire, why didn't they look? I left the facility without looking and drove home on the damaged tire because I trusted their expertise, my mistake. I will not be returning to this location ever again, and will look for other companies other than discount tire. The job is tires, why wouldn't you inspect the other tires? I would strongly recommend not going to this location, as they are unprofessional, not thorough, and apparently lie to you. read more

They cost me 208.00 dollars. Had tire rotation and balance appointment at 3232 e cactus. While waiting manger came and told me 1 lug nut was cross treaded but they could get it off. If it was cross threaded, you guys did it last time. You are the only ones who do my tires, bought my fuel rims on the truck from you as well. Or did your guy bust it. Mistakes happen. After all, not certified mechanics. Been coming for over 10 years. Instead of trying to help he passed the buck. They could not fix it. They gave me the nut that broke off at the stud and sent me one my way. Went to brake master store 213 GREAT SERVICE. 208.00 DOLLARS LATER THEY FIXED IT. read more

I was hesitant to bring my car in unscheduled on a Monday morning, but the boys hooked me up with 4 new wheels, 2 new tires, and an alignment in less than 2 hours. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me but he was super kind and efficient. Thanks so much for the great service! read more

Anyone complaining about a business that provides FREE SERVICES like leak repair and tire check will NEVER be satisfied. I just came from Discount at Cactus & SR51. I had a leak in a tire that I didn't buy from them but they checked it, fixed it, and got me back on the road in under an hour!! I will ALWAYS support a company that has customer service at its CORE. Ordered 4 tires. Returned to have them installed. Brought my new tire pressure monitors. Installer failed to read instructions. Installer installed new TPMs, but put back my old tires. Realized this a few miles later. Returned to Discount Tire. 2 installers installed my new tires (backing up the whole store and customers). 2 tires had correct pressures with acorn valve caps. 2 tires were overinflated with rubber valve caps. Had to return again to get my matching silver caps. Two return trips for what should have been a one appointment job. No apology or any response from Discount Tire. read more

I done have much to say. My tire was low on air and I used the service to check my air on my tires. It was fast and easy to do. The only drawback was there was a large delivery going on so it was hard to leave. I tried to different times and each time I was leaving the truck that was the also leaving or so I thought each time I tried to leave he would move the truck with me next's to him. This went on for a good 10 minutes. The thing was the Tec told me I had a screw in my tire but I couldn't get it checked out because I couldn't get by this delivery truck. read more

I drove down from up north to get tires from this location because of how friendly the staff was. It was absolutely worth the drive. Luke the manager and Chaz the assistant manager were so extremely helpful as well as the rest of their staff. You can tell that they have created an amazing work atmosphere and their employees were happy to be at work and making the best of their day. It was apparent that they had several regulars and treated them and all of the other customers like family and remembered their names and previous conversations with those customers. There was a disgruntled gentleman that came in and had been to 2 other locations earlier that day and needed an issue resolved and Chaz immediately took care of him and got him back on the road, his problem solving and customer service skills were fantastic as the gentleman was not easy to deal with. I highly recommend this location and team. read more

I walked in the store at 8:00 AM this morning. I told the tech I think I have slow leak. He checked the pressure on all my tires. He said it would take about an hour to check all my tires. I've always been a Discount Tire fan, but this was my first visit to this particular location. It was no surprise that the same fast and friendly service I am used to from other locations was present here! I was bordering the recommend age/tread guidelines for replacement, so I decided to bite the bullet and get four new tires. After a quick tire inspection, the guy helping me was super nice and recommended a few different options for replacement. I was able to land on a quality tire without totally breaking the bank. I made an appointment and planned to leave my car for the day, but within an hour my new tires were on and my vehicle was ready for pickup. Thank you to the discount tire team! read more

Super friendly & helpful service. Plus they were also very fast. Thank you. They are my new go to Tire store.

We went to the store at 13742 W Bell Rd in Surprise. We had a flat tire and they got us in and repaired the flat in about an hour and half. When checking out we asked what happened and the manager get the tech and explained it was a screw in the tire. Then asked how much and manager said its been taken care of! Super service and friendly staff. They are not my neighborhood store but treated us like long time customers. Great store and service. read more

It all started when I came for a tire pressure check as it said one was low They checked the car and told me my wheels were all dry rotted so I would need to replace - I said wow I just bought the car one year ago brand new so was surprised. I called the manufacturer and they said if I went back to discount tire direct they would prorate it for all (4) tires no problem. I called discount tire they said they would work on it and get right back to me. I never heard back but I get it it's busy that happens. So then I called and the notes the guy said he added somehow went missing and they said I'd have to come back for another inspection - so I did and I bought all (4) tires / same brand so I would get the adjustment and paid $1400 Then came the time to prorate - they said they would handle for all (4) and would get back to me by Monday. Again I get it places get busy so I called Wednesday. Finally he said he would call and get it taken care of right away. He calls me back and says he will only now cover (2) - of course once I paid to replace all (4) based on the fact they said they were dry rotted and he claims how (2) weren't. He said to come back any time and he will give me the 25% on (2) I go back in about (2) weeks later and he goes "wow so that's been a while" - I patiently wait behind all of the people needing more detailed things for my simple receipt adjustment. I don't know why he felt like guilting me for following their advice and the car tire manufacturers advice after being their customer for the past (3) cars I've owned without fail. Going to consider somewhere else next time as this isn't the service I've known them for in the past but I've now dealt with them 3-4 times on this issue and won't be treated like that when I give them years of $$$ business. There were other issues but simply put / they told me they were dry rotted and trashed to replace all (4) / tried to deter me from the discount then said the other (2) weren't dry rotted / made me jump through several hoops / made me feel bad and made me come back several times / wasting lots of my time and not upholding what was originally said (3) times read more

If you're in need of tires, or need a repair regardless of where you bought your tires, drive past the other Discount Tire stores to this one. This particular Discount Tire store has the most experienced employees and best customer service in the area, and I've been to several Discount Tire stores in the NE Valley this year, including the one next door to their corporate HQ. The employees I worked with here were able to expertly answer my very detailed questions about the condition of my old tires and the tires I was looking for, and were courteous the whole time. They were reasonable when we talked about price. My tires had to be ordered, which they did right away, and kept me in the loop several times during the 6 weeks it took for all 4 tires to arrive. They then finished installing the tires within 2 hours of me dropping off my vehicle, and called me right away to tell me my car was ready. In today's environment of high prices and poor service, this particular Discount Tire store continues the Discount Tire tradition of exceptionalism. read more

Fantastic service! Every technician friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Recently purchased a used minivan and thanks to the service guys they discovered 3 of my tires were bad plus two of the lug nuts frozen, not removable. They suggested an alternate garage in Phx for replacing the bad wheel studs which turned out to be an awesome referral! Also, Chaz was so concerned about my safety he provided all new lug nuts for the vehicle along with the tires. Chaz you're the best! I just purchased four new tires from discount tire six months ago .....and then last night I was driving on the highway and one of the tires blew out. There was obviously a defect in the tire.... I took it back to discount tire and they wanted to charge me $85 to replace the tire because they said it was prorated..... how do you prorate a defective tire? I was not happy that they were making me pay this fee and I'm not sure if I will return to them again because I don't think I should've had pay anything after only six months and spending over $1000... they did go all out and take off the $20 installation fee but I was still left to pay $65 which I think was inappropriate and not good customer service. read more
