Unfortunately, while cleaning my apartment, an envelope containing all of my tips from work went missing ($750 in cash). I used to work as a director of housekeeping, and I am not the type of person to point fingers. But whether she took it or not, her negligence in handling my belongings resulted in it going missing. All of the other envelopes that were stacked with it were relocated to another location in my apartment, so she definitely had handled it. Again, not saying she took it, but it is gone, I have had several family members come and look. Additionally, my AirPods were moved, and one was missing. I was able to find it under my credenza in the living room using find my iPhone, but it's clear they do not take care with your stuff. I've filed a police report as well and will be following up with their bond company. The management has decided not to offer any refunds, including for the optional tip I provided for the service. Overall, this apartment cleaning cost me almost $1,000. I usually read reviews like this with a grain of salt, given any Karen can accuse someone of stealing. However having lost a lot of money I've worked hard for, I would recommend hiring another company and not taking a chance if your valuables being mishandled. They may respond to this with something along the lines of "we've investigated this and have found no reason to believe...." And so on - it is up to you if you want to take a chance when there are many other cleaning companies without reviews like this one.

From the start, her work felt rushed -- she was usually in and out in about 2 to 2.5 hours, skipping over several tasks we had agreed on. When I brought up my concerns, she brushed them off and just said she'd "do better next time," but nothing changed. I decided to end services after the month was up. Because I had to skip one week earlier, I still had two prepaid cleanings left. I told her I'd be ending services but kept things polite and didn't rehash my frustrations. The following week, after learning I wouldn't be continuing, she came and only spent about an hour cleaning my entire house -- which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, three bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. That kind of deep cleaning isn't realistically possible in one hour, and it showed. When I contacted her about it that day which was a Friday, she said she'd get back to me on Monday, and then denied both doing a poor job and leaving early -- even after I showed video proof of her arrival and departure times. And photos of the things she skipped over and did poorly. She also refused to refund the last prepaid cleaning that I no longer want her to do stating she doesn't give refunds for already scheduled cleans even though it says nothing about that in the contract I signed. Overall, very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend paying her in advance or hiring her at all.

Things that were said to be done from their website. So I called again. One more time they came out, they got 95% of the house clean. Ill give credit for that. But it took 4 times. They were kind enough to take off a small discount for the trouble, and like I said, they got most of it done. Main reason for my 1 star review is the quote above, said to me on my last call to cancel service. That certainly is not the kind of work ethic I'd hire again. They routinely want to reschedule services despite picking dates that work for my schedule. What's worse, once they ask you to reschedule, good luck having the people show up on time or with the needed equipment to complete the job. The past 3-4 times I've used them they show up without the needed ladders to access the roof, with leave blowers that don't work, leave the yard a mess. They also have billing issues where they never send the final invoice and then send you threatening messages about sending you to collections and when you call them to explain you never recieve an invoice, you're told "oh yeah we had a problem with a billing system and none of our customers around that time recieved their invoices. Our bad." Good luck actually speaking to someone at the company. They consistently forward their calls to an answering service who cannot help you. When you finally speak to someone at the company, you get alot of handwavy "they are on their way" types of communication. If yelp would allow it I would give them zero stars.
