I doubt they…read morehave ever been cleaned since they were put in back in the 70s they were absolutely disgusting the previous owner also had a rodent issue that he downplayed hard-core when we were buying the house. So we really wanted to feel clean when we moved our things in. Theses guys were recommended to us by our realtor and they did not disappoint. It was really easy to make an appointment and they worked with us on our schedule. We had to cancel last minute the first time we scheduled due to some very frustrating circumstances but they had no issue with it and were understanding. When we scheduled the second time they remembered us and were able to come out right before the holidays. They cleaned every carpet in the home and got into some pretty odd crevices the house has. They didn't miss a single piece of carpet. And we can breath easier knowing they cleaned our home. The one downside was I kept getting emails moving our appointment time which was a little frustrating but when I express to them I didn't want them to do that they listened and stopped. Would highly recommend them

I hired this team and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've made in awhile. Rebecca from their…read moreteam came to clean my apartment. Unfortunately, while cleaning my apartment, an envelope containing all of my tips from work went missing ($750 in cash). I used to work as a director of housekeeping, and I am not the type of person to point fingers. But whether she took it or not, her negligence in handling my belongings resulted in it going missing. All of the other envelopes that were stacked with it were relocated to another location in my apartment, so she definitely had handled it. Again, not saying she took it, but it is gone, I have had several family members come and look. Additionally, my AirPods were moved, and one was missing. I was able to find it under my credenza in the living room using find my iPhone, but it's clear they do not take care with your stuff. I've filed a police report as well and will be following up with their bond company. The management has decided not to offer any refunds, including for the optional tip I provided for the service. Overall, this apartment cleaning cost me almost $1,000. I usually read reviews like this with a grain of salt, given any Karen can accuse someone of stealing. However having lost a lot of money I've worked hard for, I would recommend hiring another company and not taking a chance if your valuables being mishandled. They may respond to this with something along the lines of "we've investigated this and have found no reason to believe...." And so on - it is up to you if you want to take a chance when there are many other cleaning companies without reviews like this one.
