And they accommodated! Not only was the response extremely timely but they worked their butts off to get it cleaned in time for the new tenant to arrive that same day! I couldn't have been more impressed with their level of service, commitment to seeing the project through to completion, friendliness, and just overall professionalism. The women paid so much attention to detail and really had to use extra elbow grease in some areas. I was blown away! I call this my team of angels. Through the entirety of the cleaning they were smiling and laughing, maybe out of empathy for the condition the tenants left the place in, but nonetheless, it was welcomed energy! Will use again, absolutely! A Pearly Clean has my highest recommendation!

Admittedly I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, but I'd become accustomed to showing up after the cleaning service had been through and having to touch up things that were missed. I was beyond delighted to arrive at the condo Freedom Cleaners had detailed for me (on short notice in a pinch when the other cleaner hadn't showed, hours before our photography appointment), and find the place absolutely sparkling. Inside and out of appliances, cabinets, light fixtures, baseboards, every corner of the bathroom down to the fixtures being free of water spots, and best of all the floors had gone from gritty to being a pleasure to walk on barefoot. Amazing work - they'll be a go-to contact for me next time!

Strongly advise against hiring Julee as a house cleaner…read more Julee charges by the job instead of by the hour and requires you to pay a full month in advance. She quoted me $165 per clean. From the start, her work felt rushed -- she was usually in and out in about 2 to 2.5 hours, skipping over several tasks we had agreed on. When I brought up my concerns, she brushed them off and just said she'd "do better next time," but nothing changed. I decided to end services after the month was up. Because I had to skip one week earlier, I still had two prepaid cleanings left. I told her I'd be ending services but kept things polite and didn't rehash my frustrations. The following week, after learning I wouldn't be continuing, she came and only spent about an hour cleaning my entire house -- which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, three bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. That kind of deep cleaning isn't realistically possible in one hour, and it showed. When I contacted her about it that day which was a Friday, she said she'd get back to me on Monday, and then denied both doing a poor job and leaving early -- even after I showed video proof of her arrival and departure times. And photos of the things she skipped over and did poorly. She also refused to refund the last prepaid cleaning that I no longer want her to do stating she doesn't give refunds for already scheduled cleans even though it says nothing about that in the contract I signed. Overall, very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend paying her in advance or hiring her at all.
