Their work quality with repairs at my home have stood the test of time, and so today, this was the 8th time I've needed their services. My issue was a pinhole leak behind a laundry room wall with the original old and thin copper pipe installed many decades ago. What a mess. I called Steve at Ray May Plumbing and as usual, he handled the call with a sense of priority but very respectful of my scheduling. He's a gentleman. I was fortunate that someone was available to respond within the hour - that someone was Armando, who was great to work with. I cannot highlight that part enough. And completely in line with their history, I was billed appropriately and it was absolutely reasonable. That was the easiest check I've ever written. You get what you pay for and believe me, professional experience and skills are a big part of that service call.
