After getting ripped off by another plumbing company, William's Plumbing came to rescue. This super hero company came and quickly pinpointed my clogged bathtub drain. Using a high tech camera, they found a major root intrusion in my mainline drain. The owner quoted me a price that was unbelievable good. It was half the price another company quoted me. Rick was great. I had some toilet leaks in ALL my toilets. Rick came out and accessed each issue. I was already in the mind set to replace all my toilets. However, he told me that was not necessary. He recommended that the valves be replaced and that the screws in the toilet tank were worn and required replacement. I may also that the two of the tanks were not properly tighten when they were originally installed. This saved me a lot of money in replacing all of my toilets. Rick and his son were professional, courteous, and explained all my questions. In conversation, you can tell he cares about his clients. A pipe burst at my parents' house and flooded the room. My parents are elderly and, of course this had to happen on a Sunday. Following another recommendation we saw online, we chose to shut off their water for the day and wait until Monday as the business we contacted first does not operate on the weekends. Then it turned out that that business was fully booked for the week and unable to fit us in, so we reached out to Rick first thing Monday morning hoping for the best. What we received in return was a prompt personalized "perfect 10" of a job! We couldn't have asked for more!
