Found Mike with a search and within minutes he was over and after what looked like a dire situation, within a couple hours, everything was back to normal. It was a fair price for a Saturday evening spur of the moment call. He was professional and did everything he could to save this from becoming a big job. He'll definitely be my go to in the future. Thank you, Mike. read more

Water heater stopped working a couple days ago. And was not the easy pilot relight. Ended up having to change out the thermal coupler that keeps the pilot light lit so we can have hot water, and my wife can be happy. Mike is the owner of London plumbing, and did a phenomenal job. Quick response time. Next day service. And professional work. Will be referring my friends and family to London Plumbing. Update--- Needed to install a new water heater. Mike was able to pick it up before 7 AM, and have it installed before 11am. London plumbing knows their stuff. And has my 100% trust. read more

Mike Did a fantastic job! I was reassured that he took all the necessary steps to pass inspection and complete the job! Mike also talked with the So Cal Gas Company Gas Line Tech and professionally explained where the gas was leaking within the So Cal meter. The inspector came, viewed the work, chatted with So Cal Gas and signed off on the work! Because of Mike's Professional demeanor, experience and skills we had gas for hot water, and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditionin, and our range stove for cooking! Mike came recommended from my neighbor. Mike was courteous on the phone, on time and thorough with the quote. Mike quoted me through txt and I accepted. We were all set! However the day we were to begin the job, Mike messaged me that he "hurt himself"playing basketball the day before and quoted me a new price of $4,000 above what he originally quoted if he were to do the job at a later date. This was very unprofessional and he really left me hanging as I had already invested thousands in new appliances that he was supposed to install. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this guy read more

We have been in our home in upland for a couple years now and have had some major plumbing issues. We have had numerous plumbers come to our home and give us eatimates for a sewage repipe. As many have told us they would be tearing up our dining area, kitchen and garage to be doing this repipe. I had asked my AC guy if he new anyone and he recommended London Plumbing. Mike came out and gave us a far and honest and creative quote. He showed us we could reroute our system rather than going through our home. His price was half of those who came threw. He also was on time, pulled permits, clean, polite and straight forward. The people who work with Mike are the same as well. We call Mike for any plumbing issues and he is amazing... Thank you Mike read more

Mike came on time, found the problem quickly, took time to explain (and explain again). Then we agreed on a plan, a price, and he executed as he had stated the next day without any surprise or delay. I compared with other plumbers offers, and it was similarly priced. Highly recommended! read more

Thank you Mike! You were on time....professional, well equipped and I should have accepted your offer to run the camera. After speaking to my family they all denied flushing "flushable wipes". I believe them. The City of Upland should have paid for my drain cleaning. The Cities rep, you and I heard 45' into the street the grind of the cable (snake) grinding through the roots....BTW I have a 100 year old Oak tree on the city property of the front yard. For those who don't know and new Upland residents, City of Upland will pay $100 if their trees cause your blockage. Thanks Mike London! You are now saved as a favorite! read more

I have had issues in my house with plumming, I read good reviews about other companies and decided to call them bcuz I had a kitchen sink clug badly. Long story short 800 dollars later, a hole on the back of my house bcuz the exhaust had to be changed, I was told that he had jackhammer from my kitchen to the city's sewer and re-pipe everything and it was going to cost me approx 10,000 dollars and not closing what was going to be open. I was scared to called another plumber because as a single mother with one income I have to be more than careful with my budget, but my neighbor recommended LONDON PLUMBER a couple of hundred dollars, and an hour later I was stress free. This man is honest, courteous, I was even surprised that he even cleaned the mess he made. I recommend Mike London to anyone having pipe problems. Thank you Mike for making my life a little better. read more

My kitchen sinks were loaded with water and stopped up. I tried liquid plumber, and plunger but neither worked. Someone on my neighborhood watch site recommended London Plumbing. So I called and Mike, the owner came the next day. Just as the person who recommended him said, he was on time, reasonable, professional and took care of my problem within one hour. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him. It's good to find someone you can depend on and will not charge you an arm and a leg for work you need done. read more

Mike was super nice, transparent and communicating. We had him come a few times for different projects and we were very satisfied. He is a great professional and a very nice guy. We will use him again! read more

Mike is awesome! We had a leak in the bathtub just before Thanksgiving. He was able to slot us in at the last minute before the holiday and fix the leak. While he was fixing the leak, I asked if he did garbage disposals. He said yes and he installed our new disposal directly after finishing the leak. From comparison shopping I would say London Plumbing's prices are fair and competitive and on the low end of average. His work is fast, efficient and clean and he was very friendly (or I'm just talkative). Now, for us, this was the best part: some months back we'd had a backup issue in the kitchen. We'd called a service, which shall remain unnamed, to ask them to snake the drain. They came out, didn't want to snake the drain, they wanted to hydrojet instead. We wanted the snake. The man who came out had a trainee with him. They went out to the trap again, futzed around, came back and said snaking wouldn't work, that there's a leak in one of the pipes and they'd have to jackhammer the floor to check the leak. Thousands of dollars. We declined. When Mike from London Plumbing came out, I mentioned this to him. He said, "I'll show you a really fast way to check whether or not you have a leak." He took me outside, showed me what to do. We did NOT have a leak. We were relieved. He then said, "That guy wasn't teaching his apprentice how to snake a drain, he was teaching him how to rip people off. All you have to do is be fair and treat people right. They'll come back to you and you have business for life." Being fair and treating people right is what Mike did for us that day. Instead of playing on our fears, he does his job. We really appreciate it. So, if you have a plumbing issue and you can get Mike, we highly recommend him. read more

I used them Monday bc my house's plumbing backed up on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY - No one could come out they said....... anyway, the man came out on behalf of First American and literally walked around my house, used my bathroom, muddied my floors, said he couldnt help me, took a check & left!!! SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had to call another plumber PHD PLUMING - THEY GOT THE CLOGGED FIXED IN AN HOUR!! read more

Have used Mike for quite a few years now. He will always call you back, answer his phone and give you a courtesy call when he is on his way or let you know if running late, etc. He explains the job to you in full detail so you know what you are getting into money wise or if its something that can be left alone. He troubleshoots all necessary things making sure nothing is replaced or work is done that does not need to be. Always finds time for you in his schedule, I couldn't ask for more. No dispatcher, guys that show up you didn't call, etc, just him, he works alone and I happen to like that. read more

I have utilized the services of Mr. London, for about a year now. He has done heavy duty work such as digging, replacing pipes, etc. As well as light work like unplugging the kitchen sink on our new (very old) house. One of the many things I like about Mr. London, is the fact that he is so dependable, he is not only a hard worker, but also very honest in his dealings with me as a customer. Another thing is that Mr. London explains in detail everything about the work he is doing, in order that I get a better understanding of the problem and gives me advise as to how to avoid it in the future. His fees are very reasonable, and he also makes sure he cleans the area where he worked. I recommend Mr. London without hesitation, he is a very polite, respectful and professional person, needless to say I am a very happy customer! read more

Excellent work. Had to deal with an extremely difficult backup. Did things sep by step, explained what he was going to do and what might be involved. Did things in the least invasive way possible and got the job done. Price was reasonable, considering the amount of labour involved. He really worked his rear end off getting this job done. Overall very happy with the experience. read more

If there was a lower start than a 1, that's exactly how I would qualified your company a zero. Your company is so out of integrity. How can you ask to make payment over the phone when you haven't started the job. Per our conversation, I mentioned that you were getting paid once the job was completed on site with credit card or check your decision. Once, I asked for two things the license # of the company and insurance but your answer was I can't do the job anymore because I have another Job, go look for other plumbers thru the yellow page. Inclusive, now that I can recall I asked you to forward me an invoice and your response was I can't send an invoice but I can only text it to you. When in the beginning of the conversation you confirmed the job for tomorrow before asking those two questions. Really Michael what kind of person are you? You were trying to rob me and your company may not be license or even have an insurance. You are so unprofessional, unworthy, unwise, and disrespectful. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This is the worse company I have ever contacted. read more

This company was sent to us through our home warranty. The plumbing in our whole house was backed up. Instead of snaking the entire house (which would have been covered by the warranty), he said the clog was in the main line. He said he'd have to come back the next day and install ground level clean outs in order to get to main line. This would all cost about $1200 (and was not covered by the warranty). We were desperate, so we agreed. After installing the clean out and running a camera through the line, he saw nothing in the main line. He installed another clean out in another part of the house and snaked it. During that process, his machine broke and he had to go rent one from Home Depot. He was finally able to unclog the pipe (which was under the house and would have been covered by the warranty). When we questioned him about this, he made a comment about his wife freaking out about little things when she was pregnant too (I'm pregnant) and how "people never want to pay". When we talked to the home warranty company about the issue, they said the plumber said the clog was in the main line and therefore not covered. Overall, very unprofessional company with inadequate equipment. I'm not sure if he genuinely misdiagnosed the problem and then had to cover it up, or if he was trying to get extra money out of us the whole time. read more
