Tenant reported garage disposal stop working so I immediately requested a fix the for owner. One…read morestop was prompt and since it 'FREE' estimate , I didn't think twice. Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

Absolutely saved the day! What we thought would be a relaxing Sunday, ended up being a plumbing…read morenightmare when we woke up and saw flooding in our backyard. The culprit, rickety old pvc pipe joint gave out. Immediately we sought out a great plumber to help us. Apparently, everyone else likes to relax on Sunday (I get it, me too lol) and told us they'd come "tomorrow". Uhh, at the rate of water coming out and us having to call the city to shut it off, not happening lol. We called Trinity Plumbing and they got someone out faster than we could blink. Alberto assessed the issue and gave us two very honest options with reasonable pricing. We went with the one we thought would be the best long term fix and he got to work. Within moments, he was done with the job. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. There is also a 90 day warranty on the work. Safe to say, Trinity Plumbing will be our go to moving forward. Unfortunate our pipe had to leak lol but we're happy it ended up with us finding them!

I had to tell the plumber how to do his job. He takes his screw driver and starts trying to push down on the drain and stabbing it. He says I have to go through the drain because of the p trap. No snake is going to fit through there. It's a small opening. Every plumber I know goes through the over flow to snake it. He finally does what I suggested and magically he gets the hair. My drain is free. I decide to double check his work and look at the pipes through my access panel. Lo and behold now I have a leak from his screw driver stabbings. He comes back and tells me this happened because it's old and illegal? WTF are you talking about? Everything was good until you Fd up. He wants to charge me 300 to replace the tub stopper and 1200 to replace the pipes in the leak he just caused!!!!! We are not in the same world. I told him no thank you! Do not use this company!!! They will cause you more problems, don't take accountability and will double charge you for their mistakes!!!
