Had to have the pipe's hydro jetty washed. And quickly. Mr Vincent came out and got the job done. He also treated the area that all that stuff came out of my pipes so that it would not stink later. That black gunk came from years of people putting crap in the garbage disposal. If you have an issue and need a reliable, honest, and trustworthy plumber please call The Plumber @ 909 644- 7743. He will give you a good price good deal and I can honestly say you won't go wrong here. read more

I bet you're digging through Yelp reviews wishing you had a buddy, uncle, or family friend that did plumbing. You need plumbing work done well, timely, and hopefully at a good price. Luckily for you, clicking this vendor now means that you have just that! I have had no less than 6 plumbers do work for me over the three homes I've owned and I have never called one back twice. But the Plumbing Gods have finally smiled upon favorably and I have found my forever plumber, or at least until he retires. I called Vince and immediately got the impression that I was dealing with a regular person; someone who wouldn't talk down to me, knew what he was doing, and wouldn't price gouge me. He made an appointment to come see the projects I needed done and was prompt with his arrival the next day. After he inspected he ended up leveling with me and explained how I could easily manage these projects myself which I'm opting to do. At this point, I wouldn't have been mad if he'd asked for a service call fee but he didn't, just wished me well and said call him if I needed anything else. As fate would have it, I had to call him the very next day because we had a pipe start leaking in the front yard and the city determined the problem was our responsibility. Luckily, I already had a good feeling about Vince and called him up. He came out quickly AND by some miracle managed to get the work done the same day even though it meant working into the evening. We are so pleased with the work, pricing, and above all the service we get from Vince. I have no doubt that anyone who chooses to work with him will be completely satisfied AND become a permanent customer. read more

This was an emergency call to THE PLUMBER as the shower valve in my hallway bathroom started leaking. They scheduled me right away and gave me recommendations. I have a mixet valve that to my opinion is not very durable as i always had issues with it. I asked The Plumber to upgrade my shower and recommended the Moen. They started working on it the same day and was done in less than 2 hours. Very happy with the work and pricing. Very punctual as always. We have been using them for over a decade now for all our plumbing needs. If you have plumbing issues, you don't even need to get a bid, just call The Plumber because you know you will get the best pricing and have the peace of mind that the job was done right. Thank you Vince!!! read more

The Plumber - Plumbing Near Me

When we had a leak a couple days ago and our unreliable previous plumber didn't show up (again), we were scrambling to find help. I called and initially it went to voicemail. Being in such a rush to find someone, we moved on calling others. However, Vince called me back and immediately the sound of his voice gave me a great first impression. I had to leave for work, but my parents received him and raved about how he fixed the problem, how he was an incredibly nice man, how they wish we had known him years ago, how he respected safety and wore a mask, as well. Even the next day when I got home from work, my mother continued to say how at ease he made them feel, that he would take care of the problem. Our family is grateful to Vince for taking a last minute call. We are so glad to of found someone trustworthy, reliable and a good person. read more

Very UNFAIR how I was treated by Santos (the plumber) and Vince (the owner plumber). Not sure how this company is still in business or even has a license! Santos is the plumber I was talking with that was sent to my office. In the beginning, everything started great. He gave me a quote for 10 items to be fixed for $550 2 weeks ago, while i was having my office restroom remodeled. 2 weeks later I called him to come by, I asked him to fix only two problems, he quoted me $380. Seemed very irregular and unfair. I told him the price was more then expected. He didn't explain why it was. Then, he said I'll call you back. Turns out he left my office, leaving me with the problem I have and starting to work. Then I spoke with Vince the owner. Seems these 2 have issues with each other!! Very weird, they blame each other. Vince complained to me about why I'm talking prices with Santos. Very odd! And very unprofessional. To me, as the customer. I don't know whose who. Santos was the person I was talking to the whole time, not sure why Vince responded that way. Bottom line, this company is very sketchy! Be careful calling them. Both of these people changed their quotes. Its NOT FAIR getting a quote and then the quote changes!! That's just taking advantage of customers at this point. In the meantime, I gave them a few other jobs in the last 2 weeks also, which i paid in full, whatever they fixed it. But I felt this was price gauging on their last quote. Turns out, another job I gave them, yesterday, for a sink not draining, Santos fixed my draining problem BUT now my sink is rattling out of place. Not fair, not my fault!!!!!!! They literally fixed one problem and gave me another problem. The worst part is, I had to find out by myself when I walked into my office this morning. Santos didn't even have the decency to tell me my sink is out of place and rattling. That's Wrong!! I paid $350 for him to drain this sink. I didn't ask any question about the price because I thought they were fair and they would fix it. But he miss aligned my sink and now its moving. It wasn't moving before. On a side note, Santos was rude to my staff about he needs payment but I didn't even know he was done. I paid them. Mental note to future customers, be very careful giving The Plumber a job! They change their quotes, based on if ur back is against the wall. They fix one problem and break something else and don't take ownership of that problem. Then they tell you, go find another plumber after starting a job and leaving you stranded. When you call them about it. They don't answer. Seems like they don't understand why their wrong but one day I'm sure they will! read more

Knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and affordable! Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend! We are remodeling our bathroom and needed the shower valve installed. From the moment Vince arrived, he was friendly, polite and respectful of my home, putting on shoe covers and being cautious of the new tub awaiting to be installed. He was knowledgeable. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. That is ultimately why I hired him. I had gotten estimates from others who I felt weren't competent to do the job. They wanted to charge more and take longer to complete the job. Vince was affordable, got the job done right and in half the time! Vince is our plumber from now on! Already planning for him coming back to plumb our master bath! read more

So this post is a long time coming. I actually had them come out last year but I've been so busy I forgot to write a review. First off let me say that they were very nice. I really appreciate when people go out of their way to be considerate of others. Second let me say the work that they do is good. The work I had done is still holding up well. Lastly, the cost and ability to diagnose the problem is where I have a big disagreement. Here's the story: Called them out for a leak in the master bath under my bathtub. Since I live in a mobile home they said it would be $150 just to go under the house BUT if they ended up doing the work that it would go towards any work. I said ok. They said my tub must be cracked and I needed a new one which was $300-400 or more not including a new tub. I didn't have that kind of money so I paid them the $150 and they left. Well my dad said that can't be right. So he went under the house and took a look himself. He said the tub wasn't leaking but that it was a pipe. I called them back out and they opened a panel in my wall outside that went directly to the tub pipes and they were in fact leaking from there. I asked how much he wanted to fix it. He said $150. I said I already paid $150 last time and they misdiagnosed the leak. He dropped it to $100 which I paid because I needed it done but wasn't happy for over paying. It was their misdiagnosed leak that would have cost me hundreds or even a thousand dollars to get a new tub put in. Thanks to my dad that didn't happen. And they expected me to pay more for work they should have done the first time? That's ridiculous. I will NOT be using them again. Make sure you get a second opinion with this company. Even if they are nice and do good work it's not worth it if you end up paying for something that doesn't need to get done. read more

Have used him for years now. Great service, we call him for sprinklers, sinks, toilets and showers. Everytime we have a leak or some thing doesn't work we call him and he'll work around our busy schedules. I think the hardest thing about having something break is not only finding some one to fix it, but also letting some one you dont know come into your house. It can be scarry for 2 women to let a stranger in your home. However, Vince is very respectful and trustworthy. read more

Needed the gas line behind our stove recessed so our new oven wouldn't stick out. We called 5 different plumbers to get estimates to get the job done. With some plumbers months out on job bookings and others giving insane estimates, I was so happy to have called The Plumber. I am just the tenant in the home I am renting, but I have watched the owners struggle with plumbing issues since almost the moment I signed my lease back in February of this year. I have almost lost count of the various local plumbing outfits that have come by and taken advantage of the owners naivety selling them repairs that were over priced, poorly installed and never truly fixed the underlying issues with the sewage system in this 55 year old home. This outfit not only showed up on time to begin the work when they communicated they would, but even offered to start earlier than promised knowing my family is without half of our facilities until the needed repairs are done. All of their employees are well spoken and clean up properly after they are finished for the day, unlike just about every company prior. We have had tree roots compromising the main sewer line since day one. Four companies later and this outfit removed them and verified their removal with a camera their first day on site. Although I am not the one footing the bill, the owners have even commented how reasonable the pricing was. I will certainly always recommend The Plumber out of Rancho Cucamonga to anyone that asks who I trust. Thanks again for showing up on time and delivering! My family appreciates it! read more
