I bet you're digging through Yelp reviews wishing you had a buddy, uncle, or family friend that did plumbing. You need plumbing work done well, timely, and hopefully at a good price. Luckily for you, clicking this vendor now means that you have just that! I have had no less than 6 plumbers do work for me over the three homes I've owned and I have never called one back twice. But the Plumbing Gods have finally smiled upon favorably and I have found my forever plumber, or at least until he retires. I called Vince and immediately got the impression that I was dealing with a regular person; someone who wouldn't talk down to me, knew what he was doing, and wouldn't price gouge me. He made an appointment to come see the projects I needed done and was prompt with his arrival the next day. After he inspected he ended up leveling with me and explained how I could easily manage these projects myself which I'm opting to do. At this point, I wouldn't have been mad if he'd asked for a service call fee but he didn't, just wished me well and said call him if I needed anything else. As fate would have it, I had to call him the very next day because we had a pipe start leaking in the front yard and the city determined the problem was our responsibility. Luckily, I already had a good feeling about Vince and called him up. He came out quickly AND by some miracle managed to get the work done the same day even though it meant working into the evening. We are so pleased with the work, pricing, and above all the service we get from Vince. Very UNFAIR how I was treated by Santos (the plumber) and Vince (the owner plumber). Not sure how this company is still in business or even has a license! Santos is the plumber I was talking with that was sent to my office. In the beginning, everything started great. He gave me a quote for 10 items to be fixed for $550 2 weeks ago, while i was having my office restroom remodeled. 2 weeks later I called him to come by, I asked him to fix only two problems, he quoted me $380. Seemed very irregular and unfair. I told him the price was more then expected. He didn't explain why it was. Then, he said I'll call you back. Turns out he left my office, leaving me with the problem I have and starting to work. Then I spoke with Vince the owner. Seems these 2 have issues with each other!! Very weird, they blame each other. Vince complained to me about why I'm talking prices with Santos. Very odd! And very unprofessional. To me, as the customer. I don't know whose who. Santos was the person I was talking to the whole time, not sure why Vince responded that way. Bottom line, this company is very sketchy! Be careful calling them. Both of these people changed their quotes. Its NOT FAIR getting a quote and then the quote changes!! That's just taking advantage of customers at this point. In the meantime, I gave them a few other jobs in the last 2 weeks also, which i paid in full, whatever they fixed it. But I felt this was price gauging on their last quote. Turns out, another job I gave them, yesterday, for a sink not draining, Santos fixed my draining problem BUT now my sink is rattling out of place. Not fair, not my fault!!!!!!! They literally fixed one problem and gave me another problem. The worst part is, I had to find out by myself when I walked into my office this morning. Santos didn't even have the decency to tell me my sink is out of place and rattling. That's Wrong!! I paid $350 for him to drain this sink. I didn't ask any question about the price because I thought they were fair and they would fix it. But he miss aligned my sink and now its moving. It wasn't moving before. On a side note, Santos was rude to my staff about he needs payment but I didn't even know he was done. I paid them. Mental note to future customers, be very careful giving The Plumber a job! They change their quotes, based on if ur back is against the wall. They fix one problem and break something else and don't take ownership of that problem. Then they tell you, go find another plumber after starting a job and leaving you stranded. When you call them about it. They don't answer. When we had a leak a couple days ago and our unreliable previous plumber didn't show up (again), we were scrambling to find help. I called and initially it went to voicemail. Being in such a rush to find someone, we moved on calling others. However, Vince called me back and immediately the sound of his voice gave me a great first impression. This was an emergency call to THE PLUMBER as the shower valve in my hallway bathroom started leaking. They scheduled me right away and gave me recommendations. So this post is a long time coming. I actually had them come out last year but I've been so busy I forgot to write a review. First off let me say that they were very nice. I really appreciate when people go out of their way to be considerate of others. Second let me say the work that they do is good. The work I had done is still holding up well. Lastly, the cost and ability to diagnose the problem is where I have a big disagreement. Here's the story: Called them out for a leak in the master bath under my bathtub. Since I live in a mobile home they said it would be $150 just to go under the house BUT if they ended up doing the work that it would go towards any work. I said ok. They said my tub must be cracked and I needed a new one which was $300-400 or more not including a new tub. I didn't have that kind of money so I paid them the $150 and they left. Well my dad said that can't be right. So he went under the house and took a look himself. He said the tub wasn't leaking but that it was a pipe. I called them back out and they opened a panel in my wall outside that went directly to the tub pipes and they were in fact leaking from there. I asked how much he wanted to fix it. He said $150. I said I already paid $150 last time and they misdiagnosed the leak. He dropped it to $100 which I paid because I needed it done but wasn't happy for over paying. It was their misdiagnosed leak that would have cost me hundreds or even a thousand dollars to get a new tub put in. Thanks to my dad that didn't happen. And they expected me to pay more for work they should have done the first time? That's ridiculous. I will NOT be using them again. Make sure you get a second opinion with this company. Even if they are nice and do good work it's not worth it if you end up paying for something that doesn't need to get done. read more

I am just the tenant in the home I am renting, but I have watched the owners struggle with plumbing issues since almost the moment I signed my lease back in February of this year. I have almost lost count of the various local plumbing outfits that have come by and taken advantage of the owners naivety selling them repairs that were over priced, poorly installed and never truly fixed the underlying issues with the sewage system in this 55 year old home. This outfit not only showed up on time to begin the work when they communicated they would, but even offered to start earlier than promised knowing my family is without half of our facilities until the needed repairs are done. All of their employees are well spoken and clean up properly after they are finished for the day, unlike just about every company prior. We have had tree roots compromising the main sewer line since day one. Four companies later and this outfit removed them and verified their removal with a camera their first day on site. Although I am not the one footing the bill, the owners have even commented how reasonable the pricing was.
