He even warned me not to listen to the Spectrum store reps. I didn't listen--and that was a mistake. After waiting three hours at the Spectrum store, the in-store rep told me the third-party rep "screwed everything up" and said he would fix it. I entered around 3 PM and was the last person to leave at closing. I went home with equipment that didn't work. The next day, nothing worked. I returned to the store and waited another 3.5 hours, only to be told I was still tied to Verizon Home Internet. After more failed attempts at home, I learned the "new" equipment I was given was assigned to another customer's account. As of February 9th, this was STILL not fully resolved. It took three tech visits to finally get internet and cable working. One tech spent over three hours at my home and was openly frustrated with Spectrum's own support. The mobile service has been just as bad. Only yesterday did my two iPhone lines finally work properly. Today, I was told the buyout promotion would only be $222 due to a "technicality" on a Verizon bill. They claimed one line only had three payments, ignoring the fact that the LINE is four years old and the phone was a replacement. The employees tried, but Spectrum's systems are broken. Spectrum Internet is solid. Spectrum Mobile is misleading and not worth the headache. DO NOT SIGN UP.

It costs five dollars a month for the bill and they still could not manage to send it. The final straw was they made it impossible to talk to a live person about problems and my issue was not on the menu for automated calling. Even the chat feature on line was not available without a $40 dollar per month membership fee.

So I figured it all out myself and if they had just walked around the house, they would've noticed a previous DIRECTV install bracket (already bolted into the house) that they could've used. I sent them a picture of it and they said they couldn't use it. But I'm literally writing this review from StarLink that I set up myself. For free! ! I've now got the entire thing setup by myself, and simply have to go to Home Depot in the morning and buy a few small things to make everything look neat. Most simple install ever. They did not research the project or even look at the height of my home. Super disappointing ! It's like any other business. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering. Highest definition streaming videos. According to my son, online gaming lag disappears. Nojan has been doing this for 30+ years. He's nice. He's polite. He's tidy. He did everything I asked for and offered upgrades to things I didn't know existed. And his prices are beyond reasonable. $$$ :)
