Christian is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and truly cares about his customers. He was able to complete my recent auto loan in two days flat. Even with working around staffing and branch hour issues and then myself coming down with Covid. Nothing derailed him from getting the loan done and sent the payoff for me before the deadline. My car was broken into check book,wallet everything was gone including my logix issued card instead of sending me a new one logix declined and closed my account and told me i cant bank with them anymore. This review is based on their ATM. I used to work at a credit union NOT logix, I know how credit unions work and the process. Logix is by far the best one but they need to work on their ATM service. On April 13 a paycheck was deposit in one of their ATM machines. The next day we get the credit. Which is standard and not a big issue. A few days a go we got a letter stating they will remove the amount of the check. Why?? Well at this point we didn't know why. Today March 4 we get the amount of that check that was deposited in April taken out. We called and they told us we never deposited anything that day. In other words they don't have the paycheck and there for we will have to pay back the money that was credited in our account on April 14. Well all ATM machines have cameras. There are ways to find out to see if anything was deposited. He was there in front of the ATM, he did put the check into the machine, the transaction was made that day. When he went to speak to someone in person he was told they will look into it. I expect them to say there is no check. In other words they lost the paycheck. If the check did not come out in one of their machines it's stuck in there. There should be a maintenance warning on their machines. We did contacted his employer to see if they even processed the check. I do not recommend anyone to deposit anything through their ATM machines. If you do make sure you write DEPOSIT ONLY on all your checks. Do not sign your checks!!! This check has gone from missing to possible stole. I'm very thankful that we do have enough to cover our expenses but not that many people out there can. If you live on your paycheck PLEASE go into the office and do a in person deposit. This can takes months to figure what happened to his payroll check. read more

Went in a few months back to open an account. My husband and I randomly had childcare for our toddler and we decided to use this time to finally open our account. We went in and were met by Valarie she let us know that there would be a wait but they would be able to assist us. She took down our number and gave us a call when it was our turn. We went back and Valarie assisted us in opening an account and she was AMAZING.... She communicated well, she was thorough, friendly, and explained every detail and educated us on the services logix provides and what we qualified for. I understand you must deal with customers and clients alllllll day asking the same mundane, simple, irritating if not similar questions, but having blatant attitude when being asked a question isn't warranted. I decided to write a review after my third interaction, a shared experience with a friend, and my husband with her. She imitates being polite each time, but all the sighs and side talk while waiting is childish. Maybe she was having a rough day ALL THREE attempts but she seems miserable. If you need a breather go take one and stop making potential clients feel like a burden. I went here for the first time - I've been banking with Logix for well over a decade now, online for the vast majority of that time, and can't remember the last time I set foot in a physical location. But this past week, I had to come by to deposit some coins. I didn't really plan ahead and assumed they did not want the money pre-rolled, which was incorrect. When I asked them about it, the teller told me I would need to roll them, but that they could give me the wrappers for free. I definitely should have just taken them home and come back, but for whatever reason I found a place to sit and started rolling them there. Everyone was very friendly, no one made me feel unwelcome or like an inconvenience. Both times I got in line, it was a very short wait. The second teller I spoke to was very helpful as well, even as I was a bit of a mess. I look forward to returning in the future.
