    Oil leaker from pan that was either broken or not attached properly. This diagnosis is from the Las Vegas dealership that has to fixed it.

    The Customer Service was good, but the "repairs" they did had to be fixed by another dealership! They gave me an oil leaking car back. The Customer Service rep was A Plus. I just didn't like paying for work that did not only wasn't done properly, but had to be fixed be someone else. I changed my review to 3 Stars because I Respect and Admire when Management makes an effort to address an issue! I realize mistakes happen. Thank You

    Very unethical dealership. I inquired about a used car listing on Auto Trader and set up an appointment with Moe for my husband to test drive the car two hours later. He arrived and was told the car was being sold but it was not even on the premises or their website, nor did they text me ahead to let him know that it was supposedly being sold. The whole scam was to get my husband on the lot in an attempt to sell him another car. Who would want to deal with deceptive people? Do they think everyone is stupid and wants their time wasted? If I could give them zero stars I would. I would strongly suggest avoiding Moe and this dealership.

    FEELING FRUSTRATED AND UNDERVALUED CUSTOMER I purchased a 25' Hyundai Elantra N about 1 month ago or so, Jonathan the salesman delivered the car to my home and it was damaged. I let management and Jonathan know what exactly was damaged and they patch me through a sale manager. Manager proceeded to save his own self and deny the damages even though it was driven from Palmdale to North Hollywood. Anything could have happened and I'm not pointing the finger but I believe these damages should be taken care of. Moving forward, Manny (Sales manager) and I went back n forth and eventually he said " I can't approve a due bill to the damages unless I get with a General Sales manager", Cool. Later that day he called me back to tell me damages will be taken care of on there end. What really grinds my gears is that I keep getting a hold of them to see when/how is it going to get took care of and they tell me this issue is going to be resolved but recently about 3 weeks ago I went to the Dealership to get the issue resolved as a BDC clerk told me I had the appointment set when we talked very next day. I went in just for them to tell me that the people who fix there problems were NOT in that very day ? I was confused since BDC told me to come in, BDC clerk even got an approval from a manager there to get the work done. I waisted my time and just adding miles on my car for appointments set by them just to go back. This issue is SO Frustrating since it's a NEW CAR, it should not be damaged whatsoever. I gave them time to make this right but my own salesman does not even contact me to see how could he help me in any way. Not very good sales and communication skills I would say. I hope this gets there attention because if not I'm going to have to get ahold of Hyundai and let them know they are selling damaged cars. BDC clerk was more interested helping me than anyone there. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE ! Might as well go to Lancaster Hyundai ! They promised a full tank of gas for the inconvenience but only gave me half a tank ? Woww They should get ahold of me ASAP and if not I'm going to take legal action.

    Their business practices are really deceiving. I found a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan on Cars.com listed for $24,998 (with a $4,793 price drop). Nowhere on the listing did it mention any accessory add-ons for over $5,000. I drove all the way from Santa Ana to Palmdale, only to find out that, according to their fine print on their website, "Final Price does not include any added accessories / options, taxes, documentation fee, and any state or government fees. Please see dealer for details." But even in the fine print, it never said the add-ons would be over $5,000! This feels like a scam to get people in the door with a low price, only to hit them with hidden costs. I asked them to remove the add-on, and they refused, saying it wasn't possible. They wouldn't sell me the car for the $24,998 price they advertised. It's the most dishonest business practice I've ever come across. Total waste of time.

I felt stereotyped and judged rather than treated as a valued customer. As a Latino professional and business owner, I work hard and take pride in my financial responsibilities. No customer should feel dismissed or profiled based on appearance, background, or assumptions about their income or success. I sold my Toyota Tacoma to them after being told the process would be simple and that payment would be ready in about half an hour. Initially, everything went smoothly. They inspected the truck, finalized the offer, had me sign all paperwork, transferred ownership, and took possession of my vehicle. At the very end of the process, we were suddenly told the check would not be ready until the following evening and would need to be mailed unless we objected. This was never disclosed beforehand. We specifically explained that I needed the funds from the sale immediately in order to purchase another vehicle. After pushing back and explaining that we had been told payment would be ready shortly, they eventually came downstairs with a check. However, what they ALSO failed to disclose was that the check could not even be cashed for 24 hours because it would take that long to clear their own banking system. So to summarize: They took possession and ownership of my truck immediately, but I was left without access to the money for the vehicle I had just sold -- and none of this was communicated upfront. Had they been honest and transparent from the beginning about the timeline and banking delay, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I wasted additional time driving an hour to the nearest Comerica Bank only to discover I still couldn't access my money. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond unacceptable.

So then why not verify or try to help if the check Is from a company you do business with! She then said she was not gonna give out money out for free ??? Not only was she rude but unprofessional too . I am my self bank with Bank of America I have 3 account here and I feel like this was not handled correctly and I don't appreciate how this one particular branch seems to always have rude people working and very unprofessional . Quick note it's not the first time he cashed a check from Merrill and he doesn't have to have a bank account with BOA they have never have giving him a hard time to cash it till today , so he went to another branch and no problem cashed it as they always have
