I popped the hood once I got home from the service just preformed and bam! Oil on the engine cover, starter, serpentine belt and somehow new my engine air filter box. Instead of complaining I cleaned it all up but I don't think I will ever return to this service department... I basically assume that if the oil tech was this lazy to clean up his mess, he probably didn't inspect and do a good job and for $100+ oil change things should have turned out differently. read more

We purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle on August 19, 2026. While we love the vehicle and plan to keep it, our experience with this dealership has been overwhelmingly dishonest and predatory. ​We originally found the vehicle through Capital One Auto Navigator, where we were pre-approved, and submitted an inquiry. A salesperson named Nick called us shortly after. Because the dealership was far away, they emailed us a finance application. We explicitly informed them of our Capital One pre-approval and provided the pre-approval reference number. ​Later, finance manager Abier called to inform us that our monthly payment would be $400 higher than the Capital One Auto Navigator quote--even with our $8,500 down payment on a $30,557 vehicle, which should have reduced our financed balance to roughly $22,000. Abier claimed he could "buy down" the interest rate and lower the monthly payment if we added an extended warranty, a maintenance plan, and GAP insurance. He also claimed he could apply an additional discount using our Costco membership number through the Costco Auto Program. ​When the contract was sent via e-sign, we discovered that the dealership completely bypassed our pre-approved lender. Instead, they raised our APR by 1%, packed over $12,000 in add-ons into the deal, and inflated our financed amount to $39,000 after our $8,500 down payment--far exceeding the vehicle's actual value and adding over $200 per month to our payment. To cover their tracks, dealership staff conducted all communications via personal cell phones rather than recorded dealership lines. ​Upon carefully reviewing the final paperwork, the fine print explicitly states that all add-ons are optional and have no bearing on loan approval, interest rates, or financing terms. Everything we were told about needing these products to lower our APR was a complete lie used to inflate their commissions. Additionally, despite CPO regulations requiring two key fobs--and allowing missing keys to be made at any brand dealership at their expense--they provided only one key and insisted we drive over 100 miles round-trip to their location to get a second one. ​When we called to speak with General Manager Rick Walker or General Sales Manager Robert Osorio, we received a relentless runaround: ​The first representative claimed both managers no longer worked there and that the dealership currently had no General Manager. ​A second representative claimed Rick Walker was simply out, transferring us to an unidentifiable, full voicemail inbox. ​Seconds later, Abier called us back directly, demanded to know why we were looking for Rick Walker, claimed again that Rick no longer worked there, and insisted he was handling all matters himself. ​This dealership's sales and finance teams are engaging in illegal payment packing and tied-selling, which are direct violations of the California Legal Remedies Act (CLRA). We are submitting our timestamped screenshots, call logs, and text records to the DMV Investigations Division, the California DMV Autodealer Licensing Board, the California Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, the FTC, the CFPB, Costco Auto Program Corporate, and Hyundai Motor America. ​Buyers beware: save yourself the stress and financial harm, and take your business elsewhere. read more

Pricing is not transparent at all! They will lower prices online but just up the amount of "add-ons" that they will willingly admit are of no value to get to their selling price. Manager confirmed this himself today. Said they'd rather keep it on the lot for a year than sell it for their advertised price or even close to it!! Said they will add whatever fees on top of the advertised price to get to their true price. Just trying to lure customers in because they are remote and who actually wants to drive to Palmdale...gotta get traffic into their dealership some how and I guess deception is their tactic. Yesterday I had my '23 Tucson Hybrid in for an oil change, and requested the tires be rotated and do a brake inspection. No problem with the oil change. Hyundai is crap. I got a new engine put in my 2018 Tucson in 2024. Mind you I also had a new transmission and turbo too. I digress. The engine was supposed to come with a new crank. To my surprise, 2 years later, I am experiencing engine trouble. Go to the dealership to be told that I need to pay over $500 dollars to have a crank put in. Mind you, I had to get a rental as well for 6 days. Because of a faulty crank or someone's negligence to put the crank on when they installed the new engine, I am out of 1k dollars. FEELING FRUSTRATED AND UNDERVALUED CUSTOMER I purchased a 25' Hyundai Elantra N about 1 month ago or so, Jonathan the salesman delivered the car to my home and it was damaged. I let management and Jonathan know what exactly was damaged and they patch me through a sale manager. Manager proceeded to save his own self and deny the damages even though it was driven from Palmdale to North Hollywood. Anything could have happened and I'm not pointing the finger but I believe these damages should be taken care of. Moving forward, Manny (Sales manager) and I went back n forth and eventually he said " I can't approve a due bill to the damages unless I get with a General Sales manager", Cool. Later that day he called me back to tell me damages will be taken care of on there end. What really grinds my gears is that I keep getting a hold of them to see when/how is it going to get took care of and they tell me this issue is going to be resolved but recently about 3 weeks ago I went to the Dealership to get the issue resolved as a BDC clerk told me I had the appointment set when we talked very next day. I went in just for them to tell me that the people who fix there problems were NOT in that very day ? I was confused since BDC told me to come in, BDC clerk even got an approval from a manager there to get the work done. I waisted my time and just adding miles on my car for appointments set by them just to go back. This issue is SO Frustrating since it's a NEW CAR, it should not be damaged whatsoever. I gave them time to make this right but my own salesman does not even contact me to see how could he help me in any way. Not very good sales and communication skills I would say. I hope this gets there attention because if not I'm going to have to get ahold of Hyundai and let them know they are selling damaged cars. BDC clerk was more interested helping me than anyone there. This place is extremely shady. I drove 2 hours to look at a car which they informed me was $3k over list for "aftermarket add ons" only after agreeing to move forward with a purchase. When I pushed back they "generously" knocked $1k off so the car was only $2k over list. They then refused an offer for $1.5k over list. Harry is legitimately the slimiest car salesman you could imagine. He insisted that this was how every dealership worked. CLASSIC BAIT-AND-SWITCH WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I received a quote for a 2024 Hyundai Elantra through TrueCar and was quickly contacted by multiple salespeople urging me to come in for a test drive. I asked for real photos of the car, since the listing only had stock images. They couldn't provide any. I was told the car might be a new trade, and that they would check with the used car manager the next day. When I followed up the next day, no one responded to my follow-up texts. I called, and the salesperson said he'd try to find the car and take photos to send me. Later, he called back and said he couldn't get photos because the car was in the shop for maintenance and a smog check and wouldn't be available for sale for a day or two. I asked why I was given a quote from the manager and received texts to come in to test drive if the car wasn't for sale. I asked if the maintenance could be expedited, as I was ready to buy today, and if I could just come look at it myself (I already happened to be in the area). He said he'd talk to the service team and call me back. He never did. At this point, it already felt like I was being strung along. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove to the dealership ready to buy. That's when the salesperson casually told me the car had actually been sold a month ago. I asked why I was quoted a price, told the car was in the shop, and encouraged to come in if it wasn't available. The answers I got were all over the place. "We sold it to CarMax." "It didn't meet our safety standards" (weird, since it was a 2024 and had only leased out for around 4 months according to the Carfax.), "Our system needs updating." One of the managers even told me, "I send quotes all the time," and "I wouldn't ask someone to come in if we didn't have the car," which is almost laughable, because that's exactly what happened. How was I not told from the beginning that the car was allegedly sold A MONTH AGO?! They weren't being transparent. They were just covering their tracks in real time, making up excuses as I asked questions. This was a textbook bait-and-switch. Drove a long distance for a service appointment that was very disappointing. Have a car that is still under manufacturers warranty and I called in advance to make sure we wouldn't be charged to repair the items we were bringing it in for. I was reassured the diagnostics were covered under warranty and made the appointment. Get there to find out the diagnostics cost $249.95 and that the warranty parts can take multiple days for approval. Being that we were coming from a distance this was a huge problem. The lady I spoke to yesterday was aware of our situation and our concerns and did not mention any of these things. Tried getting in touch with the dealership, saw and spoke to Alex (Senior Sales Mgr), who at that time called the service Mgr, and said that I would get a call the next day. Never got the call. I called and was told that the service Mgr is on leave for about 1-2 wks, and was asked to leave a voice mail on a "mailbox full" I'm. Called again and spoke to Service advisor Kayla Wicks, who rudely said that I only have 3 complimentary service., then she hanged up. I haven't had my 3 services yet, this was just the 3rd. Their business practices are really deceiving. I found a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan on Cars.com listed for $24,998 (with a $4,793 price drop). Nowhere on the listing did it mention any accessory add-ons for over $5,000. I drove all the way from Santa Ana to Palmdale, only to find out that, according to their fine print on their website, "Final Price does not include any added accessories / options, taxes, documentation fee, and any state or government fees. Please see dealer for details." But even in the fine print, it never said the add-ons would be over $5,000! This feels like a scam to get people in the door with a low price, only to hit them with hidden costs. I asked them to remove the add-on, and they refused, saying it wasn't possible. I had to wait for service on my car. Estimated wait time was 2 hours plus. The waiting room had three tvs and none of them worked. A technician tried to turn on without remote. He was Unable and was told remote was stolen and now none of tvs worked. This has to be the most irresponsible dealership I've called! All mailboxes for all departments are full. I tried any department just to get someone on the line. I left my name and number to get a call back from finance or sales departments and nothing. I'm facing a financial problem they should've handled and no one is answering, all mailboxes are full, and I don't know how to solve the problem!!!!! Very poor dealership beware they try to claim things are wrong with your car when nothing is wrong. I have 13,000 miles on my brand new car and this dealership has said I need new brakes and rotors. Makes no sense and I went to three different places and those people have said nothing is wrong with my rotors or brakes. I was told by three different people my brakes have 95 percent left on my car. These people the dealership try to get over on people and the service manager is very unprofessional . He also claims people on here just wrote reviews against his business when I don't think people have time to do that. Like why would they do that .
