    I spent the entire day on Labor Day test driving SUVs with third row seats at multiple dealerships. By late afternoon I had decided I wanted a Honda Pilot, but I was at Honda in Lancaster (NOT this dealership) and the salesmen was so unpleasant to deal with that I didn't even get to sitting down and talking numbers, if I had to buy the car with him I wasn't going to buy a car. He was incredibly rude, and disrespectful (again that was NOT at this location!). I knew there was another Honda dealer in Valencia, so I started driving there. Thankfully my husband did a quick Google search and saw that there's a Honda dealer in Palmdale. I honestly wasn't too keen on the idea of giving the Palmdale/lancaster area another shot, but it was getting late, so we decided to give the Palmdale dealership a chance. I am so glad we went to Trust Honda in Palmdale! A salesman named Adrian Gonzales greeted me as I walked on the lot. Keep in mind, I was still in an exceptionally a bad mood from the dealer we had just left, so I wasn't as polite as I should have been. I kinda rudely made a list of my demands (I really should have been nicer) and he politely listened to me, gave me a cold bottle of water and offered me a seat in the lobby with air conditioning while he went and got a car that met my requirements. He was gone for a few minutes getting the car. While I was waiting I called my husband, who was waiting in our car in the parking lot, and jokingly told him I thought I was so mean to poor Adrian that I scared him off. I actually felt bad. I was so rude and frankly an absolute nightmare customer and he hadn't done anything wrong. While I was telling this to my husband I saw Adrian walking back towards me with a smile on his face. How was he smiling? I was so rude to him! Anyway, I decided to leave my attitude behind and I went on a test drive with Adrian, I wasn't going to tell him I had already test drove a Pilot with that other salesman an hour prior. The test drive with Adrian was by far the best test drive of the day and keep in mind, this was my 6th test drive of the day. He didn't spend the whole test drive talking nonstop and not letting me concentrate like other salesman had, he didn't try to annoy me with every random fact he had memorized about the car, he was helpful, he answered my questions, and tailored his sales pitch to focus on the things I cared about. He was a great salesman. So we got back to the dealership and I was ready to talk numbers, but I was NOT willing to let them put a hit on my credit until I knew the exact numbers. I take great pride in keeping my credit over 800 and I wasn't going to get a hard injury unless I was 100% buying a car. I knew that was a bit unconventional, and made me a bit of a hassle to deal with, but he was super polite and respectful. He was willing to do what I asked. I did a few more things that were likely quite annoying to have to deal with, but he handled every hurdle I threw at him like a champ and kept a smile on his face and stayed incredibly polite the entire time. By this time it was getting pretty late and I wasn't comfortable driving a car I had never driven (other than on the test drive); through a city I don't know, in the dark, then make the additional almost hour and a half drive home. Nope, not happening. So before we signed our contract I asked if we bought the car that night if we could come back the next day to pickup the car. It would have been almost three hours of driving for us the next day to pick it up, but I really didn't want to drive it for the first time at night. Adrian said we could, but then said he would be willing to drive it to our house for us. Wait, what, that's a really long drive! I thought there was no way he was serious, but he was. We went and signed our contract and charged our Tesla so it would have enough battery to get home and we drove home. Adrian called his wife and had her follow him in their car all the way to our house. And remember I said we stopped and charged our Tesla, that meant he had to sit and wait at our house for a half an hour for us to get there in addition to making the crazy long drive. We had told him that in advance and he was shockingly okay with it. Talk about going way above and beyond for your customers! I'm not typically fond of most car salesman and I'm an exceptionally challenging customer because I owned a used car dealership myself for many years and I have to say, Adrian was amazing! I wish I had him as an employee back in the day. He's exactly what every salesman should be, but very few actually are. He's amazing! So it turns out buying a car in Palmdale, of all places, actually can be a great experience and I thank Adrian for that 100%!     TLDR; dont come unless u want to be completely ignored, disregarded, and lose credit score for no reason Horrible experience. Ran a hard credit inquiry when i specifically instructed them not to. On text, too. Manager was supposed to call me back but never did and kept on delaying jt because they were busy. Been weeks and no call. I asked for their number and was ghosted. They dont answer at all and give the same excuse that theyre busy. i get it, but how r u sp busy that u cant respond for weeks....

    It's in the name guys! "Trust" Palmdale was a great experience with Adrian Gonzales as our sales representative. These guys are straight forward and honest! Thank you for my beautiful Honda Accord Sport Hybrid!!

    They'll lure you in with a good deal and then finance will add a bunch of things that they don't even talk about because they rush through everything . Door protection is $995!? He never even mentioned it, if I never asked about it that would have been free money for them. So I'm leasing a Passport for 60k, and then (it was 55.8k OTD before they added a bunch of shit without telling me the cost. Final straw was the condition of the paint. I'd never come back, and I'd highly suggest you go somewhere else.

    Trust Honda went above and beyond for my husband and I when we bought our brand new vehicles yesterday. Dustin, Jerry, and Dennis moved mountains for us. Jerry presented our loan options. Dennis oversaw the financing and gave my very bored teenage autistic son some candy and he darn near are the entire bowl on the poor man. Everyone listened to him with kindness and patience while he spoke in detail about helicopters. It's an aspect of his autism so I appreciate the kindness shown to him. Dustin officiated over the sale of two vehicles, staying late to ensure every detail was taken care of. To add to my very positive experience, he had a beautiful blue bow on my CR-V when the sale was complete, enhancing the joy I already felt. What a prince. Trust Honda has an exceptional team of professionals and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone looking for a car. Trust In Dustin.

    Carlos and Steven went above and beyond when we were looking for our Honda Pilot. We showed up late at the dealer and Carlos showed us 2 different pilots in the color we were looking for. After a short test drive we starting dealing for it and Steven helped us get to the price that we had in budget. Definitely had a good experience with them, I recommend you stop by if you are looking to purchase a Honda.

First thing I found was that the rear view camera was Not working. Carmax stepped up and fixed it. Second thing was the Cabin air filter. I checked it because my wife was sneezing like crazy Every time she got in the Audi. Filter was absolutely dirty with some kind of nut shells black dirt. Third thing I found was a Dirty engine air filter. I mean as soon as I took it off, DIRT just started falling off it!! And the final thing So Far, we're the spark plugs. They say , and are proud of the fact that they do a 150 point Inspection! Well? If you're going to do an inspection you need to Open your Eyes to see. You need to Actually INSPECT and Not pencilwhip the paperwork. Finally, YOU need to have the Discrepancies FIXED! Finally, I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle here to get a mechanic to go with you if you can. Better yet tell the salesman you need more than 20 minutes for the test drive to have a mechanic or a person that KNOWS cars to look at the vehicle because I an NOT at all impressed with carmax's 150 point inspectors!

They told me because of my credit no one else would finance me and pressured into the sale. I was reluctant to sign the paperwork because they were charging me as if they car was brand new. After about a few days the car start shaking horribly and I felt ripped off the interior was all damaged and stuff missing inside the car but he assured me it ran well. Now within 3 days of my purchase I tried to cancel and return the vehicle but they would not return my money and only would trade me for another vehicle after a week of chasing them down. They would not show to their business after they sold me the car and one day I finally caught them there. They would only trade me a car as I mentioned and the second car was even worse the engine light, as well as other lights all came on the 3rd day but after I received that car. Again they would not show to their business or answer my calls. I got an estimate for the car that showed the transmission and motor were in bad condition and car needed about $3000 worth of repairs. I could not get ahold of them to return the car nor would they let me so I do not pay their excessive fees and they came and got the car. They then made up inflated charges to the tune of my whole down payment which is all the car is worth ($2000) and have the car and my money. By the way they change their business name often and move places of business as they are formerly known as Big Family Motors with horrible reviews. I offered to pay for the 2 months of car note I used it but the remainder should be returned to me. The car they sold me, that lovely piece of crap white 2013 Toyota Corolla in their ad photos. I wonder how many times they have sold it and took it back. They belong in jail.

I sold my Toyota Tacoma to them after being told the process would be simple and that payment would be ready in about half an hour. Initially, everything went smoothly. They inspected the truck, finalized the offer, had me sign all paperwork, transferred ownership, and took possession of my vehicle. At the very end of the process, we were suddenly told the check would not be ready until the following evening and would need to be mailed unless we objected. This was never disclosed beforehand. We specifically explained that I needed the funds from the sale immediately in order to purchase another vehicle. After pushing back and explaining that we had been told payment would be ready shortly, they eventually came downstairs with a check. However, what they ALSO failed to disclose was that the check could not even be cashed for 24 hours because it would take that long to clear their own banking system. So to summarize: They took possession and ownership of my truck immediately, but I was left without access to the money for the vehicle I had just sold -- and none of this was communicated upfront. Had they been honest and transparent from the beginning about the timeline and banking delay, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I wasted additional time driving an hour to the nearest Comerica Bank only to discover I still couldn't access my money. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond unacceptable.
