My friend found their card on her windshield so I googled them & Their Facebook helped me make the decision of going over there for further questions. Immediately they were helpful. I first spoke with Juan (the owner) about completely replacing my headlights because the Kia dealership was trying to charge me $750 for the job, & Kia had told me It needed to be done because it was an internal issue with the lights, not just the bulbs. So I've been driving years basically with this knowledge and extremely dim headlights (I hardly drove at night so often I avoided this issue). Explaining the issue with Juan, he looked at the lights himself.. gave me all sorts of options depending if I was trying to just save money or if I really needed/wanted the entire thing replaced. He said he has 10 companies he works with as far as ordering new parts from. He called and called until he got the best affordable quote for me!! Right then and there! Didn't take long at all, he was able to get the headlights shipped in a day, so we made the appointment for the day after the shipment for first thing in the morning! I asked how long it would take, him and Alfonzo, (I believe was his name) the other man who does most of the handy work, said 2.5 hours. When I showed up for the appointment(8AM -when they open) their gates were opened and my headlights were out of the box under their work station, and they were both there on time completely ready to get started!!! They showed me the lights before beginning, just so I saw what was being put on my car. They parked my car and immediately Alfonzo got to work! I received my phone call, I kid you not 2.5 hrs. On the dot later, that it was all done and ready to be picked up!! When I drove away I noticed they even cleaned my windows and I think may have even washed my car, it looked so clean. I left before I got a chance to ask cuz they were busy with costumers. I couldn't be MORE happy with their work ethic and professionalism there! And couldn't believe the affordable price they gave me! I waited 1 week to write this review just to make sure everything stayed in place and I had no issues with the lights. I definitely will be back, and I will continue doing business with them in the future. 1 last thing to mention that is very important to me that is off the bat so noticeable and sorta unexpected since it's a car part place, was their cleanliness and how organized they looked!! That immediately as a costumer made me feel like my car was in good hands. Hope the pictures help you guys see their beautiful work! They did such an overall good job, they deserve this long detailed review! Lol My total cost : $250 - 2 completely Brand new headlights $120 - installation fee $80 - LED lights installed (optional upgrade) = $450 + Tax. - don't remember the exact total but i know it was still well under $500. The store is rather small, but its size was offset by the huge auto parts inventory behind the counter, so chances were that they would have had any auto part I might have needed. They were well staffed, so it was easy to get help when I walked in. I was greeted by a friendly guy who directed me to the leather cleaners and conditioners. He answered all of my questions about the products and I purchased two bottles of what he recommended, which was exactly what I was looking for. BTW, there was one employee there who was speaking Spanish with a customer, and he appeared very helpful as well. Overall, this was a good customer experience!

This is really nice of them but it also makes the line go a little slower. I imagine once they knew they were loosing business they wanted to make it hard for the next guy. Well compared to the price at VV ($6,500 and rising) Freddy and his team got my baby on the road with all VW parts for only $3,700! It took them 5 weeks to do the job, by 5 weeks VV hadn't even cracked it open. A big FU to Valley Volkswagen!!

Come back in and ask again and I am told "has it been 30 minutes already?" at which time I responded that I was told 30 minutes when I got there at 3:18 and it was now 4:47. The employee leaves again and tells me it will be 20 more minutes because one of my rotors is warped. Never mentioned it until now tells they did not even start the rotors for almost an hour. Finally leave the parking lot with the rotors at 5:00pm. Just remember if you go here 30 minutes is really 1 hour and 42 minutes in O'reilly time.
