Disappointed by major communication gaps and unannounced policy changes. I have been a loyal…read morecustomer here for years, but my last visit was incredibly frustrating. I booked a 7:30 AM appointment for a simple oil change. Nearly two hours later, I had to leave for another commitment, so I went to the service advisor to ask for my car back. To my shock, my car was already done and sitting in the lot. The completed paperwork was just sitting on the advisor's desk--no one ever bothered to notify me. To make matters worse, they refused to accept my check, claiming they "no longer take them." I know checks are less common now, but as a regular who has always paid this way, finding out at the register with zero posted signs or warnings is terrible customer service. When I complained, I was told it had been a rule for a "while now," which makes no sense given my history here. A two-hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable, especially when the car was ready and sitting outside. Whether the delay was on the mechanics or the service advisor, I'll never know. Update your signage and communicate better with your clients. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed with Trust Honda. I was sent there by Honda Warranty for an inspection…read moreregarding a visor issue. After the inspection, I was told Tara would contact the warranty department and get back to me. She never did. I followed up, was told again that someone would contact me, and still heard nothing. I eventually had to call the warranty department myself, only to find out they needed diagnostic information that Trust Honda never provided me. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a callback. I'm now going on three and a half weeks waiting for an answer. At this point, I have to ask: How long is too long to simply return a customer's call? Three and a half weeks is unacceptable. The lack of communication and follow-through has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. I will not be returning.

I needed a car with a back-end low enough that I could load a wheelchair. The Ascent was too high for me and the Outback was perfect. Also, I needed the cooling seats due to my husband's illness and his inability to regulate his body temperature. And if that was not enough requests, I wanted a used car. Steve knew that the 2022 Outbacks had the cooling seats and all the driver assists that I wanted. He started looking at inventory in October 2025 and kept me appraised of what he found. He never quit looking for the perfect car for. Today, August 3, 2026, we found the perfect 2022 Subaru Outback Touring model with only 15,285 miles. Steve's dedication and patience to find the perfect car for me goes above and beyond any salesman! Our current 2017 Subaru Outback has 230,000 miles. We have been very pleased with Trust Antelope Valley Subaru from sales to service and definitely recommend them. And of course, if you are in the market, request Steve Wachala!

First of all, this review is for people who are used to going to typical auto shops. You'll have a…read morebetter experience if you know what you're getting into. Alberto's isn't your typical automotive shop. There's no waiting room and it's kind of difficult to find. That being said, the father and son who run the shop were very nice and efficient. My husband took our vehicle in for an oil change. The price wasn't cheap, but it seemed about what other shops were quoting so it was fair. And everything is more expensive right now. It's always scary trying to find a new automotive place. We picked Alberto's because the Yelp profile said they had a waiting room and their reviews were good and they had supposedly been in business 20 years. I think their Yelp profile needs updating because they don't have a waiting room and the father told us they've been in business 2 and a half years and the son said 4 and a half but Yelp said 20 years. So we don't know what to believe, but they did a great job! :D I don't want to give the wrong impression. We would go back there again for an oil change. We prefer supporting small businesses. I just think you need to be aware of what you're getting into so you're prepared for what the experience will be so you don't judge them too harshly.
