DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!! Go to Costco instead! This place changed my brake pads one year ago , and now the pads are totally worn out. When I came back to ask them to look at it, they said it was not their problem. I suspect they messed up customers' cars on purpose to generate more business. read more

If you're trying to get ripped off come here. Asked for a headlight bulb replacement guy wanted to charge me 90 dollars for a 20 min job or less. As well wanted to charge me 25 for one bulb but I found the bulb set for 25 at Walmart. As well Walmart auto center charges 7 for each bulb change took them less than 10 min to change. Saved 100 so be Careful if you're a female they might try to scam you read more

Excellent, friendly and quick with their service. My friends and I were caught in a bit of a bind on our way to Vegas. The belly pan of the car was falling off, we drive up and one of the employees comes out to greet us right away, asked us what's wrong and gave us a quote and got to work right away. Really took our worries away. Great place! read more

Needed a smog check and my office is right around the corner from here. Called them up and Danny the owner said to bring it right in. When I got there he offered me a Pepsi and a chair while I waited. 25 minutes and $39 later, I had my smog certificate. Will definitely be bringing my car back for other services. read more

I called to get a quote on an oil change and Joey helped me out. He was very energetic and friendly on the phone. Joey was able to put me in for a same day appointment at the time that worked best for me. I arrived where he greeted me immediately, got me all set up. I sat down at 4:07 and was out the door at 4:38. It was fast and easy. The oil change cost a little more than I normally pay but for the customer service and quick service, I'll definitely be returning. read more

I needed an oil change same day. Took the car in and it was completed quickly. The shop was understaffed when I went in so I had to wait a few minutes to check in and to check out which I didnt mind as I was getting the same day service that I needed. I've paid a few dollars less for an oil change elsewhere but I needed something near my house and quick. Other places didn't have same day openings for an oil change so this worked for me. read more

Kinda upsetting to me that I owed more. When I was ready to go my battery was dead and they told me I had a bad battery. I came there on a charged battery and now I had to replace? The thing that was up setting was the attitude on my adviser Rick. He wasn't very nice. He was in a bad mood and looked like he didn't like his job. Normally when I had to deal with him he seemed nice. It would have been nice if they would have charged the battery if it was sitting for a long period and charge when I was suppose to pick it up.

I was there last night 12/13/2025 and RF (not sure of his name) was an outstanding employee. They check everything so I feel very comfortable knowing that all of my vehicles are safe to drive in town or across the country. I highly recommend Valvoline Express Care in Palmdale. They even give a coupon for a free car wash.

I got a couple of estimates from places where i live but they all wanted too much. I called these guys and they are awesome. The work they did was great and done in a timely manner. I came to the shop based on a recommendation and was happy I went. The shop recently opened up, I didn't know what to expect. The inside looked really nice and clean. The service was great! It's a family owned shop, so everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I had an oil change done on my 2013 Honda Civic. Overall it was smooth process. I also found out that they not only work on cars, but motorcycles as well. Definitely recommend checking it out. read more

I'm normally really picky about where i take my car for oil changes. I usually take my car to the dealership, however, dealerships overcharge! My friend recommended me this place and i was not disappointed. The staff was really professional and friendly. For my oil change i only waited 45mins maybe an hour. I normally wait 2 hours at the dealership so i was super happy about this. Thanks Palmdale Auto Services. You guys are wonderful! read more

So I just took my car in about two days ago, and the owner Danny was nothing but a professional. He gave me quick and accurate answers to any and all my questions I had, I came in with a busted coolant pump he gave me fair pricing was honest and quick about his work. They're awesome, fast, and their work is efficient! I took my 2016 Honda Accord for a service change and they were just wonderful! If there was a 10 star option i would put that in! Danny is awesome! I was on my way to Vegas a couple weeks ago when my car started to overheat and he got me in right away. He ran pressure tests, checked for any leaks and was 100% honest about what was going on and what my options were. Gave me a good deal too. I don't know where to start from but these guys are the best in Palmdale.I took in my 2016 dodge 2500 diesel and Danny drove the car in right away and took care of it. He checked everything and didn't try selling me stuff how the dealers do I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! read more
