Great service! Very trust worthy. Been dealership for years... Been told that certain things need to be done properly. When visiting Elite Car Care, I was happy to know that certain services were not needed to do it properly as I was told at the dealership. They were very honest and kind and worked efficiently, and my car drove nicely. I will return. read more

Wow we came here for a routine service. My wife picked up the car and now there's a loud siren sound coming from my wife's dashboard and they're claiming they have nothing to do with it. Incredibly rude and bizarre that this is happening. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Do not come here at all costs. Avoid this place. read more

best place out in Av honest and fast thanks Eid for all your help and always taking care of my car and being so friendly !!!

Dropped off my car with a code, and got my car returned with more codes and a $700 bill on something they broke. Very nice people don't get me wrong . If you have something basic they can do it but if it's something complex your better off looking at another place. My car went in for a code came out with another 2 codes and leaking oil. And with a big bull on a Brocken part they had to replace that I was not having issues with at all. I usually do everything myself but on this issue I did not have the correct tools to diag further and decided to give them a try. read more

I decide to come here initially because of the reviews but what sold me as a customer was how friendly and accommodating Ed and Shaun were. My vehicle was in his shop for a few days as they diagnosed a major oil leak and made necessary repairs. They gave realistic expectations on how long everything was going to take but I was good with it because they were thorough on explaining what was happening. I understand you can't rush quality work and that's what these gentlemen bring to the table. I'll definitely recommend their services to friends and family. read more

This was a 5 star business when Ed was running the place. The new owner is a joke. He tells me he cannot do wheel bearings and couldn't even point me in the right direction to where I can find help getting my bearings replaced. This is not a mechanic. Do yourselves a favor and go find a real mechanic dont bring it to this so called "establishment". read more

This is the place to go for quick service, friendly, honest. Shawn was great to provide price quickly. I had air conditioner problems. Works great. I will go back soon for more work. I trust these guys. Thanks Jerry read more

Elite Car Care is the best! auto shop in Antelope Valley because they give Great service and work that's done on your car and most of all they are very honest with the costumers and don't take advantaged of you because your clueless with what's going on with your vehicle and I been dealing with them since I moved to the antelope valley area since 2005 and was recommended by my family member to go to them when I first encounter car problems of my own and been using them ever since and if any of my vehicles ever break down no matter what time it is I would have my car towed to there shop which open very early like around 7am I think and ask for either Shawn, lil Ed or Big Ed all of them I dealt with and received the same service that kept me coming back to them after all these years try them out and you will feel the same way as I do and also they are very fair in Pricing. read more

I've brought my car here twice in the past year and the guys are extremely fast! Walked out in 20 minutes for a transmission fluid swap

As a former auto claims adjuster, I was interested on which business had done well. Looked at other yelp reviews on other shops and I was surprised to see this was one of the highest. Sean was upfront and personable. Jose the mechanic that worked on my car was informative and experienced. Asked him to show me how it was done an what was the problem. Room was a bit scant (no TVs, Wi Fi, or big waiting area) but I'll take that for better quality and personal service. Didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Which I appreciated. I would recommend this place in the future. read more

Very friendly and helpful service. Ed was honest and polite.called about one hour before closing for brake and lights inspection and took me right in.will definitely recommend read more

So far so good, went in there for a standard oil change. Ed was very nice and friendly. He didn't come out and try to sell me more services, like every other mechanic does. I did bring up an issue I have been having with my car for a while, he said next time I bring it in we can take a look at it but it wasn't a big deal. I'll continue to come to the mechanic. I would recommend it too. read more

Elite Car Care - My 330i being serviced - Smog Check Stations Near Me - Palmdale, California

Went in to see if I needed a new battery or if the problem was more then that. They checked my battery for free, then said they didn't have the battery I needed, and recommended where I could get the right battery. Never once did they try and sell or push anything on me. Instead of dealing with someone else, I asked if they could get their hands on a battery for me, and they said yes, and that the car would be ready to pick up by the time I got back from lunch. Friendly, polite, quick. I have other work that needs to be done, and I will be taking it to Elite Car Care! read more

I had to replace a few things on my car and these guys took care of me I recommend the owner is a straight forward guy !

I was traveling through Palmdale from out of town, it was a hot day (107 deg) and my car's AC goes out. I googled local shop considering it was Friday almost 4pm didn't think anyone could help me. I was traveling with my family and 1 1/2 yo baby. I was panicking. I called and spoke to ED he was very friendly understood the situation and told me to come in and he can try to diagnose the problem. I got there and was greeted by a very friendly Ed and right away he himself started to diagnose the car. Within half an hour Ed was able to tell me that my Ac compressor and the clutch for it went out and would need to be replaced. He told me that it would be few hours labor and parts need to be ordered but since it was so late in the evening they cant do anything. (I totally understood ). I told him I need to head back to my town and thanked him for diagnosing the problem. I was so thankful Ed went above and beyond and for my troubles didn't even charge me the diagnostic and told me to put it towards the repair because I will need it. Not only that but he printed out the parts and labor price to compare it when I got back home to show the repair shop. I am beyond thankful for meeting such a genuinely nice, friendly and honest person in the time of my desperation. I took my car in for repair the very next day in my hometown and Ed was 100% correct with his diagnostic. If I lived in Palmdale I would gladly give them my business. Thank you so much !!!! read more

Thank you!!! I had my van towed here since it wouldn't start. I called other shops and most of them said they were busy or closing soon. I spoke to ED I think he is the owner and he told me don't worry we are very busy and will squeeze you in to get it fix. I was so happy and lucky they provided quick service. What they charge me was a great price too. This place is so awesome! read more

Our car brokedown and we are new to the area. I called a few mechanics in Palmdale and Ed was the most accommodating one. He was very responsive and honest. He does his best to keep his customers happy and makes it affordable for you. One of the best mechanics I have met. Great customer service. I would recommend him without a doubt. read more

Got there, parked the employe asked me to move my car out, because they were going to pull in a car (which they never did) I asked him how long was the waiting time for an oil change and said he did not know with a bad attitude, these were his words " I don't know move your car out and go talk to the owner" never coming back to this place, if this is their customer service I can't imagine their service read more

Deal with the Dad the son has no problem lying to you and tells you what he thinks you want to hear to get your business.

I called inquiring about an estimation for changing an ignition coil and the customer service I received was terrible. First off the man on the phone didn't announce the company he worked for just a rude hello; I wanted to make sure I had the right number so I asked it this was Elite Car Care, annoyed he responded with a yea. I brushed it off and asked how much it would cost to have an ignition coil replaced; he was informative and told me everything I needed to know. Out of curiosity he asked how did I know exactly what needed to be changed. I told him my check engine light came on and I went to O'Reilly Auto shop to have them check it out since they do free engine check screenings. He sounded insulted and told me that I could do it that way; follow what O'Reily said buy the part and have him install it but persistently let it be known that if provided that service and my check engine light was still I would still need to pay for the labor. At no point did I ever mention I was going to buy the part and have him install it, I didn't even make a decision to even go to his auto shop to have it done. I was just calling for an estimation. I then asked how much it would cost to have him diagnose my car and at this point he sounded frustrated and was being pushy to get me off the phone. He kept asking if I wanted to do it or not. I decided not to go to him. Very rude, terrible attitude and unprofessional. All of that from a phone call I can't imagine the in person service. I would never come here and would never recommend anyone to. I'm glad I called and found out everything I needed to know about the service and this company. read more
