Dropped off my car with a code, and got my car returned with more codes and a $700 bill on something they broke. Very nice people don't get me wrong . If you have something basic they can do it but if it's something complex your better off looking at another place. My car went in for a code came out with another 2 codes and leaking oil. And with a big bull on a Brocken part they had to replace that I was not having issues with at all. I usually do everything myself but on this issue I did not have the correct tools to diag further and decided to give them a try. read more

As a former auto claims adjuster, I was interested on which business had done well. Looked at other yelp reviews on other shops and I was surprised to see this was one of the highest. Sean was upfront and personable. Jose the mechanic that worked on my car was informative and experienced. Asked him to show me how it was done an what was the problem. Room was a bit scant (no TVs, Wi Fi, or big waiting area) but I'll take that for better quality and personal service. Didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Which I appreciated. I had to replace a few things on my car and these guys took care of me I recommend the owner is a straight forward guy !

I was traveling through Palmdale from out of town, it was a hot day (107 deg) and my car's AC goes out. I googled local shop considering it was Friday almost 4pm didn't think anyone could help me. I was traveling with my family and 1 1/2 yo baby. I was panicking. I called and spoke to ED he was very friendly understood the situation and told me to come in and he can try to diagnose the problem. I got there and was greeted by a very friendly Ed and right away he himself started to diagnose the car. Within half an hour Ed was able to tell me that my Ac compressor and the clutch for it went out and would need to be replaced. He told me that it would be few hours labor and parts need to be ordered but since it was so late in the evening they cant do anything. (I totally understood ). I told him I need to head back to my town and thanked him for diagnosing the problem. I was so thankful Ed went above and beyond and for my troubles didn't even charge me the diagnostic and told me to put it towards the repair because I will need it. Not only that but he printed out the parts and labor price to compare it when I got back home to show the repair shop. I am beyond thankful for meeting such a genuinely nice, friendly and honest person in the time of my desperation. I took my car in for repair the very next day in my hometown and Ed was 100% correct with his diagnostic. If I lived in Palmdale I would gladly give them my business. I called inquiring about an estimation for changing an ignition coil and the customer service I received was terrible. First off the man on the phone didn't announce the company he worked for just a rude hello; I wanted to make sure I had the right number so I asked it this was Elite Car Care, annoyed he responded with a yea. I brushed it off and asked how much it would cost to have an ignition coil replaced; he was informative and told me everything I needed to know. Out of curiosity he asked how did I know exactly what needed to be changed. I told him my check engine light came on and I went to O'Reilly Auto shop to have them check it out since they do free engine check screenings. He sounded insulted and told me that I could do it that way; follow what O'Reily said buy the part and have him install it but persistently let it be known that if provided that service and my check engine light was still I would still need to pay for the labor. At no point did I ever mention I was going to buy the part and have him install it, I didn't even make a decision to even go to his auto shop to have it done. I was just calling for an estimation. I then asked how much it would cost to have him diagnose my car and at this point he sounded frustrated and was being pushy to get me off the phone. He kept asking if I wanted to do it or not. I decided not to go to him. Very rude, terrible attitude and unprofessional. All of that from a phone call I can't imagine the in person service. I would never come here and would never recommend anyone to. I'm glad I called and found out everything I needed to know about the service and this company. read more
