    Camacho Mitsubishi Report

    Our experience with the service department has not been the best. We've taken our vehicle there for a few years now to be serviced and the rep we had never provided an update of what was wrong with our car. I would always ask him for the inspection report and it was never provided to us. About 2 years ago our breaks were almost out. We had just taken our car to be serviced and we were not notified by our rep. I made sure to notify the manager about this horrible experience. About 2-3 months ago, we took our car in for an oil change, and thankfully was provided with the inspection report but to my surprise, the rep had added to the report: ALL RECOMMEND REPLACEMENTS REPAIR SERVICES DECLINED AT THIS TIME I made sure to write a note on the paper that a call was NOT made to my husband or me. We like our car because it's great on gas but HATE that the only close Mitsubishi service is this location. I will be looking for another service place even if it means driving 45 minutes away.

    Don't be fooled by fliers that get mailed out that say there car dealership will get you financed even with a bankruptcy, they contain very little information and when you call they give you even less information other than you have to come in to find out details or give you just enough details to give you false hope, this happens to be one of those dealerships. When I called this place after receiving one of those fliers I spoke to a lady named Victoria she asked about my financial status and after asking a few questions she said with my earnings and 800 down I would qualify for any car on the lot them sent me a link that showed the 210 cars on the lot (See for yourself https://www.camachoauto.com/ ) That link is what she sent me after she made that statement. I looked at the cars and there were no prices, so I found their regular website that did show the priced with the same pitured cars and they seemed to be some pretty high prices, so I called them again and Victoria answered again and I told her my concern that I would not qualify she would only say not to worry to come in, they do their own financing and I would qualify for any car I want. So I sent her the following text on the text number she sent me the link "Kristine, Here are a few cars stock #s I have been looking at, please tell me if any of them are in my ballpark please. Stock#'s P1576, 63093, 63099, M50002A, 63007, M4954A, M5007, M5013 or if you have any 2500/F250 or 3500/F350 in stock. Please let me know. Thank you. Rob A" Which were cars that were cars that were mid to high 20 thousands, I received no answer. So I drove to the lot which is a little over an hour away. I got there and met with the finance person Juan Sanchez. He was the one who delivered the truth that there financing is only good for cars of 13,000 or less. But anything more would take a higher score and more down than what I was told on the phone. So I made my understanding known from my phone conversations with Victoria on the phone and they corrected her statement on the phone that she was not correct and that they only have a few cars in that price range and they are high mileage vehicles. They gave me the proper emails to contact the managers about what happened. This to me felt like fraud. I called Victoria back and tried to tell me that she told me that there financing was only good for up to 12,000, so she didn't even know the right amount in het lie. I told her that I wouldn't have driven an hour to the dealership if she was honest because I was trying to get a bigger vehicle with a less mileage than my current car, which I told her on the phone before coming to the dealership. So all in all for those reading this don't fall for Camacho Auto dealerships fraudulent claims. They lied and wasted over 3 hours of my time. #Fraud

    Screen will not turn on after going out, takes a day or two to come back on. Dealership refuses to fix it .

    I bought a 2022 mitsubishi outlander here last summer and have had issue after issue with the electronics. Took it in twice already since the warranty covered it for the diagnostics and whatever repairs they supposedly did. The issues continue. Mitsubishi auto doesn't connect usb2 goes out for days once the screen is connected to it for the GPS. I almost had an accident because the electronic went out while I was using the GPS on the fwy looking for my exit. I tried taking it back for repairs a third time and this time the man at the service and repair told me the warranty expired and to run a diagnostics I had to pay outta pocket and that issues I explained seemed to be caused by me not by a lemon vehicle they sold me off the lot. I was refused service and when I contacted mitsubishi corporate they told me my stereo system and electronics all had warranty for 3 years still on them and that the fee was not to be charged since it's an ongoing issue and once diagnostics confirms it's the same issue covered by warranty fees are to be waived. Which Camacho mitsubishi is trying to avoid being responsible for. The 2022-2023 outlanders have faulty electronics and the screens go out and black for days. Other people have been having the same issue with theirs and I don't understand how they're trying to say I somehow have caused this issue in my vehicle when I have been ignored and the issue hasn't been fixed. I reached out to them on Facebook, they ignored that. I called Camacho they give me the run around. I paid off 2 other vehicles with them , but after this incident this will be the last time I ever buy anything through this scam of a dealership ever again . They take your money and sell you a lemon and won't repair anything unless you pay and pay when supposedly you had a good warranty on mitsubishi and that's what sold you in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM CAMACHO!!!

    Went to buy my first car when I was sold a vehicle with bad brakes and a transmission ! They send out cars that have not passed the 101 inspection to the ground for sale, when I informed them I could not wait for it to be fixed they offered me another vehicle which when I test drive also has transmission issues. The manager Kylie is never present for his customers in person or over the phone making complications like these irritating as can be. I will never be doing service here and will be advising my friend and family in the AV to do the same. While I was there another customer was receiving her money back as well.

    My new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander

    I have to remove my first positive review for this dealership after finding issue with the new 2022 Outlander and added optional item that I don't need. I'm regretting that I went with this dealership. Here is my story. I purchased the 2022 Outlander about 2 weeks ago and traded it in my old Mitsubishis Lancer, I was excited and Joli was my salesperson she was nice to accomodate me, my Credit Score is not the best and was still approve by the same bank that financed my previous vehicle. Long story short I got the vehicle but after a day or 2 I notice the steering is not straight and one of the door knob rod grommer broke and service told me it will take 6 months for them to get replacement . Also reviewing the contract they added a extended warranty for $2500 on top what Mitsubishi is giving. So I went back to see Joli and told her about it she mentioned that because of my credit score the bank that financed me requires it so I can get approve for the loan not true. I find out by calling the bank spoke to one of the rep he mentioned that they don't require any optional warranty all they need is a comprehensive insurance which I understand. I'm upset and stressed. I texted Joli and she mentioned that I need to speak to the finance manager so he can adjust it for me its been 3 days but I haven't heard from the manager not even a courtesy call. Is this how you run a business? Lastly the " Brand New Car" is with the service department since last week and till now I haven't gotten a call from them or at least a call to give me a update and they are charging me $130 for diagnostic test this dealership is draining my wallet I shouldn't be paying a dime for it because the Vehicle is brand new. To have a new Vehicle I shoul be free from worry and stress but I'm feeling the opposite right now. Don't get me wrong I love Mitsubishi Cars but I should have went with a different dealership. So if you guys are thinking of purchasing your next car from Camacho Mitsubishi think twice or at least do your research.

First thing I found was that the rear view camera was Not working. Carmax stepped up and fixed it. Second thing was the Cabin air filter. I checked it because my wife was sneezing like crazy Every time she got in the Audi. Filter was absolutely dirty with some kind of nut shells black dirt. Third thing I found was a Dirty engine air filter. I mean as soon as I took it off, DIRT just started falling off it!! And the final thing So Far, we're the spark plugs. They say , and are proud of the fact that they do a 150 point Inspection! Well? If you're going to do an inspection you need to Open your Eyes to see. You need to Actually INSPECT and Not pencilwhip the paperwork. Finally, YOU need to have the Discrepancies FIXED! Finally, I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle here to get a mechanic to go with you if you can. Better yet tell the salesman you need more than 20 minutes for the test drive to have a mechanic or a person that KNOWS cars to look at the vehicle because I an NOT at all impressed with carmax's 150 point inspectors!

They told me because of my credit no one else would finance me and pressured into the sale. I was reluctant to sign the paperwork because they were charging me as if they car was brand new. After about a few days the car start shaking horribly and I felt ripped off the interior was all damaged and stuff missing inside the car but he assured me it ran well. Now within 3 days of my purchase I tried to cancel and return the vehicle but they would not return my money and only would trade me for another vehicle after a week of chasing them down. They would not show to their business after they sold me the car and one day I finally caught them there. They would only trade me a car as I mentioned and the second car was even worse the engine light, as well as other lights all came on the 3rd day but after I received that car. Again they would not show to their business or answer my calls. I got an estimate for the car that showed the transmission and motor were in bad condition and car needed about $3000 worth of repairs. I could not get ahold of them to return the car nor would they let me so I do not pay their excessive fees and they came and got the car. They then made up inflated charges to the tune of my whole down payment which is all the car is worth ($2000) and have the car and my money. By the way they change their business name often and move places of business as they are formerly known as Big Family Motors with horrible reviews. I offered to pay for the 2 months of car note I used it but the remainder should be returned to me. The car they sold me, that lovely piece of crap white 2013 Toyota Corolla in their ad photos. I wonder how many times they have sold it and took it back. They belong in jail.

I sold my Toyota Tacoma to them after being told the process would be simple and that payment would be ready in about half an hour. Initially, everything went smoothly. They inspected the truck, finalized the offer, had me sign all paperwork, transferred ownership, and took possession of my vehicle. At the very end of the process, we were suddenly told the check would not be ready until the following evening and would need to be mailed unless we objected. This was never disclosed beforehand. We specifically explained that I needed the funds from the sale immediately in order to purchase another vehicle. After pushing back and explaining that we had been told payment would be ready shortly, they eventually came downstairs with a check. However, what they ALSO failed to disclose was that the check could not even be cashed for 24 hours because it would take that long to clear their own banking system. So to summarize: They took possession and ownership of my truck immediately, but I was left without access to the money for the vehicle I had just sold -- and none of this was communicated upfront. Had they been honest and transparent from the beginning about the timeline and banking delay, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I wasted additional time driving an hour to the nearest Comerica Bank only to discover I still couldn't access my money. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond unacceptable.
