I stop by this Ding Tea location when I am in the Costa Mesa area. It is in a long strip mall on the east side of Harbor, just south of Adams. There is plenty of parking, and a few handicapped spots right in front. I like how each Ding Tea location has its own unique décor. This one kind of has a floral theme with decorative ivy on the back wall and several floral arrangements on the wall. There are a few small tables against the wall, and some high top bar tables along the front windows. In addition to having many of the standard Ding Tea drinks, it looks like they have recently added matcha drinks also with latte, coconut, strawberry, and mango varieties. They have a good selection of toppings, and even several food items. I always get the kumquat lemon green tea with 25% ice, 25% sugar, and both golden and crystal boba. The drinks are always consistently good, and are made quickly. The staff is always friendly too. I'll continue to return when in the area.

One of the few boba spots in the Costa Mesa/Huntington Beach area. During my most recent visit, I ordered the strawberry green tea with boba and topped with cheese foam. This drink was a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The boba itself had a great chewy consistency, which is exactly how I like it. This location is on the smaller side, with only a few seats inside, making it more of a grab-and-go concept. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations if you're unsure what to order. Ding Tea is an amazing addition to your weekend list of errands. Because is hard work even worth it without a sweet treat?

Here, they have lots of different options of coffees, milk teas, fruit teas, yogurts, slushies, smoothies, etc. My drink was literally made in seconds multiple times! Also, this location has a colorful design inside and a nice bar! They also provide lots of helpful information like what dairies they use in certain drinks. Overall, a nice quality place to get a refreshing drink! + Free WiFi + Food/snacks

They take phone orders! I hate waiting so I usually call in my order before heading over even though I only live 5 minutes away. They started serving food recently but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. Will be back to try!

One of my favorite drinks here at this location that other Ding Tea's don't usually have, is their Taro Shake. Over here, they have Taro Milk Shake or Taro slush. Other places usually have just slush. I really like the brand of taro powder they use here! I like to ask them for a little extra taro powder haha. The service is efficient and quick! The friendliness can be a hit and miss but I'm not sure because it seems kind of inconsistent haha like when it came to me, the smile was gone and no thank you'd or nothing when it came to my transaction haha. But I remember coming on other days with other workers and it's usually nice and friendly!! But the service is still efficient and quick so no complaints! The ambience is cute and has a nice welcoming set up. Parking is not too much of a hassle either! Located next to Sassy Nail Bar!

This Ding Tea location has opened for a while now. I still remember attending their soft opening while still being a college student 4-5 years ago. I had a chance to come back here to get some drinks with my family today and feel like they were still doing pretty well. I noticed they also began selling finger foods like popcorn chicken or fries so that was another nice thing. We had Hokkaido Milk Tea and Monster Boba Latte today. Both of them were very good as usual. However, I felt like these were quite sweeter than I expected them to be. Boba was chewy and its flavor was awesome. Even though it was almost the end of the day, I appreciated that the quality was still very consistent. The service we had was nice and quick. We love the Christmas decor and all the efforts that the staff have spent to make the store look warm and cozy! Merry Christmas everyone!!!

I come in here every morning. I work upstairs and I get the monster Boba latte with a shot of espresso no ice extra Boba. It's my most favorite thing. Friendly and fast service as well. 10 out of 10

"Where the Parking is a Villain and the Nachos are the Hero"…read moreLet me paint you a picture. Newport Blvd. A line snaking out the door. You're squinting at it, already calculating if brunch is worth it. It is. Park somewhere, anywhere -- I don't care if you have to parallel park on a prayer -- because Salty Horse is one of those places that earns every inconvenient minute of your morning. The vibe alone is worth the drive: coastal charm collides with Western soul in a way that feels totally intentional and not at all try-hard. Think sun-bleached ranch meets beachside diner, with a menu to match. And yes, there will likely be a line. But here's the thing -- it moves, you will get a table, and by the time you sit down, you've already earned your meal through the ancient ritual of standing outside wanting it. Now. The Mesa Nachos. I don't use the word "huge" lightly, but these nachos arrived looking like a geological event. A mountain range of chips, toppings stacked with actual intention, the kind of nachos that make you immediately text someone "you need to come here." Shared between two people, it's a full meal. Attempted solo, it's a personal challenge. Either way ~ winner. The Hawaiian Cowboy sandwich lives up to every chaotic, beautiful promise its name implies. Sweet, savory, a little wild -- exactly what you want from something called the Hawaiian Cowboy. The pancakes were fluffy, gorgeous, and made me briefly reconsider my life choices (in a good way). And the Hibiscus Rose ( a caffeine-free option from their functional latte lineup) was floral, refreshing, and the kind of drink that makes you feel like you're doing something right. Salty Horse, the parking situation needs a word with management. Everything else? Absolutely no notes.

They're open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, making it perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We started with the Avocado Toast as a starter, and it was delicious a must-try! The highlight of my meal was definitely the Cowboy Steak Frites; the ribeye steak cooked to perfection, topped with rich cowboy butter, and those truffle parmesan fries were a perfect pairing. For drinks, we started with Fresh Pressed Blueberry Mint Lemonade($6). It was refreshing and not too sweet. Before heading out we grabbed a Berries and Cream Matcha ,less sweet ($8.50) and a seasonal Banana Bandit Matcha. Both had great taste and were delicious. The outdoor seating area is a lovely spot for small groups. If you're looking for tasty food without the seed oils, Salty Horse is the place to go! I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! One thing to mention is their parking is street parking but there was plenty of spaces to park .

At the Costa Mesa location, parking was a little tricky at first, but after circling we got lucky with a corner spot. The location itself is SO cute! It's right next to colorful barrel fountains, and on a sunny day it honestly felt like the perfect coffee outing. The line was pretty long and you are standing in direct sun, so just keep that in mind, but the service was quick and efficient once you order. Inside, it's small but really charming, with Sunny Angels hidden around and a very open, friendly vibe. My sister (who is basically a professional coffee drinker at this point ) got the matcha and said it was her favorite, which says a lot. I got the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, and it was SO good. Spanish lattes are my go-to, and this one had the perfect hint of cinnamon without being overly sweet. Even as the ice melted, it still tasted great, which is rare. The Torrance location was just as good! Parking was easier, the space is bigger, and the service was still super friendly and fast. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte. Definitely worth the visit!

There is no obligation for anyone to remember my name or get to know me or my usual order, but they do and it's very much appreciated and noticed. They'll always take care of you and make sure you're happy with your order and your experience. They are always attentive and professional. Kitchen staff are *chefs kiss* really good at what they do. Always hot and fresh and work hard to get the orders out and at 100% their best. Never had a wrong order, even during peak hours. Parking is a bit tight but the valet staff do a pretty good job of regulating the flow and other people are usually pretty good about the 10 min parking.
