First, I would like to say I use to love this location at the 120th & Sheridan in Broomfield, CO…read more The first reason is simply that within a weeks period of deliveries, two (2) of my deliveries have been damaged in transport. The stores shipping my goods HAVE NOT PROPERLY PACKAGED THOSE SHIPMENTS FOR DELIVERY!!! I selected two (2) dish sets along with (2) bowl sets which were delivered from different locations. I have returned (1) bowl set due to damage during shipping. The outer box had damage and actually sounded broken upon retrieving the box from my mailroom. There was negligent bubble wrap, so the bowl set box was sitting directly on the shipping box with no packaging materials. The entire dish set appears to have made it, nut this was never packaged other than the original box. Risky in my opinion. Then, when I expected delivery on another dish set by this past weekend along with another bowl set, I looked up tracking on the shipment and there was an 'Exception' on the two individual shipments....Those two items were shipped with UPS. By that, I mean that the boxes had been damaged and noted by the final delivery party prior to my receipt of goods. It seems difficult to have any shipments, other than soft goods, make their final destination... Overall, I have lost more money and time trying to buy these items than if I had never placed this order. Yes, that's four total shipments with three damaged deliveries/goods. There is no value in trying to replace these items, I Do Not have the time to do more than I have by taking the joy out of buying from Kohl's online. If and when replacement is provided, I will be returning the items to my local store upon receipt. Additionally, I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KOHL'S. I have personally shipped fragile items myself, resulting with no damage and a happy customer

Walked in the door and was greeted almost immediately by a friendly staff member who asked what my children would be interested in and offered up some of her own suggestions, even leading me to those departments inside the store. Wide variety of decently made toys - not the plastic crap that Target and Toys R Us sells. Staff was very friendly and offered FREE gift wrapping. There's even a "birthday club" for kids. An excellent addition to Broomfield and one we should all support! The staff and selection are what makes this a true 5 * selection. Plenty of parking and close to the RTD stop at Flatiron. We decided to install ourselves and Natalie helped us when we picked everything up from the store and told us how to get detailed instructions for our design. Overall it went well but we had several questions at the very end and we were missing one crucial piece. I called the store, spoke to Natalie. She found the piece in the warehouse and offered to drop it to our house on her way home from work that day. She came in and answered our questions - she knew the product very well. I haven't come across service like this in a long time and we were so grateful And we love the new closet system.
