But the further you go out from the food court, you will find other stores that don't seem named brand. It's usually means that it's not a super high-end mall. I did not ask for anything in return I just wanted to show him the shoes and how poorly made they were. Mikey gave us 10$ off . That's what I call a good manger. She is an older woman with dark hair and was working at 8pm on July 22nd. She LIED to my mother and told her she needed a Kohls card to access the discount (this is not true, I did it and I was one checkout down), she refused to cancel the transaction when my mom used the wrong card accidentally until I said "you can definitely fix that" and then she refused to try and apply the coupon! On top of that, she had to unlock our cart for us to go outside and she treated my mother like a child, stopping the cart with her foot and saying "hold on" in an irritated tone. I told her she was rude to her face. What awful customer service, and why is she lying and refusing to HELP when that's her job??

Wide variety of decently made toys - not the plastic crap that Target and Toys R Us sells. Staff was very friendly and offered FREE gift wrapping. There's even a "birthday club" for kids. An excellent addition to Broomfield and one we should all support! The staff and selection are what makes this a true 5 * selection. Plenty of parking and close to the RTD stop at Flatiron. We decided to install ourselves and Natalie helped us when we picked everything up from the store and told us how to get detailed instructions for our design. Overall it went well but we had several questions at the very end and we were missing one crucial piece. I called the store, spoke to Natalie. She found the piece in the warehouse and offered to drop it to our house on her way home from work that day. She came in and answered our questions - she knew the product very well. I haven't come across service like this in a long time and we were so grateful And we love the new closet system.
