Runners Roost is running company that has few stores in Colorado. It was funny that also had one in Boulder and actually ended up walking around that store also. This store is little smaller than the one in Boulder. The selection is still pretty good comes to shoes, nutrition, and all the essentials need for runners. They have all major brands. Emily big on Hoka ended up getting two pairs and happy with everything. The customer service five stars!! The minute walk in friendly, welcoming, and great conversations. Talked about running in the area and learn they have weekly run club start for the store. Great vibe community of runners in Colorado. This while both clerks continued happily engaged and laughing with another Caucasian customer. I've been looking for a clever new business jacket and dress for an upcoming gala and was drawn in by a Shop Sale sign on the sidewalk, but found no indication of any sale inside the store. During my eight minute visit, no one approached or engaged me in any manner as I moved through the store browsing their few offerings, though I never left their watchful gaze. I briefly considered addressing a sales clerk myself before putting my card back into my wallet . I cannot endorse nor recommend anyone to this effete core of impudent snobs. I wish I had checked their reviews prior to my visit to be aware of the condescending attitude reflected in the owner responses. A similar offputting bravada is clearly carried through to the demeanor of the staff. Bottom line, you judged me on site so you lost my sale. In summary, I was generally disappointed at the arrogant lack of effort in their blatantly inequitable customer relations, combined with the tragically overpriced and limited selection of this shop. Cannot recommend. Will not return.

The owner is understandably selective about the items she accepts for consignment. HOWEVER, she is inconsistent, perhaps biased. She has turned away some items citing flaws that appear in many of the items she sells: light pilling, slight flaws on heels or soles of shoes for example. Definitely a store that caters to middle aged and older women, so don't bother bringing in vintage dresses or the coveted Levi's 501s.

They won't make it right and they have now used up 2 of my refills per insurance and won't swap it out for the correct prescription. This impacts my health. I am firing them. Stay away from this sh*tshow.!
