My experience at this store is always so great and my last shopping spree far outweighed my expectations. A young lady by the name of Sofia was incredibly helpful to me and went above and beyond the call of duty to find exactly what I was looking for. It was like having a personal shopper with me, knowing exactly where things were in that giant selection of beautiful clothes. I purchased much more than I expected to and will return soon for another 'spree'. Sofia was so courteous and helpful and I hope I have the pleasure of working with her again when I return. It's not often you find such great customer service in a big box store but I feel Dillard's in Flatirons is a great place to spend my time and money.

Most of the items will be sold in bulk for large businesses, resellers, or large families in order to get a discounted price. As long as you can navigate the aisles, avoid collisions with other customers and know your way around, it should be a hassle free environment. Dont forget to visit the little old ladies that give out samples, they are a plus to shopping here.

Ashley helped me get the frames ready, checked the prescription from my ophthalmologist, marked what needed to be done, all in a short period of time. She was gracious and professional. Both visits have been great and I will go back soon for sunglasses! There is a $25 charge for frames coming from outside the department and they must be new but worth it. Thanks!

I have been shopping at this store for almost 20 years. She was loud, and completely embarrassed me in front of other shoppers AND coworkers! When asked to speak to a manager, she first ran to another co-worker, and spoke in complete Spanish so that I wouldn't be able to understand her, and THEN proceeded to get a manager! The manager, Tina, wasn't the sharpest tool in the box either! If this is how they treat people who are handicapped, I will take my money elsewhere. I plan on saving myself any future troubles, and shopping for the SAME items on Amazon.
