Worse pizza I have ever had in my life Pizza was soggy raw dough. Server didn't do anything Zero stars don't go

    Pizza night

Came here after some shopping when I was craving some pizza. Tried the burger pizza thinking it would be similar to Papa John's cheeseburger pizza. Sadly it was not. I think lettuce is an odd topping for pizza since it wilts with heat, making it no good for leftovers. The garlic knots were good but knowing the pinwheels are most popular, I would have tried them instead. The service was wonderful and the owner seemed to be really friendly. I would return but would prefer to try a different pizza.

ordered chicken carbonara and got this. now im scared. when my gf called, the person who answered said "my cook is very drunk".

ordered chicken carbonara for the first time ever and got this. when we called, the person said "my cook is very drunk". we wasted time and money.

Nice little Italian spot tucked in the back of a shopping plaza, we stopped for lunch while we were shopping. The food was good and so was the service! I'd love to see more people there next time I go!

I've been coming here for about a year. I've brought family & friends. We've sat in, ordered to go and through Uber. The food is pretty solid but the customer service is so blah that I'm debating ever returning. I had a problem on my previous visit of them honoring prices set via the Uber eats app, what's advertised vs what's provided after payment. When my order was delivered missing the buy one get one free item I called inquiring about my order. It seemed to be a comprehension barrier so I brought my whole order to the store and showed the owner the Uber eats screen shot. He said Uber made the mistake and he didn't advertise that special. Now, I come in and check in, showing him the free draft beer with Yelp coupon and was told that he didn't make that coupon and he waved me off and said it wasn't real. This kind of service for me to pay you is crazy. It's almost like the soup store on Seinfeld, the owner is extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful but the food is 8/10...

Everything I've had here has been REALLY good, with good prices and big portions. You can't go wrong with the pizza, calzones, garlic knots, salads, the chicken Cesar wrap, wings and subs. Really nice staff as well that makes you feel like family Def recommend

I haven't even finished my first slice of pizza... I can't even tell you!!! It's so good that I had to pick up my phone before my last bite. It's absolutely amazing how beautifully cooked this pizza is. It taste amazing! Their specials are unbelievable!!! Don't miss out and the guy that was working was super friendly! highly recommend. good prices too

    The undercooked pepperoni pizza
    Sheeka B.

This was by far the WORST pizza we have ever had. Greasy, undercooked, limp, and sliced haphazardly. I cannot believe this was actually prepared, boxed, and sold to us. For $25 we received 2 medium pizzas. We ordered a cheese pizza (that we had to add pepperoni to for $1.50) and a philly steak pizza. The pepperoni was disgusting, some slices did not have cheese, and the sauce was barely there. The philly only included cheese and steak. The one star is for the steak, which was good on its own. Added to a pizza? It was not tasty at all. We ended up throwing away 75% of the pizza and vowing never to go back.

Always love coming here. The prices are great for a lot of food. I always order the small meat lovers calzone and of course never finish because it's huge! My boyfriend is a big fan of the buffalo chicken pizza and everything is always right out the oven. Everything tastes extremely home made and the service has always been incredible. Servers are very sweet and make sure you're taken care of all the time. The ambiance is very laid back and quiet!

Great service and food!!! Damian was amazing super funny and attentive! Definitely will come back when we are in town!!!!

Ordered carryout. all garlic knots were burnt black on the top, the chicken parmesan was flavorless. The chicken breading was all mushy and not crispy like you would expect. the pasta was mushy and the pasta sauce is watered down and flavorless. it tasted like someone just blended up some tomatoes and threw it in the dish with no seasonings whatsoever.

Ordered delivery for the first time. Friendly phone service .Food came hot and neat. We got the sweet chilli wings ... wowwww amazing. Best wings that I've tried here in Florida. We also got a steak and cheese which was so flavorful and the sub roll was toasted to perfection. Our new spot for sure. Thank you.

I have a complicated relationship with First Watch…read more It's kind of like that actor who's been incredible in some movies and absolutely unbearable in others. I've had experiences at certain First Watch franchise locations that left me questioning not only the meal, but several of my life choices leading up to it. So when I walked into this location in the Fern Park/Casselberry (Altamonte Springs) area, I'll admit it... I came in cautiously optimistic at best. Thankfully, this visit reminded me why the chain became popular in the first place. Right away, the staff stood out for being personable and genuinely pleasant. Not the robotic "corporate friendly" where someone smiles while dead behind the eyes. Actual warm, attentive service that made the place feel welcoming. And here's something restaurant owners should probably frame on the wall because it's becoming weirdly rare these days: the food was cooked correctly and served hot. Hot. As in actually warm when it hit the table and not sitting under a heat lamp long enough to qualify for Social Security. I ordered the omelette, and it absolutely hit the spot. Comfort food done properly. Fluffy, flavorful, filling, and exactly what I wanted breakfast to be. My daughter ordered the steak and egg hash, and visually... let's just say this isn't a dish entering any beauty pageants. It kind of arrives looking like breakfast got into a small argument with itself. But one bite in and none of that mattered. It was rich, hearty, luscious, and cooked just right. The kind of dish where every bite feels indulgent enough that you briefly stop caring about cholesterol or responsibility. This location honestly felt dialed in. The kitchen was on point, the service was strong, and the overall experience reminded me that consistency is what separates a good restaurant visit from a forgettable one. Because of my mixed history with First Watch overall, I can't quite bring myself to throw five stars into the air like confetti... but this particular location absolutely earned four stars and deserves credit for getting it right.

At this location when we recently met friends here, the best part of our visit was Vivian, our server. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and open to food options not on the menu. Specifically, one in our party asked for a side of quinoa, if possible, since this gluten-free food was not under the Sides menu. Vivian checked in back and happily delivered a small bowl of fresh quinoa. Secret menu item? I don't think so, but Vivian asked and made it happen! My wife and I ordered the Salmon with sautéed vegetables Frittata and the salad, and I chose the artisan bread. The frittatas were cooked just right and the sautéed veggies enhanced the Sockeye salmon, flavor-wise. The artisan bread was fresh and the slightly melted butter was just right. I also ordered the "Sunrise Project" coffee which comes in a carafe - I'm a big fan. Our table's orders arrived in a reasonable amount of time, accurately, and at the right temperature. Vivian kept us taken care of during our meal and with a genuine cheery attitude. The interior is bright, modern, and open up to the roof. The plentiful seating is a combination of tables and booths. Located separately was a juice and coffee bar. MISC East Altamonte Drive (SR 436) can be a challenge at times to enter into the parking lot and exit back on it. But don't let it stop you from enjoying this place.

On my first visit, I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes with link sausages and a glass of orange juice. The pancakes were delicious, the sausages hit the spot, and the orange juice was... well, you know... orange juice. It did its job! The atmosphere reminded me of a classic country diner--cozy, welcoming, and filled with an older crowd, which I honestly prefer. One thing I really appreciated was being able to seat myself. That's always a plus in my book. Sometimes being escorted to a table means ending up in that one awkward corner nobody wants... but I digress. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back. My significant other, however, wasn't nearly as impressed. Oh well--you win some, you lose some! Fun fact, diners were started in New England region of America in the 1850s. All this to say, I love a good diner. I mean the American diner has always been there for middle America. The closest one to me and honestly it's definitely hidden away is the Maitland Breakfast Club. It's pretty much situated on the boundary line of where the City of Altamonte Springs starts. They have large space that's casual and what you would expect for a diner. Anyone can walk in wearing their Sunday best to pajamas. The waitresses are very welcoming and exactly the kind of person I would expect to invite me into a diner. We had gone on a Saturday afternoon and they're not a diner that's open late, so more of a breakfast diner really. Now I got the eggs Benedict with bacon and hash browns. For me, there are three breakfast staples I believe all amazing must revisit breakfast places should have. A good cup of warm regular coffee, eggs Benedict, and good crispy hash browns. I mean some places have other things like lattes and hash brown bowls, and I'm not saying those aren't good. However, when you nail the basics, you can do anything else. The hollandaise sauce was great and didn't split and bacon was crispy. The hash browns were super crispy, which I loved, and I could tell it had been made on a flat top grill, which is another very classic American restaurant kitchen appliance. The cup of coffee was good, I mean they had the sugar packets and the creamers right there. Overall, I would rate it a 9/10 and it set us back about $15 for just my portion. I will be back (said menacingly), Maitland Breakfast Club.

It's my first time at this location so not sure if it's the norm. There's a special where you can get a bagel and beverage for $8 so I went with that. The bagel was what you'd expect from an Einstein's. I opted to spend an extra $2 to try their cold brew. When I arrived the parking lot was relatively empty and I thought I maybe made a mistake. I went inside to pick up the order when I saw the drive thru was out. Then again, maybe it's a good thing because I'd probably be eating bagels every day and that's A LOT of carbs! LOL This was our first time here. I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. Nice, large restaurant. Area with plug-ins for laptops for anyone wanting to work remotely. Ordered a chocolate bagel, a blueberry bagel, a blueberry muffin, a chocolate chip cookie, and a doggie bagel for my service pupster. First, I have to say my pup LOVED the doggie bagel. Another reason I probably shouldn't live so close b/c I spoil the heck outta my dog and I'd be here getting him bagels every day too. LOL The bagels were excellent, as I always expect from any Einstein Bros. The blueberry muffin was ok, but honestly I've had better. It has been probably 5 years since I've ordered a muffin from this chain, so it's possible they changed them, but it was not as good as what I remembered. I didn't try the chocolate chip cookie, but hubby claimed he loved it. The reason for the 4 stars is because the cleanliness could have been better. We got there around 10am, which was just after the breakfast rush. There was only one other customer in the restaurant when we got there and the employees were all behind the counter. I feel like perhaps someone should have been wiping the crumbs, etc. from all the tables. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms, but when they are not busy, it shouldn't be a problem to find a clean table. The employees were friendly and smiling. No complaints there at all. Make sure to check your bag when you leave. They had forgotten to put the chocolate chip cookie in. As this was our only visit here, I can't say if this is something that regularly happens or not. But again, they were not busy - it shouldn't have been missed. It's all good though; mistakes do happen.
