6 cheese bagel double toasted? My morning jam.
    Todd W.

Right? A review on Einstein Bagels? Sure! This was my en route goto location years ago when I commuted to Altamonte Springs. Now on my way to Longwood. Speedy service always (I typically use drive thru) my lately order? Their 6 cheese bagel double toasted with cream cheese. Breakfast perfect. Crispy around the edges and they don't skimp on the cream cheese. I love their reward system an app they can scan on your phone. Look, there's lots of great Orlando local bagel spots, but on the run? I choose here.

If you're in Casselberry and need a bagel, just roll through this Einstein for fast, friendly service, and you'll be back on the road in no time... Unfortunately, you'll be back on the road with Dasani water and a bagel that was not toasted well enough, even after asking for it.

Turkey sauce and cheddar cheese in a six cheese bagel with twice baked hash brown and OJ
    Patricia R.

It was time for a second breakfast, this time I went with the turkey sausage and cheddar on a six cheese bagel ($7) and did the additional $4 which added on a twice baked hash brown with a 12 ounce orange juice. The bagel combo was good, the dough was tender to bite into, and the meat and egg were tasty. The orange juice was delicious and thirst quenching. The twice baked hash brown was squishy and had bits of cheese mixed into it, making it tasty. I don't stop in a lot but have enjoyed the times I've gone here.

Time for an updated review. Still 3 stars. Some things have changed; some things remain the same. Egg sandwiches and bagels and shmear are still the stars here. The All-Nighter, Texas Brisket and Bagelrito are a few of the new sandwiches that are meant for those looking for a high caloric meal, in my opinion. My favorite egg sandwich remains the Santa Fe with egg whites (free range. Poured from a carton into the egg cooking machines), w turkey sausage, jalapeño salsa shmear, and cheddar cheese. They've added bakery items like the Chocolate Birthday Cake Party bagel and Churro Party bagel. Service here remains steady, friendly and helpful. What's changed? Fewer menu items and no more sides to go with the sandwiches, as an option. They still have coffee but it's a huge step backwards from Caribou Coffee. If I had updated this review sooner when Caribou was still being served, a four star review would have been on point. Indoor seating has been opened up again however i do not usually see many people eating inside. A couple metal tables are set up outside. All in all, Einstein's still serves up solid bagels and a real nice assortment of shmear. It's their "bread and butter," These, the egg sandwiches, and the reward program are a few of the reasons I keep returning.

Einstein always has a solid breakfast sandwich. The bagels are nice and soft and flavorful however they have gotten THIN. The bottom part is barely visible. They don't have the same selection as in the past but still a solid meal.

Great unexpected visit ! (Best kind) I had a heart bagel My friend, avocado bagel See pics! Great coffee, service- and plenty of help inside. Parking is plenty and handicap accessible inside. Light/bright and smells delicious! I've been to other locations- this is not closest to my home. But-- I liked it best. Our family enjoys brunch here. They offer free WiFi. Sign up for shmear society for weekly deals. There are many times you get bogo's or free bagel with shmear. I would say my favorite sandwich is Spinach,Swiss, egg white, mushrooms on a spinach flor tiñe bagel. They offer many healthy options.

Supposed to be an everything bagel.....

This place is constantly understaffed. The line is 25 deep and almost out the door. You complain and nothing ever occurs.

The inside is small but clean with a huge selection of coffees and accoutrement. My favorite part are the frozen coffee ice cubes they use so your coffee doesn't get watered down! I had the pastrami egg and cheese on everything bagel and it was fantastic. Could have had more meat, but it was a fluffy bagel with fresh egg so I can't complain. My expectations? Realistic. I knew they probably wouldn't be met... but hope is a powerful thing. I showed up Sunday at 10:30am fully prepared for a line out the door. To my surprise, the majority of the people were a swarm of Uber Eats drivers. God bless them.Delivering to the masses while also blocking those of us who physically made it out of bed. The place itself has plenty of seating inside and outside, which I appreciated. Service was... okay. I got a kid at the counter who looked like a deer in headlights. Sweet? Yes. Confident in anything happening? Absolutely not. it was just a kid. Maybe a little more training wouldn't hurt. Now, the important part: the bagel. I ordered the sourdough everything bagel in an egg sandwich and grabbed a Black Russian bagel to go (I think that's what it's called -- if not, forgive me). And honestly? Solid. Respectable. It came close. Not quite NYC-level but ok. The coffee, however... no. I ordered one where the ice cubes are made of coffee Unfortunately, it had a mysterious aftertaste that I'm still trying to identify. Burnt? Bitter? Existential disappointment? Hard to say. The place was clean, and there were plenty of staff walking around making sure everything looked good, which I appreciated. Would I come back? Maybe. It's in the running. But my Orlando Bagel Quest continues. The perfect one has yet to reveal itself.

It's a pretty small spot with only a few places to sit, including a little counter/bar where you can sit and watch them making the bagels, which is fun. It's definitely more of a grab-and-go place, but the vibe is casual and friendly. This time I got a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and it was delicious. My friend ordered the two bagels of the day which were sprinkle and banana bread (thats one fun thing they do, is have a different bagel of the day, everyday, and for the month of March, they are doing a bracket, so have 2 per day). The sprinkle one was for her daughter and she loved it. She paired them with the cake batter cream cheese and the cannoli cream cheese, and I tried both and they were really good. It was very busy when we went and it took a bit to get our order, but they were clearly cranking through a lot of to-go orders and working as fast as they could. Parking is in a strip plaza, so sometimes there isn't a spot right in front and you may have to walk a little bit, but it's not too far. One thing that's a little different is they don't toast their bagels. Pro tip: check the board to see which bagels are coming out hot and order one of those the bagels are even more amazing when you get them fresh and hot.

I was so ravenous that I forgot to take a photo. I ordered a sesame bagel and veggie cream cheese! Luckily my sesame bagel was very hot and fresh. The veggie cream cheese was the perfect pairing with the sesame. I think they were having issues with it being Mother's Day, because I wanted to use my reward for a free bagel, but I was not able to. In places known for bagels, that's literally part of the experience, so pretending otherwise is kind of frustrating. As for the bagels themselves, they're just... fine. Not bad, but definitely not memorable. Kind of middle-of-the-road and not something I'd go out of my way for.
