My little one and I's favorite breakfast ! We decided to stop for breakfast after a day of Dr appointments and the staff was so very nice and friendly. Our food was hot and fresh and I loved that they made her feel so special. Our server Jim is celebrating 30 years with Waffle House ! This location is clean , never so busy that you wait an hour like some others and they are always friendly. My only suggestion is to get better with making grits because mine were super clumpy and no flavor like the cooks make in the Ocoee of Apopka location ( IKYK) read more

This visit to Waffle House wasn't the best and that says a lot. I've been going to this restaurant for years and don't expect much from the service, but this visit was worse than usual. The waitress was nice enough but it took a while for her to take my order and I had to ask for a lot of standard items like silverware. The food was just ok and I was given a cup of coffee that had something floating in it. I will say that the restaurant was pretty clean which is worth noting. As a Georgia girl, I will always be a fan of Waffle House but they definitely have some work to do to maintain a minimum standard of service at this location. read more

I love breakfast! The Waffle House in Casselberry serves up some great diner food at a reasonable price. And it's open 24 hours! If you come here, you have to try the waffles. The waffles are here are crispy and delicious. My husband always gets the hashbrowns and adds a bunch of toppings. The place is small inside but there is plenty of parking outside. I went this morning as it's been a while since I went. And actually had a good breakfast upon entry it was very busy, per the usual for a Saturday morning. They use to have a wait list where you would put your name on it versus everyone waiting by the door. This was not the case and as soon as someone got up you had to sit down or stand next to the table in order to grab a seat. I order the Arnold Palmer the machine for the lemonade was down I'm guessing because they have me an entire bottle of lemonade for me to mix for myself. The food which was the blueberry waffle was delicious, they server informed me that Monday they will have the pumpkin pancake which I'm super siked about so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

A diner atmosphere (yet a chain) with decades of tradition, fans of all ages, and a standout menu item that hadn't changed since it opened its first store (can everyone say "Waffles"?!) in Georgia, this location excelled on service and employee engagement when I visited on a Saturday morning. My first time ever visit was with a friend who grew up in Georgia and loved Waffle House and wanted me to experience this southeast USA staple. Since we couldn't drive to Georgia, we ordered the All-Star Special here. I really appreciated the options for the meal and how easy it was to customize my order. Besides the classic waffle, I chose eggs over easy, bacon (medium, not crispy), grits, biscuits and a side of the sausage gravy. We sat at a booth and received attentive service. Our water plastic glasses were regularly filled and our server was very pleasant. I did observe how everyone on the morning shift appeared to busy with serving, cleaning, and other tasks. The music was upbeat and I'm sure that helped everyone's mood. In our short time at the store, many people from old to young arrived or left. When the food arrived, it took several dishes to deliver it all. Everything was cooked to order and I started with eating half of the waffle, applying the vegetable spread and fake syrup. Knowing my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I made sure to finish the bacon, biscuits and gravy, and eggs with the remaining food taken in a to-go container. All was tasty enough and I can imagine the allure of a later night visit after a long day or party. I love the Waffle House. I haven't been in years and thought it would be fun for the kiddo to watch them turn the waffles on the iron. We came on a Sunday morning and they were slammed. They had a line out the door and it's first come first serve so a little chaotic. Although, I don't expect a hostess at the Waffle House. We had about four families in front of us and only waited 10 minutes or so. Once we sat down, the server greeted us almost immediately and took our order. His name was Hunter and he was awesome and quick! Our breakfast took maybe ten minutes to be made and was hot and delicious. Their waffles are so good! Because they're so fast paced and specialize in waffles, the tables and condiments are a bit sticky from syrup but that won't keep us from coming back again. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the manager, Kristina and cook Carl, and the server who was relatively new, but very attentive. Despite it being a Friday afternoon around 3pm, the restaurant wasn't overly busy, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The food surpassed my expectations - it was not only fresh but also served quickly. Each bite of my meal was delicious, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every dish. The staff is always in a great mood and the camaraderie among the workers is very familial. Waffle House is always known for quick service and good food. Waffles, of course, are their bread and butter, but their hash browns with all the toppings are constantly amazing. An order of hash browns "all the way" is a meal unto itself. Eggs are always great. It was my first time visit and I was impressed, especially after I saw the pricing. The two of us ordered a ton of food for around 25 bucks. We did have to wait, but not for long considering it was brunch time and a Sunday. It was well worth the wait though. Also, the service was very fast and great all around. Not one for reviews, but this place was absolutely disgusting,, first off they served me a glass of sour milk, the gallon of milk they served me from had three separate lines of fermented milk on it, I quietly told the waitress she might want to throw that away before someone gets sick, never making eye contact with me, she squinted her face as if I was the problem, never apologized and gave me a terrible attitude, and then they served me lukewarm food, eggs bacon and hash browns, the hash browns looked like wet noodles, and the over medium eggs came out runny, first time I paid for a meal I did not eat one of the worst dining experiences of my life and I turn 50 next year. Come with one other person and grab a seat at the bar, which is what we do and we never have to wait. Service is prompt, friendly, great people watching opportunities. I ordered Scrambled eggs, toast, grits, pecan waffles, bisquit, hashbrowns, and bacon (split with my husband!) and it all came out delicious and cooked through. I'm not sure why I ever bother going to other breakfast spots. The plus is that you arent spending lots of money here, the cons are: no mimomas. But oh well! Go somewhere else just for that. This post is long overdue, but one late evening (or morning) on February 15th my friends and I found the best food and service for what our night entailed. :) While Jasmine was our server, Sydni and Alex also gave us the best company at such a late night/early morning. Jasmine was very attentive to our needs and was eloquent in her service to what we needed especially considering how late it was for waffles. Alex prepared our food but was sure to engage in conversation with us while we waited to be fed, and Sydni was just a pleasure to witness conducting her own service to her guests. She was also very complimentary to Jasmine when it came to the busier hour while we were there. I understand that Waffle House is a place for those to have breakfast but these guys made sure our visit was something we'd never forget. We all know Waffle House has bomb breakfast foods. I mean even Anthony Bourdain loved Waffle House! I've been a long time fan of the WH and this location is no exception. The staff and cooks have never let me down. Working a 24/7 diner is not easy but the waitresses are always friendly and quick. As for the food, anything off the breakfast menu is bomb. My go to is a chocolate chip waffle with scattered hash browns. But what a lot of people may not know is that they make amazing patty melts! I mean it's a grease overload but it's soooo good! i used to love coming here every night with my girlfriend. we knew everyone who worked here and they were all super nice. recently though it seems they've had a staffing change as everyone who works here is completely different people. no biggie though, right? wrong. most of them are rude and one one young lady went out of her way to be nice to us and hold a conversation. you can tell they don't clean as well as they used to and the food quality went waaaay down. we went last night (June 1st, 2023) around 10PM and we literally only got hash browns and an egg/cheese sandwich on a biscuit. we ate our hash browns and both got such bad stomach aches we didn't even eat the egg sandwich. next day rolls around. i'm fine, but my girlfriend has a fever, lower back pain, and is throwing up every hour. sounds like she got a stomach bug. probably because the flat top was BLACK. as if they hadn't cleaned it allll day. she's also vegetarian so i'm sure there was some cross contamination with meat. this is completely unacceptable, even for a place like waffle house. i wasn't expecting five star service and food, but you can at least routinely clean food surfaces and follow basic safety standards!! EXTREMELY disappointed, we will not be returning to this location ever again unless it's only for a waffle. because how hard can it be to mess up a waffle, i guess? very disappointed with the direction this location is headed in. district management or corporate needs to step in and turn this place around ASAP. read more

After one too many the night before, my husband and I put in an order for pick up on Sunday for brunch. The girl on the phone was a little hard to work with. She spoke clearly but was very confused with our order (one All American and one 2 Egg breakfast?). The food was ready for pick up in 10 minutes and was just what we needed! You come in, you grab a seat, there's no hostess and you order breakfast. Now tour breakfast may or may not come all together, it may or may not be all on one plate and server may or may not be 5 star service, but you get what you pay for and this place, you get a little bit more. You can't be snobby and come in here, they will literally give you crap service and that would be what you deserve for being a rude customer. But here, my husband and I feel like we're at a friend's house. The server was kind and polite and very helpful, she joked with us and so did the other servers as we talked. The food was good for a greasy spoon and the restaurant was very clean, especially for the rep that waffle house has for not being so.
