Just look for your favorite band name and you'll find shirts, shorts, skirts, pants, etc.. Of course, they also have sporting goods equipment for just about any sport you can think of. I purchased a Messi jersey online before the store opened. Got a confirmation on my order. As I arrived to the store 10 minutes after the store opened, they informed me that they sold the jersey to somebody else 5 mins prior, even though I already pre-ordered it and paid for it. Do not go to this Dick's Sporting Goods horrible customer service and they didn't even help me find another jersey. If it was already bought in pre-ordered you guys should've taken that off the shelf and saved it for the person who purchased it absolutely ridiculous. A great spot for shopping with focused on sports. They have a great collection for those categories. Had to speak to a staff and she was very nice in providing details. Has plenty of parking outside. Went here for soccer needs and got everything we wanted with plenty of varieties to choose from. Walked around and saw all other sections too, & based on that I would recommend this place. The cashier did try to sell a warranty plan for the soccer ball to me which was very appealing too but I could say No and was honored without much push. read more

Bought a hat there two weeks ago for a present. Paid cash. $45. Returned it with my receipt two days ago but got talked into 'exchanging' it instead of returning it. Ended up buying a Stanley cup for my kid and owed like $5 difference. Kid wanted an owalla or something so I came back to get my money back. Had my receipt of course. They declined my return. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this. Apparently some third party system analyzes transactions and declines them if they are suspect. I've been in this store twice in five years so it's not anything against me. I don't have a rewards card or anything. I never return anything - before the hat it's been years since i returned anything anywhere. I work too much and don't have the time. So buyer beware. I paid cash the first time and my debit for the difference on the cup. I would dispute this whole purchase if I could. What stops them from doing this internally on any transaction. Their return policy doesn't list anything about it being subject to a third party approval process. I'm tempted to see if there is a class action lawsuit against them for this. I gave the Stanley cup to the homeless guy on the street, this isn't about the money, this is about big companies bullying people. Not that I have a need for Dicks sporting goods - they won't miss my business but maybe this will discourage others from buying here or at least use your credit card so you can dispute it if they pull this kind of crap on you! When I asked to speak to a manager about this - he was too scared to have a talk with a customer because he sent the clerk back to repeat back what he told me before like I'm an idiot and had a comprehension issue. Luckily it's attached to the mall where specialty stores definitely have better options. Also, with all the associates roaming the floors, they could open a second register when their is a mob trying to checkout. I've purchased a lot of tennis shoes at this location. Today, I met an employee named Lisa. She was very professional and made sure the customer was satisfied. She worked with me, two men and two small girls getting cleats. I noticed her partner hid in the back during all this. He asked me if I was ok, I told him yes and he went outside to smoke. During the hour plus I was there, she was very busy, but never changed her happy attitude. She took the time to make sure the shoes fit correctly as well as preventing any feet issues. I will return as long as Lisa is the person I can work with. Lisa should be training the others on customer service. If you shop here, ask for Lisa. read more

Such an unpleasant experience! I was not greeted when I entered the store and had to wander around forever before finding a sales associate - that I had to approach for assistance. He was not friendly or helpful. When I asked about exchanging a purchased item for a size they did not have in stock he said "Just return it and order it yourself." The next day I went to the Dick's at Arrowhead and was greeted with fantastic customer service by multiple sales associates, and an employee who was happy to help me return my item and order a placement. Don't waste your time at this location, make the drive to Arrowhead to be helped by enthusiastic employees who care about their job and your satisfaction. read more

Awful experience and the associates are nice but have no sense of urgency. Needed to get indoor soccer shoes for my daughter and had to hunt someone down. The kid who they had working in shoes was inexperienced and had no help from anyone. Asked to speak to a manager and he couldn't provide any explanation or guidance on the different soccer shoes. I appreciated his honesty in telling me he has no idea but you would think a manager would have some minimum knowledge of the products his employer is paying him to sell. I could have have received this type of service (actually better) shopping online!!! Fitting room reeks of popcorn and sweat. Well, since I'm waiting at register and I see "finish my review" why not?! Aside from the dressing room situation, they also have an eating at the front register issue (ironically, not popcorn) and today's deal is: don't know how to adjust sales tax on a return. 2 reviews I visited this location today 5/23/20 around 2pm. The bike mechanic, I believe his name was Mark, he had a teal colored shirt on, was awesome! Just when I thought customer service was dead, he went above and beyond for me to fix my bike, make sure everything was working properly, and even offered lots of suggestions based on his own experience with mountain bikes. Very knowledgeable and great customer experience. Definitely take your bike to him, he knows what he is doing and he will get you taken care of. read more

While I have shopped here for years and purchased thousands of dollars worth of goods, they always seem to not have the right sizes. For example, if you are looking for an XL, then they have every size BUT an XL. It's very odd. Not sure what their replenishment process is, but it needs to be examined. Also, the gun, shoe, are all area and bike areas are always under staffed. That's when we play "where is the sales associate" game. read more

Its not the cheapest sporting good store around and I only use it for advertised sales. I do not like their loyalty points systems. The points expire shortly after Christmas, so if you spend money at Christmas you dont get a chance to reap your rewards. They did not apply the bonus points promised through the mail with the coupon I used. There is a better store just down I17. read more

No 'Hi' or 'Thank you' is standard at this and other Dick's Sporting Goods that I have visited. Just irks me at the lack of courtesy at this retail chain. Too bad. We didn't do a lot of shopping, just came in for a specific thing. The store is nicely laid out and well stocked. We didn't have any trouble getting help to find a product and have it moved to the register for us (somewhat large). Unfortunately the product had been opened and re-sealed, which led to us thinking some parts were missing. After working around this, we found the part hidden under a flap at the bottom of the box as we broke it down for recycling. Most stores clearly mark/discount open-box items, and it's disappointing when one doesn't do that AND didn't take care to make sure the parts bags were complete. read more

Mark in the bike dept was straight forward, explained everything to me and quickly resolved my situation. My bike rides better faster and he didn't take advantage of me when it came down to paying the bill. Besides Mark everyone is cool and friendly here. It PISSES me off that they have a low score on Yelp. People are so stupid and annoying. I'm not even going to read the low scores because I bet it's BS. I think this company is great and if you have a problem with this company good luck because they have great merchandise. Nice new store up near the Anthem area off I-17. Bought a cot there for camping, it broke first time out, had to return it. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever! I was very pleased with return policies, the one thing that would factor in a decision to shop there again. Most businesses honor a receipt for 90 days, they have a 4 month policy. Nice! Only reason I don't give them a 5 star rating is that you are pretty much going to pay full retail prices for their merchandise. No discounts to be had here! read more

The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because the second person to help me (Sayid was his name, but I'm not sure that's how you spell it...) was wonderful and really helped me with trying on shoes and figuring out a good size. However, the FIRST person I had the pleasure (sarcasm inserted here) of encountering was named Jay and he was extremely rude and not helpful in the least. Seeing as how I have never been there before, and I didn't know where the shoe section was, I asked him politely where the Reebok Nanos were and he said, "What is that, like a FitBit or something?" Ummm, I would think if you worked in a sports store, you'd at least be somewhat familiar with what those are that I was looking for - they're shoes! So when I told him no, they are crossfit shoes, he said, "Oh, well have you tried looking in the shoes?" Look, if I knew where the shoe section was, I'd be over there! Horrible customer service, more accurately NO customer service. After looking at an elliptical machine for close to 30 minutes, finally someone acknowledged our presence. This was after several employees walked right past us with their head down, seemingly to say "don't ask me". Unfortunately, he wasn't able to answer ANY of our questions. When I inquired if there was someone who would be able to give us some information, he said "no, not really". Very sad that when making a substantial purchase you really are on your own. I went into this location to exchange a pair of Crocs that I had ordered for my niece. The pair I had ordered ended up being the wrong style, so I just wanted to do a simple exchange for a different style. These Crocs weren't worn, they were just tried on and immediately taken off. Originally I was greeted by a very nice, helpful associate at the register, who told me to go ahead and look at their selection of Crocs and bring up the pair I needed to the front and she would swap them out, no problem. I found what I was looking for and headed to the front of the store to do the exchange. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to speak with the girl I had originally spoken with. Sadly I got Leandra who immediately gave me an attitude and said "these look very worn". She was extremely unpleasant and I didn't appreciate being accused of trying to exchange something that in her opinion showed "signs of wear ". They definitely weren't. I told her that her coworker had zero issues with the exchange and had previously looked them over to ensure they weren't worn or scuffed. Leandra sucked her teeth and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her with my request. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the original associate was friendly and helpful. Leandra however deserves zero stars for her unnecessary attitude and terrible customer service. Suffice to say I won't be returning to this location. read more

Terrible way to treat customers. The crabby old man in the bicycle department yelled at my child to stop running... Around the track painted on the ground. A running track. In which he was trying out his shoes, as we were standing right there. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told "well, it's a liability. He could trip." Perhaps don't have a track painted on the ground? Or here is a thought- maybe speak respectfully toward the customers that are there to spend money. He truly didn't need to yell and be so nasty. It's truly not as if my child was being naughty or obnoxious- he was doing what he thought the track was for. Not running into people or bothering anyone.
