I came here a few days ago looking for vertical ascend gear out of caves. I was greeted by Jason and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I needed very specific gear, and Jason was very patient with me and showed me where I could find sit harnesses, chest harness, chest ascender, hand ascende, foot loops, etc. I didn't find exactly what I needed but got a good idea on the things I need to build a personalized vertical gear set for myself. And of course, while I was looking for cave gear, I wandered around looking at all the fabulous gear they have, I was like a kid in a candy store. I could spend hours in here. I started looking at hydration packs as I need to replace mine and found a very nice military edition and will come back to purchase this soon. I also saw plenty of Petzl bags, and very tempted to purchase another. They also carry so much Petzl gear, you will be in heaven here. Also, some great hiking shoes and some sleek, but we'll performing water shoes. I then wandered into kayaks and Jason even showed me the Padillac they have! I've gotten into paddleboarding and kayaking for the summer and now want one of each! This place rents them and sells them. I then went to check out some wetsuit gear, and they have a really nice selection of wetsuits, gloves, booties, etc. I really love this place and it is definitely gonna bankrupt me, but so worth it. There were two customers ahead of me. I looked at a few items in the store and was helped in about five minutes. I was measured for an insole. Staff heated the insole. I then stepped on a piece of equipment that would mold the insole to my foot. Staff were super helpful. She had me try on some slight compression socks. Once the insole was ready as well as my results, staff got me a pair of shoes. She placed the insoles inside and had me try them on. They felt so good. WARNING to all veterans and buyers considering Haley Strategic Partners…read more For over a month, I have been fighting Haley Strategic Partners to get a refund for a significant purchase that has been "stuck in transit" since early March. Instead of honoring its responsibility as the seller, HSP Customer Service has repeatedly hidden behind the carrier's slow claim process, refusing a refund until the package is returned or the claim is acknowledged. The hypocrisy is staggering: after a month and a half of fighting with them they offered to reship a replacement (acknowledging their liability for the loss), but refuse to refund the exact same amount of money for the original purchase. Haley Strategic Partners markets heavily to veterans and first responders, yet this is how they treat their core customer base. A company that claims its principles are "forged around the warriors we serve" and offers MIL/LE discounts is actively choosing to place the entire financial burden of a shipping failure on the customer. This demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and respect for the people who buy their "premium gear." My patience is exhausted. Since HSP explicitly stated they "will not be issuing a refund... at this time," I have initiated a full chargeback with my bank for non-receipt of goods and am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and state consumer protection authorities. Don't waste your time or hundreds of dollars on a company that will abandon you when their system fails. Haley Strategic Partners lost a customer for life.

We had a very good personalized 1 on 1 experience with Dylan and Tanner who were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping my son choose the right glove. They have a great selection of bats and gloves amongst other baseball and softball equipment here. The store is just big enough without being overwhelming. I can't thank Tanner and Dylan enough for the wonderful experience. They also have glove break in service which is normally $60 but $30 if you buy the glove from them. Since we are out of state they said they could keep the glove and complete the service which is 5-7 days and then ship to us. 10/10 recommend!!!
