I found my nail place! I got a pedicure by Con, he did an amazing Job! I had a spray tan a week prior and he took the time to get the bottom of my feet clean from the residue of the spray tan. He talked to me and we laughed about how horrible my feet was! Overall the salon was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and to top it off they offered adult beverages. I will definitely be back to get my feet done read more

We have always had a great experience here. My mother literally goes here ever 2 weeks for manicures. They are very nice and personable. I've been to other places and we always end up coming back to Diamond Nails! read more

I'm literally never happy with the quality of my nails when I get them done EXCEPT when I came here. I absolutely love the work the tech did at Diamond. Extremely happy and will definitely return. read more

I just spent $30 for something I could have done better myself... The ladies there were all very nice and there is no telling how they are all are... But I spent $30 for shellac nails. She asked me which color I wanted and after I picked out a number she went to work. She cut my cuticle on the same nail in 2 different spots and when it came time for the color it looked nothing like the shade I had chosen - even after the third coat. Upon examining my nails closer the gel isn't even and there are portions of my nail which don't have gel on them at all. I am not entirely convinced that she was using new files like I am used to getting in my home town. My initial thought is to take off the gel as soon as possible, but then it will most definitely feel like I threw away $30 read more

I wanted dipped powder nails but the lady basically pushed me to not until I finally said fine.. she was rough on my nails and it hurt like she acted mad at me.. my naills are shaped all different and Cricked . The gel polish is in my finger and she missed spots.. I paid way to much and even tipped 5 dollars for them and there awful.. read more

Beautiful-clean salon! Keeping up with the codes of COVID; masks for a $1 if you don't have one(which are Much better in my opinion than the regular ones you see out an about as it's comfortable, covers nose an mouth completely and more breathable in my opinion), plastic dividers and sanitizing everything after usage and start up. As I picked my nail color the front lady told me they don't have a dryer, can't offer sandals (since I rode my bike and had tennis shoes on) and no one can be in the salon after there service is complete for 15minutes she suggested gel polish. I choose one that had an extra charge an instead of just letting me figure that out upon paying she informed me right then and there, I then chose another color and when seated in the chair tub she came over and told me that they did not have that polish anymore and showed me her suggestion. My pedicurist did an excellent job on my hideous feet and didn't even poke or make me bleed (this is a thing at other salons I have been to since I was 15; some are just rough because they have been doing something for so long they are doing the movements to make things go faster) however my lady was gentle an thorough! I have edited my feet picture because I have ugly feet but absolutely love my nail polish! read more

Diamond Nails - Keeping up with COVID regulations - Nail Salons Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Got a pedicure and opted for a more expensive pedicure and the girl next to me received a cheaper pedicure and her nail tech started on her 10 minutes before me and was finished 15 minutes after me. Plus the woman doing my pedicure spent more time talking with the other women in the nail salon than doing my pedicure. She would randomly stop just to focus on what she was saying. It was very frustrating and wholly not satisfying. Won't come here again! read more

This place was horrible. I went because it was close to target. The ladies are rude don't even try to talk to you. I couldn't understand anything they asked. They sat me in pedi chair and I waited with my feet in cold water for 15-20min then was finally helped. read more

Come here almost every time I get my nails done. I'm never unsatisfied. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people who work here

I used to come here all the time but their quality has slipped and there is no way I can go back. A good pedicure will last (for me) more than a month. If properly applied the paint practically grows out with the nail. My recent visit was a huge waste of money. When she started applying the polish, the paint looked matte. I didn't think anything of it until she looked at the bottle and decided to add three or four dropperfuls of what I can only assume was nail polish remover. She then finished painting and applied top coat which made it shiny. Four days later, my paint was flaking off in big chunks. My friend who came with me didn't fare as well. Her paint came off in two days. I'll admit I'm assuming this but I highly suspect thinned down paint is to blame for the shoddy paint job. To the owner, seriously.....spring for some new bottles of paint. It's not worth losing business over. Also, I have other issues there but I think the previous reviewers have adequately covered that. read more

I've always had exceptional service here. I've had several technicians over the past few years and have always been happy with my service. They are so friendly. I switched from another salon close by in Hazel Dell who although did a good job I felt they were almost bothered I showed up! Not here. Helen and her staff are always accommodating and friendly. read more

There are a lot of nail techs working, and the place is a zoo. I'm not sure who did my nails, but I can say my experience with this nail job was marginal at best. I went in for a fill/shellac. The nails were not evenly trimmed, too thin at the tips, lumpy. The polish wasn't wiped with alcohol, so it was sticky. Thin tips have worn off exposing my real nails underneath which are snagging and separating from the acrylic after less than a week. There was residue and roughness at the tips, which I had to smooth out after I got home with a buffer. After paying $35, I shouldn't have to "fix" them after I leave. Maybe there are some good techs there, mine wasn't. read more

I love this place. It's a typical nail salon but the gals interact and are SUPER friendly. Lot's of fun shellac colors. Don't get regular polish, it chips off very fast here. read more

Probably the best place I've found on the west side of town... they do a good job (I've gotten acrylics and fills) and the prices are decent. read more

Love Tammy here!! Always does the best job on my nails!!!

My mom and I went here for Mother's Day, it was super fun! Everything was super clean, great leg message, the lady in charge offered us drinks, and most importantly, our feet feel great! Awesome leg and foot massage, and our polish looks super shiny. Can't wait to come back! read more

I thought this place was great. Helen did a regular mani and a brow and lip wax. She was super focused on my nails and they came out great. She DID ask about nail length and trimmed them nicely. The hand/arm massage was nice too and she continued to check her work throughout the mani, trimming and filing as necessary. I was impressed with her attention to detail. The wax job was great too. She did a fantastic job getting them even and clean. Although she never asked me what I wanted (which I didn't really mind) or used any sort of alcohol or oil before or after the wax. That part was a little concerning, but for $14 for both, I can't expect too much. All in all, I would totally go back to Helen for my mani and waxing needs. The place was full of acyrelic nail customers, mostly regulars. They all seemed pleased. read more

I had a great experience. So many places bust out the dremel immediately, but not here! I've paid way more at local spas but found that my nail tech was meticulous. I will definitely go back! read more

Been going here for a while with my friend and after this last time I'm not going back. They messed up four times in a row. First time they put too much thinner in the gel polish and the matte coating wouldn't sit right and my friend had to put the tip on herself because the lady couldn't get it straight. Second time my friends nail was filed completely crooked and they put the wrong polish color on her nails and told her it was the right color and didn't change it. Third time my friend sat there for three hours because who was doing her nails completely messed up, filed down to her actual nail and was shaving off her real nail and someone else had to come fix it. Plus on the same day they took another person, who was a walk-in, before her daughter. Fourth time I needed to get a repair and now I have a nail wider than the rest with a streaky matte coat. Confronted them about everything and the only responds I got was ok. My friend had been going there for years and we easily spent 100's of dollars there. read more

I chose this nail place because of the great reviews. First, cleanliness is key during covid and every single surface in this place had dust upon dust. There was a bin of "clean brushes" to use to scrub your hands...I know how important this step is, but the bin was so filthy looking that there was no way I was going to touch it. I could have looked past all of this until my manicurist filed the ends of my gel manicure, after it was complete. I knew this would result in the gel separating and chipping away from my nails and it did. Maybe an attempt to get a customer back in for a fix? Who knows. Also, both me and my mother's gel manicures were interrupted by other technicians coming over and switching out the UV lights for different ones. None of the devices were cleaned in between and I didn't see the point in changing them out when we were almost done. The #1 faux pas: instead of getting a towel or anything else, my manicurist placed an old, dirty, water damaged magazine underneath my hands during the UV light portion of the manicure. I couldn't even ask to have it removed because I was about to vomit. I know times are hard for everyone during covid, but this was a little too much! read more

I got a gel manicure here on Monday and it started chipping by Friday. Gel manicures should last well over a week. The lady who painted my nails got it all over my cuticles and painted it very thick. Waste of money :( read more

I had heard rave reviews about this place so we went to try it out. The pedicure was awesome, but unfortunately the gel manicure was not. My friends paint flaked off within the first week without picking. It was uneven with bubbles and without enough layers. Mine was thick on the tip, so it made my nails look warped. It chipped on the end of my first week. Since it chipped at the tip, the whole tip came off because of how thick it was. Wish we had the same experience our friends did. read more

Went in to get a fill, the lady who did them was very rough, and made one of my nails bleed. I have French tips do they used the clear gel instead of polish which I like, however the gel on every single one of my nails has bubbled, or isn't even leaving my nails very lumpy. Safe to say I will not be returning. read more

Dont even bother with this place! I came in today with a gift certificate that I had found in a drawer with NO expiration date on it! When I took it in they said that after one year it expires and that they wouldn't take it! I couldn't believe it 20 dollars wasted. Its not a place that I would refer people too and I woul read more

I have been to Diamond Nails twice and had great experiences both times -but I can only speak to pedicures. Today, Hannah might have given me the best pedi I have ever had. She took her time, did not hurt me with the tools or the massage and painted my toes - WITH FLOWER- to Perfection. Everyone was friendly and the salon is clean. Last time I took my 2 little girls and they were treated very well. Finally, We have found our spot! read more

I just took my daughter here for a nice relaxing pedi. Girls night out! I was a little afraid to go again because unless you get the girls you are in for a world of hurt. The man who works there has done good work in the past but this last year I have quit going because he is always in a hurry. We got there and in 15 minutes he was almost done with her ped! My wonderful girl was done before me and the lady there before us was still getting hers. So 25 minutes my poor daughter was done while I was still getting a great pedi. I declined color on my nails just so she was not left sitting there. When we left she said her feet were still rough on her toes and her feet hurt. That is what happens when you go so fast. My word of advice go somewhere else it just is not worth the chance you will be rushed through a time you are supposed to relax and spend special moments with your daughter! I am so disgusted I had to pay for that.. PS mister: that tip was for her not you. read more

I received a gift certificate for my birthday. I've never been here and I rarely get my nails done. I went in yesterday, (4/19/2013) and they were terrific! Tina was working her magic on my nails and we chatted. She seemed quiet at first but she seemed more outgoing by the end. The other employees were very nice, chiming in on our conversation. Pretty soon we were all laughing and just having a good time. My nails look awesome, their prices are normal, and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend Diamond Nails. read more

They always are consistent and do a good job. I have come in with pictures of what I want and the always not only do it, but make it look better than what is pictured. The owner is definitely one of the nicest ladies there. She always makes sure to thank you for your business and loyalty. I have been going here for quite a while and even when they are really busy or about to close she makes sure to get me in. read more

Salon ladies had horrible customer service and were rude. I just got a manicure and she maybe spend 4 minutes on each hand. The manicure was so quickly rushed and my nail polished peeled off within 5 hours and it was the WORST manicure I have ever got. The salon setting was horrible, kids running around, employees playing on laptops, awful decor and placement of nail polish. I will never be returning. read more

I have gotten pedicures from this nail salon for a lint time with no problem. But I got solar nails and they all fell off within two weeks. I wasn't doing anything that would help that to happen but I payed 30 dollars for it and I guess you get what you pay for. If you want just a regular manicure or pedicure then this place is okay but if you want acrylics or solar nails, I suggest going somewhere else. read more
