My mustang is being paid off this month and my hubby and I decided to check out the Mazda due to Mustangs drinking a lot of gas. When we got there Kevin the salesman introduced himself when we were walking towards the front door. We immediately put our game faces on. I told him we were just looking to see what is out there and my husband was looking to see what we can trade our car for. My husband let Kevin know what he was interested in. Kevin took us to see a 2013 Mazda2 Sport. We immediately felt in love with it. Color was perfect, size was perfect, and the price was at our price range. We asked to test drive the car. I first took it for a ride. As soon as I got out of the car I knew this car was the perfect car for us. My husband then drover the car. I could tell he was very pleased. Then we agreed to look at some numbers and possible walking away with a new car. While we were waiting for Kevin to talk to his manager my husband and I decided on how far we would go to get the car. Kevin the came out with some numbers and myself having financial work experience right away told Kevin that the numbers don't look right to me. They were a little too high for what I want to pay each month. Within minutes he went and talk to his manager and came out with some better hard to say no numbers. I then filled out my application for them to check my credit. Yup just what I thought those great numbers that we saw the second time around were in my favor. The process from the beginning to the end took maybe 3 hours. Every time I buy a car it takes all day and they hold your car keys and driver license hostage. Not Antelope Valley Mazda. They were nothing like I thought they would be. They were better!!! The trade was good. Better than we would get at other dealerships. Our new car is perfect. The payments are a piece of cake. We will pay off our new car in no time. The great customer service was amazing. I could not ask for anything else better than what we got. I will for sure tell all my friends and everybody to go there first before heading to other dealerships. read more

Forget this place. I was told over the phone they do not charge over the mrsp of their cars. I make a 2 hour drive their after work and I am told the lady who had originally told me that was new and didnt have accurate information. All of their cars of over $5,000 markups. read more

I had the best car buying experience today. I live in northern California and I found the car I wanted at the price I could afford all the way down in Lancaster. Angel and Topher took the nest care of me handling everything via text and calls, I was treated like a good friend. They worked hard to get me a low rate with warranties while keeping me in my budget. And the coolest thing is these to stellar Sales reps drove the car all the way to my house. I couldn't believe it. As a person in the sales/hospitality business I know how far going just an inch can make in someone's experience.....well Topher and Angel went the whole damn mile and then some. I'll be buying all my cars from them. Stuck with me for life guys. read more

Just picked up my car from Mazda. I had an appointment and did not have to wait ("always" make an appointment people). Savana was fast and efficient in writing up the work order. She said it would be 45 minutes..they were done in 30 minutes (rockin). Justin had our car waiting when we arrived back at the dealership (my son and I went to lunch). These people rock. They did not have danishes and coffee like at the infiniti dealership...But for the value I received, I was totally happy. I always take names and verbally crush the sub-standard companies (look at my reviews), but I also go out of my way to praise the great companies, because I want them to thrive in my community, and to remain in my community. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could !! The Ford dealer is a total SCAM ! Saw a f-150 I liked, emailed them to make sure it was still available. Carol got back to me and told me it was. Then set up a test drive the next morning with Chris S. He actually emailed me that night to say the truck would be ready for me and to ask for him personally . While driving 60 miles there, I get a text from Carol confirming my appointment 15 minutes before I get there. When I get there Angel greets me and tells me that Chris has the day off. REALLY ?? He told me to ask for him !! So , Angel tells me that truck was taken off the lot because of issues ? Yet , on their website they claimed the truck had gone through a 172 point inspection by their "Factory Certified Technician". These people should NOT be able to have a business ! read more

Tom focus on you lackadaisical team of people who do not work, yes they take longer than normal and they do not provide the feel of the Mazda culture. I always feel like a second class citizen when entering Antelope Mazda, you do the bare minimum! The set up is uninviting, there is no water or coffee, the big iron gate makes it feel like a damn prison and your team has no idea how to multitask! If you service the whole Antelope Valley Area how do you employ 2 workers??? Who can not be found??? Please do not act like I am unreasonable, this is my experience and the reason I go to LA for servicing my car. Next problem I have is you service the whole area and yet you have no damn nitro for the tire??? So no, I am not being unreasonable, you overcharge customers and give minimal service! read more

We leased a 2018 Mazda CX9 in July of 2018. In the last few months we have been looking for another vehicle to purchase when our lease was up. With no luck from the other dealerships in our valley, we decided to see if Diamond Mazda had anything we would like. Thanks to Kenneth, our salesman, he found the perfect vehicle we needed! Not only did he find our vehicle, we were trading in a vehicle a customer he was working with was looking for! We all came out on top. Thank you Diamond Mazda and especially thank you Kenny!!! read more

After being hit by an unlicensed & uninsured driver which totaled my paid off Scion, and being without a vehicle for over 2 months, I hadn't had any dealership even consider helping me due to my lack of credit. As soon as I explained my situation to Tim Andrade and Leonard Egstrom, they went above and beyond anything I had expected. I drove off in my 2012 Nissan Versa that night. Diamond Mazda - Happy camper :) thanks to Leonard & Tim @ Antelope Valley Mazda!!! - Car Dealers Near Me - Lancaster, California

Horrible customer service. Internet sales team and sales manager agreed to send sales order so I could complete my purchase. Sales team strung me out for two days, telling me they were working on sending me the purchase cost. Had my auto loan approved and waiting for the numbers to send a check. Manager finally calls me and apologizes because they just sold the Jeep....right out from under me. Very dishonest, felt like they were going to try to bate me to another vehicle but did not give them the opportunity. read more

The service is not good at all. No one has returned my phone calls or fulfilled my request for months now. Very unprofessional. Delayed responses. Would not recommend. I was requesting a Return of the Extended Service Policy. I spoke to both heads of finance (Tim Andrade & Ashley Russel) and no one has gotten back to me or provided updates. Absolutely ridiculous. I have left several voice mails that have yet to be returned. No one seems to care. They must want to keep their money unlawfully. Don't waste your time. Go to any other dealer. read more

Really happy with my recent find and purchase. I found the used car in Carfax. Carol answered my call and answered my many questions with care. I drove all the way from the LA area because it seemed to good to pass up. Upon our arrival, Edwin assisted us with the purchase. The process was quick and painless but maybe it was because we didn't finance it. Regardless, I appreciate great customer service and integrity when buying a vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership, too bad it's so far for LA Co residents. It's worth the drive if they have what you are looking for. Never settle with what you want or expect. read more

Unethical, plain and simple. Anything they say, or do is simply a scam. If you or someone you know has been scammed out of your identity information by this company please contact me as I believe they may be making false promises in order to collect personal information for unknown purposes, and I am currently seeking legal assistance to obtain class action status against Antelope Valley Mazda for these deceptive business practices. I found a vehicle that I liked on their website while they were closed. I decided I wanted it, so I went through the checkout process and applied for financing. I was immediately approved by the bank. I was provided with the loan interest rate, term, payment amount, etc.. I was then asked obtain insurance for the vehicle and to make an appointment for the following day to pick it up, all of which I did. I received a call in the morning BEFORE the dealership opened, I asked that the financing be verified before I make the three hour drive to pick up the car. I was told that they would call me back in the next half hour, and they did not. Two hours pass, and I called them back to find the status of my new car. I was told that someone had come in and bought it that morning. Weird, since I had bought it the day before, obtained a loan, purchased insurance and made an appointment to pick up the vehicle, and spoke on the phone with the dealership before this other customer even showed up. Their excuse....This is how sales works. It's first come first serve, find another vehicle. It was MY FAULT for not being at the dealership the moment they opened. Given the suspicious nature of this chain of events, the low vehicle price tag, the personal information that was provided to them and to third parties on the pretense that I had been approved to purchase the vehicle, and then basically being told to F*off by two difference employees (Mario in sales, and Carol who is in financing) I feel that this is potentially at very least and unethical business practice at very least, and now that it's done, I feel like I have just been scammed out of my identity, my credit score has taken a negative hit because of the multiple inquiries they made, and I'm out of pocket for the insurance they told me to purchase. read more

Called Diamond Mazda on 6-29-21. Agreed to purchase a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica for their advertised price of $19,484.00. Took the day off from work, got my finances prepared & rented a vehicle to drive 6hrs from the Bay Area. Suddenly they raised the price by $2,400 less than 3hrs later claiming they reconditioned the car (basically a car detail), even though the dealership closes at 6pm and we last spoke at 5:45pm. Somehow they miraculously detailed the car & raised the price by $2,400 in those 15 minutes And they had the nerve to say "just like a house, the nicer it gets, the more expensive it gets" - like really?? Are you serious?? Never heard of a $2,400 car wash that takes place in less than 15 minutes. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car. Read their Yelp reviews for similar experiences from past customers. Always ask for the OUT THE DOOR price in writing to keep them from taking advantage of you & suddenly raising the price before you waste your time driving down there & wasting your day. They purposely avoid & stall giving you the out the door price because they have every intention of raising the price last minute. Like I said get it in writing before you drive all the way out to Lancaster in the middle of nowhere. Complete waste of my time. Avoid this dealership at all costs. And definitely read their Yelp reviews before doing business with them. read more

If I could give the service department zero stars I would. I paid almost $2300 to have my car repaired and it left the shop worse than how it went in. I have taken my car back to Mazda several times and they always say they can't see an issue.. Meaning looking with their eyes but not actually taking anything apart to check. I took my car back to the service department on 12/21/21 and it's still there as of today (12/29/21). I haven't received any calls, emails, etc with an update and I've never experienced something like this ever. I've been calling for updates myself and up until yesterday I was told that there's nothing wrong with the car. After speaking with Customer Relations I received a call back from the Service Advisor who informed me that she was finally able to HEAR something that sounded wrong and that I would receive a call early today with an update... But here it is after 6 pm and I have yet to be called with an update. Can you imagine having to leave your car at the dealership for almost 10 days without even receiving a call??? Thank goodness I have another car to drive, even though I was forced to buy it after Mazda made my car unsafe to drive. Livid is an understatement at this point. read more

The business manager that responded to me here, is just trying to make themselves look better! All the stuff about how they contact all the people to help me is not true!.... When I was still there trying to take care of this problem, they would not do 1 thing about it!!! They said that I caused this to my car! They even tried to say, that it was "strawberry seeds" in the paint (as if I am an idiot). We all know it was the way I described above! They know what I'm talking about! I walked onto the lot, considering the purchase of a Mazda3 or a Mazda6. I have a vehicle that I really enjoy, but unfortunately, it must be bought back by the manufacturer in the coming month. I walked onto the lot and was immediately met by a very courteous and helpful salesman, I explained that I was not a "buyer" today, but that I'd like to see and possibly test drive a couple of the cars. "Absolutely no problem" was the reply. In total, I spent nearly 2 hours at the dealership, going over the features and comparing the two models, and test driving three of them. I then met with the sales manager briefly, and was impressed with his approachability and friendliness as well. I was then escorted to the Ford dealer (same dealership) next door, to test drive a model that I had an interest in there. While they didn't have was I was looking for in stock, they were happy to do it. Originally I loved it when it was " Lancaster Mazda". I bought my car there in 2019 and they had a great staff, with people who at least made it seem like they cared. When I bought my car, I purchased the top maintenance package available with it and was told the only thing I'll need to worry about is tires, and windshield wipers etc. When Justin was at the service department, that was exactly the case. Every fluid, every brake, everything was taken care of. As soon as he left and this new girl ( I think her name is Ashley) came in, the service department became absolute garbage. She didn't honor anything except an oil change for my vehicle and refused to do the rotors or brakes " until it was at a certain mileage", even though my rotors were causing my car to shake since they needed to be machined. So when I questioned her about everything, she was rude and basically said " I've been working for Ford for years. I know how this is supposed to work". She then refused to do any of the transmission flushes or anything under the maintenance package. So I will no longer go there for service. The moral of the story is, if you want a Mazda and maintenance and people to honor it, don't go to Diamond as long as she's there. Go to Hello Mazda in Valencia or Galpin down the hill. They'll at least be nicer and honor what you pay for. I won't go back there until she's gone. read more

If i could give a zero star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. Went in last night and they refused to show me a car because it was 740 and they close at 8. So we really wanted to look at the car and went back today talked to a different salesman who also wasn't the friendliest. Had a trade in and they took it out on a test drive before even asking me so they can appraise it even though we had no deal on the table to buy a new car. Our family was in a pinch and fed up with our problematic 2 year old Honda hybrid. We only had one free day available to trade it in and replace it with something more dependable. We've had our share of dealer experiences and will walk away if the sales team is not honest, timely, and professional. My husband was so impressed with the service and professionalism that Isaiah offered us, and they accepted the Honda trade-in with minimal hassle at top dollar. We are grateful for Isaiah staying late with us and also to the sales team for accommodating our purchase and trade-in after closing time on a Saturday night. Between the dealer's new car warranty, the safety rating of the Mazda we purchased, and the great service from Isaiah and his sales team, we were very happy with the experience and would recommend them to our friends and family. Just drove to AV Mazda 2.5 hours from San Diego to buy a car with a bank loan check. Alan the sales rep seemed nice enough however I told them I already had approved financing and did not want my credit pulled. They said it had to be pulled to which I replied that it did not and they cited the post 9/11 it had to pulled. One of the sales managers said it was because of the Patriot act, but the patriot act does not require car dealerships to pull credit. Then he said the OFAC which is the Office of Foreign Asset Controls frim the US Treasury Department. Which a check of the OFAC list would say if if a narcoterrorist and had sanctions. This check would be required if I was purchasing the car in cash. I then told the manager this and he then said it was a requirement because of the State of California. I told him to to provide the statue and he told me to look it up myself. Needless to say I'll be taking my pre-approved purchase to another place. STOP TELLING LIES. read more

Bought a 2021 Mazda3 Hatchback in April (over 4 months ago) and still have not received the license plates. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with this business to get a status on my license plates. I've called over 15 times in the past month, most of the time getting transferred to an ashley russel voicemail. This person has never answered my calls or returned any of my voicemails. Most of the people who answered told me "oh its the DMV your license plates should be arriving anytime now", which is a complete and utter lie considering that my trip to triple AAA told me that the dealer never gave the DMV something in order for me to get my plates. What a waste of time, and I still have no idea on when I will get my plates. read more

I had been to several area dealerships looking for a vehicle. After leaving, most just called and sent text messages that felt like they just wanted to "get a deal" rather than help me with what I was looking for. Until I went to AV Mazda. They included what I was looking for in every conversation. I felt like they at least cared about what I was looking for. When I scheduled my appointment, the nice lady said ask for Henton Stenton and he'd have the car of inquiry ready for me to test. I get there and he was ready and friendly. Took a great drive. He could tell that the one I had came in for I wasn't really enjoying. He put me into something else that was a better fit. They really worked with me and I left with a vehicle I really like. Where is the option for ZERO STARS! Not once that I've been here during a service appointment has it been pleasant. The service department is counter productive and lazy. How are you going to give me a service appt. confirmation code and then call back and say the time I selected, which the site says available times, isn't available. You confirmed it when you gave me a confirmation code. Don't try to tell me its a request, its a booking. If you have a timeline issue, fix it. I bought my car from the guys at AV Ford and they were GREAT!! I highly recommend Ramsey and everyone in there! However it was a Mazda so that is where I scheduled my first maintenance appointment. It was for 10 am today. All they were doing was changing oil and giving me my complementary car wash. From the moment we walked in we were told to WAIT. Wait for the young lady to file papers apparently. There was already plenty of people in waiting area. It is now 2:15 pm and my car is STILL not ready!! Thank God my husband decided to take day off and take me to drop car off! I would never expect it to take soo long. The whole vibe at Mazda is totally different than Ford. Come on guys that's way too long! Customer service is Ok Now I am really pissed ! My car was finally finished at almost 3:00! Apparently it was the car wash that took forever! So when we walk in to pick it up again we are told to sit down to wait. This place loves to have people wait lol! It's obvious that they don't want to make customers feel valuable and reassure you that they will be with you soon. So when my husband commented that 5 hours is a long wait for an oil change and car wash the service advisor assistant who has ZERO customer service skills shot us a dirty look! No smile no apology for the wait. So I asked for her business card and she said "they are right there "! So her name is Savanna Powell and she just made me NEVER want to bring my car here again! I will also be contacting corporate and her bosses!! read more

Service department is completely incompetent and will waste 3 weeks of your time and still not have results on an issue that is ultimately their fault. Not doing simple services such as brakes but will document that they did is unacceptable not to mention poor business ethics. I saw a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi in the Autotrader on 10/22/17 and was interested in the out the door price. I had called several other dealers for similar types of cars only to find they charged $500 to $2000 in added fees to the purchase price before they added the tax and license fees. When I spoke to the Antelope Valley Mazda internet sales department they gave an out the door price I had trouble believing. $11,000 car price $12,147 out the door price that included tax, license, a full tank of gas and a car wash!!! Saving me a great deal. The Sales Manager, Frankie, was expecting me when the doors opened at 10am the following morning and had everything ready for me. Best purchasing experience for a car in a very long time. The car was everything I wanted and is a dream to drive. On top of that I was in and out of their location in 90 minutes, considering I drove 2 hours to pick it up, I was home for a late lunch. This is the place to buy a car! No Games no wasted time just you getting the car you want at a great price. My wife and I went in to test out the new RX5 Anatoly Morsin and Aaron Parker helped us out. We ended up finishing the deal with Aaron as Anatoly had to leave. We wanted a car that could match the car we were replacing and he steered us into the 2019 RX5 Grand touring Reserve. WOW this is a great car. Sad thing was they did not have the color combo my wife wanted. :( Not to fear Aaron was on it before we could leave he had found the car she wanted and went and picked it up the next day. We drove it home that night no games and we were ready for the battle. But when we were introduced to Frankie Alvarez to do the paperwork he told us great your going with Logix we have a great relationship with them sign here, here and here. I recently had an emergency transmission fluid replacement there and they took me in pretty quick. I dropped it off at 9 and had it back by 12:30. It cost about $170, which sucks. But my Mazda 3 only takes a certain kind of transmission fluid the dealer has and every other shop in town was lying to me about how putting some other cheap stuff they had on hand would do just fine. If you do some research, it's not. The service was very nice and they got the car back to me by the time I expected. I had driven a few cars, in my search for a new vehicle. Than came my fateful visit to AV Mazda. Buying a new car is a obviously an important decision, and I'm Very thorough, before I pull the trigger, so I wanted to test everything on my list, before making up my mind. I was pretty settled one particular car, I had driven, at another dealer, but I wanted to try the Mazda 3, and Mazda 6. My experience at AV Mazda was the antithesis of the more polite accommodating dealerships, I had visited, and will write about as well. I went in looking for a Mazda 3 first. It drove nice, but wasn't for me, so I went to the Mazda 6. I loved the way it drove, but I found the cloth seat to be uncomfortable, which was a shame, because it was the color I wanted. I found a Mazda 6, with leather seats, (I have a Really bad back), and asked to sit in it. The salesman was seemed a little pissed, that he had to get another set of keys. The leather seat fit me like a glove! Loved the interior, but not so much the color. I asked if the did dealer trades, which is a pretty common question, if we could work out a deal, so I could get the color I wanted. To my surprise, the salesman, said, "Why would I do a dealer trade, when I can sell you a car on my lot." Huh? Why would I drop bucks on a car I'm not going to be happy with? I've been a Service Adviser/Service Manager for 30 years, so I know how the business works. You don't want to loses a deal, because of the color of a car! I was a bit shocked at his answer, but I figured I'd press on, and deal with a Manager about a dealer trade. We went back into the show room, and I saw this Gorgeous car I had never seen before. It's Mazda's new, CX 3, and it was Exactly the color I wanted! I asked the salesman about it, and his reply was, "Well, it's smaller than a Mazda 6, and doesn't even have the power of a Mazda 3. Nice sales strategy! I Really wanted to drive it, but I though I'd at least get the numbers on the Mazda 6, and if he refused to let me drive it, I'd drive one elsewhere. I asked him again for a test drive, and the first shocker came from his mouth. "Make up your mind." In 40 years of car buying and all my experience in this business have I ever heard a salesman say something like that to a client. Make up my mind? You're job is to help me with that, by allowing me drive the vehicles his manufacturer makes. It being a new model, I'm sure Mazda Corp, would have liked for me to drive one, for a possible purchase! Well, I was there, so I thought, I'd at least see what kind of deal they could work on the 6, than tell him to grab the keys to the CX. While Filling out the credit, he asked me twice if I was married, why my wife's last name was different from mine, and if we were living together at the same address. Who is this guy?? Really? #1: Who cares, #2: None of your business = #3: Never ask those questions! Who trained this guy? Just fill the thing out, and not worry about one's personal life. I was livid by now, so I said, "Dude, you know what I'm willing to pay, so don't come back in here, and do the, "Let me talk to my Manager, to see if he'll budge game. Just tell me how much it is, and we'll go from there." When I though this guy couldn't Possibly say anything else to piss me off more, he replies, "Even if we're $100,00 over what you want to pay, you'd have a brand new car, with leather, and you wont have to drive your piece of shit CR-V anymore." My jaw dropped. My 1 year old CR-V. This guy just called a client's car a piece of shit. It could be 30 years old, and held together with duct tape, you Never insult a client's car. It's a Really a Bozo no, no, but he did. Long story short now, I split. There was a second where I was still curious as to what the Sales Manager, (A pretty nice guy actually), would come up with, but, after running an errand to pick up my wife, but I was now overcome with an urgency to just get the hell out of there, so I did, especially when I saw, they were running numbers on The Wrong Car!!!! The 6 with the Cloth interior I hated! Really!?!?!? I have Never dealt with such an unprofessional, inappropriate, impatient, and Rude dealership in All of my life. I picked up my wife, went to another Mazda store, drove the CX 3, and bought it, that day. Simple deal, great price, complete with a cup of coffee, a smile, and a car I Love! I had purchased my new Mustang from AV Ford, and had a great experience. I wouldn't buy a key chain from AV Mazda. I'll drive to the Valley for All of my services, parts, & accessories, for my new Mazda. Maybe it was just that one salesman, but, for me, I find people at the ground floor, are a reflection of a dealership's management. They lost a sale that day, and a customer for life. Now comes warning all of my friends, relatives, and you on Yelp, that for me, personally, I'd recommend another establishment. read more

Great experience with everyone we interacted with at AV Mazda, from Tim in finance, to Alvin, Martin, and Frankie in Sales. Not only did we get a car way out of our expectations (beautiful 2015 Mazda 6), But Alvin and Martin worked it out so we stayed within our budget. In addition, we had a special request on the car and Alvin, Martin, and Frankie came through! It was an extra-mile effort on their part that made the experience that much better! I recommend you see Alvin or Martin at AV Mazda for your next car purchase. read more

Not impressed with there service department. I have a maintenance package otherwise I would not go to them. Checking in your car or picking up your car always takes too long; they usually only have one person working there. I had an issue with my Bluetooth/hands free system. They fixed it but when using my iPod it still does not work correctly. Took it back in today for service asked them to look at it. Picked up my car; they said all was good, only to look at the paper work and it says to call Mazda regarding my issue. It may not seem like a big deal or important to them but I bought my car to have all 'the bells and whistles' and I want them to work. I guess I am just over there lack of 'great service'. I honestly will probably never but another Mazda because of there bad customer service. Wanted too add just got off the phone with Mazda and it needs a software update. The guy from Mazda said that normally the dealership would call not the customer. Now I have to bring it back! Just not what I want to do. read more

I went to AV Mazda to purchase a new RX-8. The sales representative was very nice at first, but proceeded to try and negotiate with me over monthly payments rather than the actual sale price of the vehicle. I went home and did some research, but couldn't really compare the prices of other dealerships because AV Mazda ignored my requests on what they were asking for the vehicle. When I couldn't get an e-mail back from the floor sales rep (Gio) or the internet sales person rep (Danyelle), I finally e-mailed the sales manager Mike. He responded to my inquiry with, "Katie, the rx 8 on the floor is an r3 spec car, rare, is that the one your talking about??? mike". There were six other vehicles exactly the same for sale at other dealerships within 250 miles of my home. I sent them a link to another dealership's price and asked if they could match or come close, and if they couldn't to please let me know. This was the last response I ever received from the Sales Team at AVMazda. After a week of trying to get the sales staff to respond to e-mails or phone calls concerning the actual price of the vehicle, I finally gave up and purchased the exact same vehicle from another dealership 100 miles away. These guys lost out on a sale; I was prepared to come up on the price I was willing to pay for the convenience of buying close to home. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealership due to their lack of communication skills. Ironically, attempting to post this review on dealerrater.com got a fast response from the dealer (within six hours!). I suspect dealerrater.com is a scam, because the site posts positive reviews immediately, but my negative review has a "post date" two weeks after I submitted it. read more
