I don't ever write anything here on YELP, but I am of the philosophy that if you can find the time to COMPLAIN about someone or something, you should also be able to find the time to COMPLIMENT the same! So PLEASE read in its entirety if you want an HONEST and UNBIASED write-up. As with a few other posts listed here, I also asked if I could bring a car to my mechanic and was told "no" as well. After getting to know the owner and talking with him about that it seems more of a liability issue since I don't own the car yet and also that some of his cars are on consignment. That makes it understandable. I purchased a 2009 Altima from the owner; Attila and when I took it for a test drive I was fairly happy with it. It wasn't until I took it on a long trip to LA that I discovered some major issues with the car. The worst of it was the shifting and overall LOUDNESS of the engine. When I had it on cruise control set at 70 MPH and going uphill on the freeway it compensated by downshifting into 1st for 2nd gear and the RPM gauge shot from 2000 RPM's to well over 5,000 RPM's as my speed DROPPED to 55 MPH, and you talk about LOUD! I couldn't talk or hear my daughter sitting in the passenger seat next to me! On top of that, this 4 cylinder got TERRIBLE gas mileage, worse than my Buick 6 cylinder! The next day I took it back in to Attila and went over all my complaints with the car since he had told me the day I bought it: "If there are any issues, bring it back and I will take care of it". He gave me a loaner car and kept my car for several days. They replaced the motor mounts, fixed vacuum and exhaust leaks, changed a clogged filter in the transmission, and several other minor items. He even replaced parts of the car I didn't ask for so I didn't have issues with them later on! As things turned out, after I got my car back, I had to make a round trip (200 miles) from Antelope Valley to Long Beach and I was stunned with how quiet it now ran. Not only that, but used 1/4 of a tank of gas from a full tank! WAY BETTER than my Buick and I was ecstatic! The next day I went back to thank him and tell him how pleased I was. He even had the mechanic replace yet another part on the engine because a large vacuum rubber hose had cracked. This is the first time I'm hearing about this but he was there after my best interests even AFTER I bought the car and drove it off the lot! I can't say enough kind things about this guy; he even gave me a generous amount for my trade-in car. He is WITHOUT a doubt NOT your average used car salesman. He is HONEST, SINCERE, UNDERSTANDING, and very PROFESSIONAL! He has been in business at the same location for 36 years! I have been following his ads in the local paper for some time and I am more than glad I went to see him and purchase a car from him. He has literally bent over backwards for me! It was for the most part; PAINLESS. He even handled all the paperwork with the DMV for registration and new license plates! My pink slip came in the mail about a week later! In conclusion; I truly don't understand the few negative complaints being posted here, especially from people supposedly from San Francisco! I mean, REALLY? You came all the way down here just to buy a used car? As far as I'm concerned these posts are fake and as for the rest of them, they are either very angry people to begin with just looking to give someone a hard time by trying to make them as miserable as they are, or they are just plain STUPID. I mean, SO WHAT if Attila doesn't speak good English? Can this complainer from one post speak good Turkish? The man is a good Christian and his word is his bond! Give the guy a break! What he may lack with pronunciation is more than backed up by his word of honor! This is a rarity for this line of business. COME VISIT HIM AND BUY A USED CAR HERE! You will NOT be sorry. read more

Pros: They have a lot of cars fairly inexpensive with a reasonable warranty. The cars are clean and smell clean. If you have problems after purchase they fix it for free. Later-life service like replacing headgaskets and transmissions is VERY reasonably priced. The place has been there forever. Cons: His English is not the best, but you kind of expect his in California. The prices are good and he knows that. Do not expect to get anything from haggling. It is a small car lot, do not expect color options, and shiny new cars. Over the last 10 years I have purchased 6 cars and 1 truck for my own family, and had several friends purchase from him as well. I used them as commuter and work vehicles. I have averaged about 100$ per month on a given car (2500$ car, will last 2 years). read more

Went there to buy a car for my daughter. Found a nice 1999 saturn station wagon for $3500. It needed tires and a stereo, so I offered the sales man $3000 cash. He said ok. I told him all to do next was to have my mechanic look at it, and right away he said no. Or if I wanted to have a mechan hoping to get a diffnic look at it I could have him come to the lot. Well I don't know about your mechanic but mine has electronic equipment, and a shop, he does not travel. Not only that, when I asked him why I couldn't take it to my mechanic, he told me he didn't want the car off the lot in case some-one else wanted to look at it. ????? I was ready to buy it, as long as it past inspection. So, the next day I called them. Hoping to get a different salesman, or maybe some one who spoke better english, and hoping it was just miscomunication. I did get soem one else, but told me no also on taking it to my mechanic. But told me it was cause last time they allowed that, the mechanic put in a new transmission. ?????? He spoke perfect english. I don't think this is a trust issue either, because he let us test drive the car without even checking our lisence. I now just think they are trying to push some highly disguized cars off that lot. maybe bad breaks, or transmissions, or motors. something is wrong with them, or they would welcome you to have a mechanic check them out. especially when some one with cash walks in the door. I have a 2001 Mazda Millenia s and it needed a engine tune up and motor mounts, and valve cover gasket replacement. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and knows alot about fixing foreign cars. The man who answered the phone was very rude. I called to ask some questions about an ad for a car they put on Craig's List. They were very rude. They answered the phone and you could not hear them because they were outside in the wind. The man who answered the phone said he was extremely busy and can't answer any of my questions and hung up on me. I called a second time and this time the same man answered and proceeded to answer my questions but was rude and impatient about it. He kept asking me if I was done asking questions because he was so busy and then hung up on me again. I called a third time and he answered the phone with: What? This company apparently is okay with giving rude customer service and does not need business. The third time I called he started telling me about another car and asked if I was done asking questions about the second car. I never wanted to know anything about the second car. I bought 2 of last 3 cars from this dealership. Recently, I purchased a 2004 Hyundai Accent there. I am very pleased and satisfied with what I paid for the vehicle, but also very happy with how the vehicle runs. They included a limited warranty with both cars I bought from there and have made me worry free in terms of what happens if I have any problems with my car. Since I bought a car from them almost 6 years ago and when there was a small problem with the motor, they immediately fixed the problem and I was back on the road and haven't had any trouble since. As for the salesman, although he could be hard to understand sometimes, he did his best to give me the best deal I could find. That was what was important to me. read more
