Prices have gone sky high. The coupons aren't saving much. I am going to Walmart like all my friends have to started doing so as well. If you're going to charge me $60 for labor you really should have your guys working faster instead of in a casual relaxed manner. I doubt all my fluid levels are being checked as well. My Chevrolet needed a new motor at their expense back in 03 and just a few months ago I went back because I was in a rush and they did not put the plug in my Audi... I have gone to this Jiffy Lube several times , and they generally had fair service, though they frequently attempted to have me pay for services that were not necessary, according to the people I know who are familiar with my car and automobiles in general. The real issue I have with this place involved my last two visits with them. On one visit , they took the oil dipstick from my car and showed it to me- that was fine , but when I went to check under the hood a couple months later, the stick was missing. I assume they forgot to put it back, but that wasn't a big deal since it wouldn't cost much to replace. Well shortly after, I went back to Jiffy Lube because I was going to make a long trip and I wanted to get my oil changed again. Well, at that point, I still didn't have an oil dipstick, so I told the person who checked in my car that it was missing, and I also mentioned that I thought they may have forgotten to return it the last time I was there, but that it wasn't a big deal. The person who checked in my car got really defensive and spent about 5 minutes explaining how that was impossible because they checked everything twice and had video cameras recording everything. I was a bit insulted by the tone he took and the response he gave me, so I told him I would love to view the video, and I told him the exact date and time of my previous visit. He said he wasn't able to watch them, so it was ridiculous for him to bring it up. At that time, I was completely dissatisfied, and I asked to speak to his supervisor- he said "you're speaking to him" and pointed to his name tag, with a smirk on his face. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said the same thing. Finally , I asked to speak to the owner, and he gave me a card. I called that person- no one answered and there was no answering machine. I felt like the employee was completely condescending, belittling, and looking to win an argument, when I wasn't even interested in asking for compensation or anything else. I will NEVER go to this Jiffy Lube again. I would much rather go to Lancaster or farther than deal with the people who work here. read more

We've used this Jiffy Lube for years. The guys are alway super nice. Today was the best ever. We've had an oil leak developing in our van. I'd already stopped in once about it and asked them to see if the plug was loose. This time Mr. K asked me to stop there and see if it was the filter. Nestor checked it out and said it was leaking from the gasket between the transmission and the engine. Then he offered to take a video with my phone. I took my car for an oil change and they told me my air filter was dirty and replaced it. When I left from the shop, i didnt even make it down the street. I had to push my car into a safe place because they broke my air filter and didnt even replace it with a new one and it wasnt the right fitting. They couldnt even figure out what they did wrong and the district manager couldnt help me out and was very rude... doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I have been going here for over 10 years and this place seen to get worse with age. My wife took her car there today and she got in line and they took the guy in line behind her without saying a word to my wife. My wife asked what was going on and they told her that the tool to do her type of car was lost (laughing at the time). Now that is fine but don't make a customer sit there in line and waste her time. Zero stars. I took it to an AC shop and they confirmed that there is a wire connection from the compressor to the clutch that was obviously busted off. The tab that keeps the wire in is now busted and the only way to permanently fix is a new compressor. The wire is in close proximity to the serpentine belt, and according to the AC guy was most likely broken off when the belt was installed at Jiffy Lube. read more

Nothing but good things to say about this Jiffy Lube. By far, the best Jiffy Lube/ oil change service Ive had. My car was rattling, and Nestor found the problem. My heat shield had loosened off after running over someone's busted tire at night. Nestor was able to screw it back in place and the rattling stopped.
