When you pay for a Signature Oil and Filter change, you should Jiffy Lube's famous service. This seem not to be the case anymore. None of the tires were checked for proper pressure. The engine's air filter was never looked at for cleanness. Makes you wonder what else was overlooked. read more

Place is beyond unorganized. Told me on the phone they could take care of me in 10 minutes. I show up and am directed to one of the two specific bays. After waiting 25 minutes I'm then told to back up so another vehicle can go ahead of me. The staff mentioned they were waiting on an air filter for a vehicle being worked on. Prices have gone sky high. The coupons aren't saving much. I am going to Walmart like all my friends have to started doing so as well. If you're going to charge me $60 for labor you really should have your guys working faster instead of in a casual relaxed manner. I doubt all my fluid levels are being checked as well. Car oil changes used to take 15 minutes at oil & lube service shops. Now it takes 30+ and the price is sky high. I definitely have told people to go elsewhere. I take my vehicle to the Rosamond Jiffy Lube at the requested intervals. I just had them service the transfer case/transmission/rear differential in addition to an oil change. As always, the folks there are professional, helpful, and I usually learn some new fun-fact about my car while there. Brought my car here in the late afternoon/early evening because it had been making an unnerving rattling sound all day. José and Joseph communicated with me right away that I needed a new wheel bearing. They were able to run out and get the necessary part within minutes and stayed after closing hours to make sure I could drive away safely. The guys here a always friendly when I come by and are very efficient at oil changes. I don't even have to get out of my vehicle. Their staff is courteous and even thanked me multiple times for waiting for a bay to become available. Avoid this place at all costs. The tech is just that a tech, not a professional. I have taken 2 cars there over the last 20 years and both had issues immediately after. My Chevrolet needed a new motor at their expense back in 03 and just a few months ago I went back because I was in a rush and they did not put the plug in my Audi... After my Mechanic wrote a statement they did refund my 109 for the oil change. I wish my town had a responsible Jiffy Lube. read more

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube several times , and they generally had fair service, though they frequently attempted to have me pay for services that were not necessary, according to the people I know who are familiar with my car and automobiles in general. The real issue I have with this place involved my last two visits with them. On one visit , they took the oil dipstick from my car and showed it to me- that was fine , but when I went to check under the hood a couple months later, the stick was missing. I assume they forgot to put it back, but that wasn't a big deal since it wouldn't cost much to replace. Well shortly after, I went back to Jiffy Lube because I was going to make a long trip and I wanted to get my oil changed again. Well, at that point, I still didn't have an oil dipstick, so I told the person who checked in my car that it was missing, and I also mentioned that I thought they may have forgotten to return it the last time I was there, but that it wasn't a big deal. The person who checked in my car got really defensive and spent about 5 minutes explaining how that was impossible because they checked everything twice and had video cameras recording everything. I was a bit insulted by the tone he took and the response he gave me, so I told him I would love to view the video, and I told him the exact date and time of my previous visit. He said he wasn't able to watch them, so it was ridiculous for him to bring it up. At that time, I was completely dissatisfied, and I asked to speak to his supervisor- he said "you're speaking to him" and pointed to his name tag, with a smirk on his face. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said the same thing. Finally , I asked to speak to the owner, and he gave me a card. I called that person- no one answered and there was no answering machine. I felt like the employee was completely condescending, belittling, and looking to win an argument, when I wasn't even interested in asking for compensation or anything else. I will NEVER go to this Jiffy Lube again. I would much rather go to Lancaster or farther than deal with the people who work here. read more

I normally dont trust them, thinking there is ALWAYS something wrong with your car, but the truth of the matter is, if you drive your car as much as I drive mine, chances are it is cheaper to keep up with the maintenance and just listen to them than to let it go and have your car break down. We've used this Jiffy Lube for years. The guys are alway super nice. Today was the best ever. We've had an oil leak developing in our van. I'd already stopped in once about it and asked them to see if the plug was loose. This time Mr. K asked me to stop there and see if it was the filter. Nestor checked it out and said it was leaking from the gasket between the transmission and the engine. Then he offered to take a video with my phone. I have been going here for over 10 years and this place seen to get worse with age. My wife took her car there today and she got in line and they took the guy in line behind her without saying a word to my wife. My wife asked what was going on and they told her that the tool to do her type of car was lost (laughing at the time). Now that is fine but don't make a customer sit there in line and waste her time. This place needs to get there shit together I have 3 cars I went there with and I will NEVER return to this location. The employees are getting ruder with the years and the service is getting worse. Zero stars. I took it to an AC shop and they confirmed that there is a wire connection from the compressor to the clutch that was obviously busted off. The tab that keeps the wire in is now busted and the only way to permanently fix is a new compressor. The wire is in close proximity to the serpentine belt, and according to the AC guy was most likely broken off when the belt was installed at Jiffy Lube. read more

I took my car for an oil change and they told me my air filter was dirty and replaced it. When I left from the shop, i didnt even make it down the street. I had to push my car into a safe place because they broke my air filter and didnt even replace it with a new one and it wasnt the right fitting. They couldnt even figure out what they did wrong and the district manager couldnt help me out and was very rude... doesnt know how to talk to a customer. So i had to call my triple A and get my car towed to the car dealership. Then i had to pay out of my pocket to fix my car because jiffylube couldn't do a simple job. Horrible services. read more

Nothing but good things to say about this Jiffy Lube. By far, the best Jiffy Lube/ oil change service Ive had. My car was rattling, and Nestor found the problem. My heat shield had loosened off after running over someone's busted tire at night. Nestor was able to screw it back in place and the rattling stopped. All the employees here are nice and excellent customer service. read more

Listed on the website it be open at 8 o'clock they didn't open the doors until a little after 8 and then told me I need to set up all their systems and it won't be able to take Customer for another 25 minutes so they can take Customer until 8:30 they should put on their sign they don't open till 8:30 read more
