Excellent service and reasonably priced. They have worked on my cars for the last 15 yrs and done great work.

My car had the check engine light and airbag light on so I took it here. I got a call about week after dropping it off and was told the alternator was going out and he'd have it replaced in a couple days. 2 weeks go by and I call and I'm told it'll be that day as they'd call when it's ready. Another 2 weeks pass and I call again and they tell me they just finished it and to come get it. When I get to the shop I pay and ask if the air bag light was cleared as well. They tell me it has been. When I go out to my car it's the dirtiest I have ever seen it. The car won't start because it was dead. The inside was covered in dirt it looked as if the windows were down the whole time. The airbag light was still on as well. When I asked about the airbag light I was told they can keep my car longer. I also asked if the windows down and his response was it's just been really dusty. read more

Mario promised me my car would only be there for a day. Six days later calls and tells me it needs a whole lot more work than his diagnostics told me. Picked up my car with tow truck. Took it elsewhere and six hours later it was done. Only needed water pump. Not all the work I was told it needs. read more

Took my car in a long time ago when I first moved to Rosamond, Mario was nice and did a few jobs on my car, but then one day I had to take my car in to Mario for a problem I was having with my car, it kept stalling, Mario worked on it, also kept it a long time before getting it back and when I did the car continued to keep stalling, I then took my car just down the road to another car repair close by, he found the problem within five minutes, it seems Mario left off a hose, I never took it back to Mario again nor will I ever again take any of my cars to him again, and I won't recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. read more

I went in with a problem with my brakes having a huge gap. First, he said it would be ready before the weekend. So Friday came and he said it'll be ready by 6. 6 came and said itll be ready by Monday ( leaving me the whole weekend without a car ) then Monday comes and it won't be ready till Tuesday. Tuesday finally came & I picked it up and I noticed there was still a HUGE gap. I basically had to press down as much as I possibly can to stop my car. Called back and he said he did all he can do. So that was really annoying. This is where it gets worse, I look into the back on the floor and I noticed a bunch of little black things. My first thought was ripped up fabric or something. Then I looked closer and saw my little big of tissues were ripped and shredded. Then a juice pouch had pieces of it ripped off and it was empty. A damn rat was in my car while at this place . They must've left my doors open or something because this has NEVER happened to me. So now not only do I have shitty brakes, a car with rat shit in it, I also have to put traps in there and not use my car for a few days because I can't risk taking my child in a car that might have a rat in it still. Best customer service! I took my Malibu in to get checked out and instead of charging me to fix it the owner told me that my censor was still covered by GM warranty. When I hit black ice in the mountains, I had my car towed to this shop. Mario stayed open till the truck driver got us there. My car was fixed in 3 days and returned to me. I dropped my SUV off for a loud persistent noise coming from the front of the vehicle. Was told it would be a few days before he could tear it apart and fix the problem (which was diagnosed as both front wheel bearings). Their prices are extremely fair and their knowledge of car repair is extensive. Being that all of their mechanics are ASE certified carrys an expectation of excellence, which they met that expectation completely. If you need your vehicle repaired but dont mind waiting a few extra days as they are very busy, I recommend this shop! A+ read more

Three other shops were stumped with various degrees of troubleshooting lack of success. Master mechanic Luke was like a pit bull. He would not be denied eventually finding blown diode(s) that caused splattering of AC current onto the engine wiring harness. They replaced the alternator and all was well! Fair prices and honest evaluation. You may enter the "Mario Time Zone" upon arrival but when you become the priority, they'll figure it out. read more

I brought in my car to have the shock absorbers replaced. After I picked up the car I noticed that one of my new aftermarket wheels was scratched up, all lugnuts were way overtightened (apparently with an impact wrench), and some suspension components were banged up with a hammer in their effort to take some things apart. I'm very dissapointed in the quality of work. It is very amateurish and reflects lack skill and/or lack of pride in one's work. I will never let these guys touch one of my cars and neither should you. read more
