I brought my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD to Albert's Auto Transmission because it was having serious transmission/shifting issues, including losing power, not shifting properly, and getting stuck around 60 mph. I was charged over $6,400 for the transmission work. After the repairs, I received my truck back only about two days later, but unfortunately, the same problems were still happening. The truck was still losing power and having the same shifting/performance issues that I originally brought it in for. I then took the truck to another shop specifically to have it evaluated. I was told they were looking at issues involving the radiator/fan system, but regardless, those issues do not explain why my truck was returned to me still experiencing the transmission-related symptoms I originally brought it in for. At this point, I am extremely disappointed because I paid thousands of dollars expecting the original problem to be properly diagnosed and repaired, and I did not receive the result I paid for. I am now documenting everything, seeking an independent evaluation, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing the appropriate legal remedies to seek reimbursement/refund. I encourage anyone considering this shop to get everything in writing, ask exactly what is being repaired, and get an independent second opinion before spending thousands of dollars. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not return here based on the results of my repair.

Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!

John brought my part to me himself after hours on his way to pick up his kid. Wow I was blown away and very grateful for his kind act. He really was a stand up guy helping someone when they were stranded. For that I give this Napa store two thumbs up.
