Needed an oil change and Grease Monkey was close. Upon arrival, they greeted me and were very friendly. They explained the cost up front of the oil change and possible air filter replacements. They removed the air filters in front of me and showed how dirty they were. No gimmicks, just complete honesty. While I had the option of changing the air filters myself, I decided to have them do it and save me a trip to the parts store and the added effort to change them out. While the oil was draining they washed the outsides of the all windows. less than 20-minutes later I was on my way. Just got an oil change for our Suburban. The guys did an awesome job. They were very fast. The total time I was at the shop was about 20 min. Atmosphere 9/10. Waiting room/office is very clean with coffee. Professionalism 10/10. All the guys were very helpful. They even took the time to bring my dip stick in and show me the new fresh oil. Another great experience at Grease Monkey! I went in on 1/26/2022 to get an oil change. I went in looking for either full synthetic or "high mileage" blended oil, but Justin said unless I'm burning a lot of oil or leaking, there was no need to upgrade unless I just wanted to spend money. There was one car ahead of me, but I was still out in under 20 minutes. They clean your windows, they don't try to scare you and upsell with pricey repairs.. this is important when you're a woman because somehow, other shops try to take advantage. When they're done they show you the oil level and the nice, clean oil in your reservoir. They ask if you have any questions, then politely send you on your way. BTW, you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner waiting area in ANY service shop! On my last visit (during COVID) there were a few younger guys working in the bay that I wasn't happy with.. too much inappropriate chatter amongst themselves and they didn't seem attentive to the work they were doing, but I didn't see them there this time. I drove up prepared to go elsewhere had I seen them in the bay again. They were very nice and upfront about the oil change and then came to me and ask if I wanted to replace the air filter by showing me how dirty mine was and showed the new one right in front of me so I chose to replace it. Very competitive prices, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They showed me Walmart forgot to put the O ring on my filter and it was leaking. They were able to pull off the filter where Walmart was not able to. They brought my car in immediately without waiting which was a breath of fresh air. 4 guys working together. They cleaned my windows checked all fluids and filled my tires and more! They even came to me to show that my dipstick was to the top and clean! read more

We needed an oil change in our F350 food truck. We went to Grass Monkey wanting to help local small business. They were awesome!! We were immediately greeted and sent to their very nice and comfortable waiting area. They have cookies and coffee if you so desire. Of course we had a coffee! They have comfortable chairs separated so you feel not too confined. They have the weather channel going and aTV with their services and prices scrolling. The attendant had us come check everything and showed us how dirty our air filter was and it needed changing. They also made us aware we had a little visitor in our engine compartment and to be aware ground squirrels can do a lot of damage to the electrical so keep an eye out. Their prices are reasonable and their true care and concern for your satisfaction is immeasurable! read more

This review is hard to write because I have had nothing but good experiences with Grease Monkey in the past. They are always very nice and professional. Even today they were very kind. They always come in and talk to you before they do work. This morning they asked me if I wanted new windshield wipers. I said yes, because I knew mine were bad. When they finished they came in and showed me the oil was full. They were very pleasant as always. After I paid as I was entering my car I saw a HUGE crack in my windshield I even said to them "Is that a crack?" I was in a bit of shock and confused, but just left. On the drive home it was so obvious to me that there was no way I missed this crack earlier in the morning. I called and went back and although they were very nice they said they didn't do it. I was trying to not get upset but the more I thought about it, I just know it wasn't there this morning. I had washed my car 2 days before so it isn't like I had a dirty windshield. I drove to Safelite and asked their opinion. They said it looked like someone either dropped a tool or it was their palm that hit or leaned against the glass. I called again from Safelite and again they were very nice but said they wouldn't take responsibility for it. So, can I prove they did it. No, I can't. I also can't prove it was not broke before I went there. Will I tell you not to use them, no. But before you go be sure to do a a quick photo of your window. They also do not do a pre-inspect and unfortunately I didn't either. I have never had any reason to believe I would need to do one. I don't like writing bad reviews. But it is just a warning to be careful, not just with them, I guess with any service place you go. read more

Grease monkey is definitely the best place to get your oil changed. The staff is very friendly and they are very quick. All you have to do is pull up and you can either sit in your car. If it's not too hot or you can go into the waiting area where it's nice and clean with air conditioning. They have water and coffee and cookies. I really enjoy coming here. The prices are very, very reasonable. I will never go to any other normal Jiffy Lube, or places like that ever again. 6/3/2023 around 1pm I came into this shop as my truck battery died in the gas station on the same lot. As I walked up I saw 3 young men sitting down on their phones, I asked if they could help me jump start my truck or if they had a jumper to help me with. I always recommend this place, especially to my female friends who need to get an oil change etc, it's out of my way but I always prefer to make the drive to QH from Littlerock because their service is just that good. I would like to share on my experience at Grease Monkey, I came here by accident thinking it was jiffy lube and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted by Michael and he showed me all the different prices and was very informative and explained everything to me. After I pulled my car in the bay I was greeted by Jordan who then gave me the option to sit in car or go in side, he then told me once he input my car's information he would come to me with the price. They checked all my fluids and topped them off they also cleaned my windows. What I liked about their services they did not try and sell me something that I did not need they communicated the entire time from start to finish 25 minutes. The guys, the service, the location, overall just a great spot to to come in and get an oil change.
