I came in at 10:30 because the guy truck from triple A recommended it, so they could fix a flat tire, they gave a a 2 hours waiting time, when the time came up, they said it was going to be 45 more minutes, I will never recommend this place ever, even though you're local. I've had several great experiences with America's Tires. I came in for a tire punctured with a screw and was looking for a tire patch. They offer free patches, which is super cool. It was pretty busy for a Monday and other folks had appointments, but as a walk-in, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours with 9ish people ahead of me. I strongly recommend scheduling ahead of time, when possible. Ethan was the customer service representative I worked with and he was thoughtful, explained the process and super professional. I came in with a history of my tire having been flat and reinflated by my son-in- law. I was helped by Adrian. He told me that I definitely needed a new tire and explained why. I agreed. Made an appointment for a balance/rotation. After an hour and my car did not move questioned the desk. 15 mins later they took it in. 90 minutes to perform the task. If I could give zero stars, I would. The emphasis they place on safety appears to be more of a sales tactic than a genuine concern. I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire that was covered under warranty. Upon inspection, the sales technician informed me that they could not service my vehicle unless I replaced all four tires, citing safety concerns. Trusting their assessment, I agreed and paid approximately $1,200, with an estimated completion time of 2-3 hours. After picking up my vehicle and beginning my hour-long drive home (a considerable distance I was willing to travel due to previous positive experiences), my tire pressure warning light came on. Once home, I discovered that one of the brand-new tires was losing air. Upon further inspection, I found a significant crack on the rim along the beading of the tire, an issue that is difficult to overlook. It is clear that this damage occurred during service, and not only was it left unaddressed, but no one informed me before allowing me to drive away in an unsafe vehicle. This level of oversight is unacceptable and demonstrates both a lack of technical competence and a disregard for customer safety. I've been dealing with America's Tire since 2000. I have never been disappointed with their service. Prices are always competitive and they honor their warranty. I don't know where they find their guys! They are always top shelf. Friendly, kind, service oriented and hard working. I'm always amazed with the caliber of employees they have, at any location I've been too. They are one of the very few companies that are left that know the meaning of customer service! There was a small issue in the parking lot with me and this truck. So yeah, I swung around the parking lot to get away from the truck. I proceed to get out and this kid look directly at me and shook his head not once not twice. But 3 times I would approached him. Asking if he was Allen. He looked down at his shirt to prove to me. His name was Isaac, not Allen, which was rude. I asked him, why is he being so rude? And he proceeded to say the way that I drove was uncalled for he did not know the situation. And he is not wrong, but the customer service part Was awful? Therefore, I have to say, I do not recommend American tires, Isaac. Needs to be spoken to he allowed his emotions get the better of hi. Great service, long line when I dropped off but it went fast, pickup was super quick and convenient.

So I made an appointment for 3:45 and showed up on time. They were all booked for earlier appointments. After 5-10 mins I spoke to the employee on what I needed done. I have new rims and want to install tires from the old rims onto the new rims. We walked outside and employee looked at all tires and stuff and then invoiced and charge me for the job. So I sit in the lobby for a good 40 minutes and they finally drive my car in to work on it. 5 mins later the employee takes me outside and tells me they cannot do the job because I have 3-piece forge rims. So we walk back into the lobby and he refunds me. What gets me upset is I schedule an appointment and wasted around 1-hour of my time just so get denied service. It was almost 5pm now so many shops were closing and it sucks cause it's my only day off. I did manage to stop by other shop in time and they said they can do the work. They were closing in 5-min so I told them I will stop by there on my next day off. But I seriously wasted a whole day just because they didn't want to touch these expensive rims. They should have let me know when they looked at the car prior to charging me. Cause waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby especially when I made a schedule is ridiculous and very unprofessional. read more

When I walked in, I expected exceptional customer service, but what I encountered was disappointing. Eric, who greeted me, acted like I was a first-time visitor unfamiliar with their process despite being a loyal customer for over 15 years. I clearly stated the purpose of my visit, yet instead of receiving assistance, I was directed to the tire pressure check bay. While waiting, I noticed four different service men glance in my direction but continue on without acknowledging my presence or reassuring me that someone would assist me. After five frustrating minutes, Anthony finally came out, unaware that I had been waiting, and apologized before addressing my request. His prompt response salvaged the situation and exemplified the level of service expected from a reputable company. I went from being ready to publicly share my negative experience to feeling that Anthony's actions represented the company's standards. Meanwhile, I observed four other customers receiving the service they intended, which only highlighted the inconsistency of the team's approach. I made it a point to ensure Eric heard that this situation could and should have been managed better. Unfortunately, he failed to apologize, as Anthony had already handled everything. Anthony demonstrated what authentic leadership looks like, and it's essential that he is recognized and that his exemplary behavior is emulated throughout the organization. I tried to click on the link it's not allowing me to, but in all honesty even after my son got his tires they gave him mix max tires, and when he went to address it and they corrected it they damaged his rims and had to replace two of them. We had emailed the head manager, and he never got back to us. I feel is unprofessional. I feel that they were upset behind their mistakes. Was alittle upset on Friday. Went to America tire to purchase wheels for my truck. Yes they were busy I understand but I don't understand I'm there to buy wheels only to be told "well you can look them up on the website let us know and we'll order them". The guy only looked up my size no pictures no other info kept telling me "look them up at home and let us know what size and we'll order them " after the third time being told. I got the hint they didn't want my business I left and bought wheels elsewhere. I was upset that was the first time i have been treated like that there Yes they were busy but the person beside me was bring up pictures for them to see and compare nothing for me. We are a long time customer of America's Tire I'm talkin I remember when this location opened up when I was in high school... and even had friends who have worked there . It has always been a great place for young men to get there feet wet in the work world and a teamwork. I can see with my recent visit to this store under the charge of Jason and Gilbert this tradition continues. I recently made an online appointment for my 2018 Dodge Challenger for a tire rotation and the team there took great care of me and discovered a nail in the side wall that could have caused a real issue. 6 years later still offering the BEST service!!! I got here super early because I was stressed my tire would blow while driving so I can early to drive slow etc - I was the first here but by opening like 8 people were waiting and some lined up welllll the service providers apparently take note of when you arrive and help you that way so I didn't have to wait Michah walked directly to my car and was so welcoming and pleasant !!! They went over everything with me didn't try to sell me on the most expensive explained the care plan (said they do cover the dry rot situation I had unlike Toyota also unlike toyota whose plan was 1350 their warranty plan / road hazard plan was like 110! Also i got four new tires , new wipers AND the insurance for less than the plan at Toyota!! Aka DONT GO TO TOYOTA!) Also unlike toyota Michah said we have some in front of you but we should be able to get it done by 9 am sooooo less than an hour!!!! While Toyota was trying to deter me from coming and telling me best to drop it off they have no clear time line they didn't know if they had my tires it may be a day etc - they got me and are getting me out quickly!!! GET A SECOND OPINION!! I'm extremely disappointed, I was scammed by one of their cashiers last night. I had a flat on my right tire. He came out looked at my tire said it needed to be replaced I thought was weird because they are new tires purchased in 22. He said a new tire was going to be $139. I was going to make an appointment but my gut told me not too. Please Ladies and anyone that really don't know much about cars get a second opinion. I purchased my first set of tires at this company and was very pleased with the service and everyone involved in my purchase, today April 23 i took my car in because it had a nail in the back left passenger side tire, the young man that attended me was very professional asked a few questions such as did i purchase my tires with America tire and i said i did, within 20 minutes or so the tire was replaced i got a receipt i paid some fee of 43.40 and that was it, due to the certificate i purchased along with the tires less than a year ago, they just made my life much easier, thank you America Tire staff you have gained a customer for life and i will tell my family and friends of America Tire... read more

I've been a customer for 20 years and plan to remain one. There have been a couple hiccups in the past with certain personnel, but they always make good on their service and products. I had an appointment today to replace the tire pressure monitoring system on one of my tires. Abdallah was my salesperson and he did a great job as he has consistently done in the past. I had replaced a TPMS about a year ago and wasn't sure if the one that was broken was the same one I had already replaced or an old one. Abdallah made sure before he charged me for a new one that he checked to see if it was the one America's Tire had installed and explained to me the warranty. Abdallah checked in with me throughout the service advising me if the TPMS was new or old, updated me on the eta of the repair, and got me out 40 minutes faster than quoted. COVID-19 era review: Americas tires was awesome! I went online and researched the tires I wanted to purchase. I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best deal and then made my appointment online. Their website is easy to navigate and scheduling an appointment took me less than 5 minutes. Once I arrived, they checked me in while I sat in the car, came out and got the mileage without touching my car and told me to pull the car into the bay. Because I had an appointment I was seen and taken care of right away! Two guys worked on my tires and I was in and out in less than 45 mins total!
