America's Tire - Thank you fixed the tire - Tires Near Me - Lancaster, California

I got in line for the air to be checked in a tire! There were several guys walking around and they did look my way several times! Still I sat! No one came over to say someone will be with you in a couple minutes or even acknowledge i was there! Finally after about 10 minutes or so, I left! I'll go To the tire store in Rosamond next time. Poor customer service! This was today 8-11-26 read more

Haven't had a bad experience yet. I've been coming to America's Tires for years. Multiple cars. And everybody is always very helpful. From the free air and the tires to rotation to buy a new tires. And they take AAA discount and Military Discount even better. read more

Had a 5pm appointment last week for a tire patch. Was received very rudely and informed they close at 5pm and probably could t patch my tire. The desk employee was just as rude. After, was told tire could not be patched and I needed new tires that would cost me $1600.00. Today a different tire shop patched my tire and did not tell me I need new tires, because I don't. read more

Everything went great. A big difference, car and tires are riding smooth. Big wait, why? Because everyone is there. Five stars

Had a flat on my car so I took it off and brought it over to this spot and to my surprise this was a free, complimentary service. In today's day and age when GREED has consumed our American markets this was a refreshing reminder of what our country looked like many moons ago. The service was great, they took the tire out of my trunk and when I picked it up they put the tire in my trunk. Props to the guys at this business, hope to not have any tire problems soon but if I do see you guys then! read more

Do not come here for tires!!! I was recommended continentals for my car and got 22,000 miles out them instead of the 50,000. During ownership of these bad tires my wife waited 3 hours to receive a tire patch after the sales guy lied to her. I was forced to come back for the tire warranty and although Cody was awesome and helped me Gilbert decided to call me tell me to come early so I did. Now I've been waiting until the original time I was supposed to be here and my car still isn't in the bay. Gilbert is extremely rude and obviously has no idea what he is doing. Gilbert even relies on the oh your expected completion time is 6:08. Thats fine until he called me to come in early. Take your business elsewhere. Any other tire shop can get you in and out and not up sell you on the tire protection plans. read more

This tire shop is ON IT! Super helpful and respectful people working there. Please keep it up long term, thank you guys!

I came in at 10:30 because the guy truck from triple A recommended it, so they could fix a flat tire, they gave a a 2 hours waiting time, when the time came up, they said it was going to be 45 more minutes, I will never recommend this place ever, even though you're local. If it was for me I won't give them any star. read more

I've had several great experiences with America's Tires. I came in for a tire punctured with a screw and was looking for a tire patch. They offer free patches, which is super cool. It was pretty busy for a Monday and other folks had appointments, but as a walk-in, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours with 9ish people ahead of me. I strongly recommend scheduling ahead of time, when possible. Ethan was the customer service representative I worked with and he was thoughtful, explained the process and super professional. Other than the wait, which was beyond their control and mine, it was a fabulous experience. read more

Great service. Now they do alignments so one stop shopping. Free rotation and balancing.

I purchased 2 tires on July 1st, only 1 was in stock and I was told to come in on Thursday . I went on Friday and the tire didn't come in that day. On Monday July 5th I called and they told me the tire came in. I arrived at about 950am and was told it was a 2hour wait. At the 1hour 40 min mark Adam came to me and said my car is getting pushed back till 1:25pm, of course I was disappointed but agreed. About 5-10 minutes later Adam returns and says since I seemed antsy they're going to take my car sooner. Poor customer service along with a poor choice of words especially when I've complied with everything they were telling me. read more

great place to get tires. they are fast and friendly and the prices aregood. I recomend them to anyone.

Fast service, friendly employees, fair prices I have gone to this place for years and will keep going back.

I came in with a history of my tire having been flat and reinflated by my son-in- law. I was helped by Adrian. He told me that I definitely needed a new tire and explained why. I agreed. He very clearly presented my options. I took his advice. The wait was a little long but I have to complement Adrian for his checking in with me while I waited. He was kind and professional. I greatly appreciate his help and will definitely return for any future tire needs. Thank you, Adrian...the best!!! read more

Very disappointed with my experience at America's Tire. First, it was almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. After finally getting through, I made an appointment, expecting at least basic customer service. When I arrived, there were two employees on the phones while customers waited in line with no help. I stood there for 20 minutes and never once got assisted or acknowledged for my appointment. Eventually I walked out. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. read more

Made an appointment for a balance/rotation. After an hour and my car did not move questioned the desk. 15 mins later they took it in. 90 minutes to perform the task. Got home to discover they DID NOT rotate the tires at all! Disgusted to no end! Just think I was getting ready next time to buy new ones there - HAH! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The emphasis they place on safety appears to be more of a sales tactic than a genuine concern. I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire that was covered under warranty. Upon inspection, the sales technician informed me that they could not service my vehicle unless I replaced all four tires, citing safety concerns. Trusting their assessment, I agreed and paid approximately $1,200, with an estimated completion time of 2-3 hours. After picking up my vehicle and beginning my hour-long drive home (a considerable distance I was willing to travel due to previous positive experiences), my tire pressure warning light came on. Once home, I discovered that one of the brand-new tires was losing air. Upon further inspection, I found a significant crack on the rim along the beading of the tire, an issue that is difficult to overlook. It is clear that this damage occurred during service, and not only was it left unaddressed, but no one informed me before allowing me to drive away in an unsafe vehicle. This level of oversight is unacceptable and demonstrates both a lack of technical competence and a disregard for customer safety. What was once a trusted service center has now lost my confidence entirely. read more

I've been dealing with America's Tire since 2000. I have never been disappointed with their service. Prices are always competitive and they honor their warranty. I don't know where they find their guys! They are always top shelf. Friendly, kind, service oriented and hard working. I'm always amazed with the caliber of employees they have, at any location I've been too. They are one of the very few companies that are left that know the meaning of customer service! Ethan checked my air pressure the other day and discovered a nail in the side wall. Tires were ordered and arrived the next morning. Ethan greeted me again the next day when I arrived. He personally kept me updated during the installation process. Kind with a very warm smile and sense of humor. When you have people like that working for you, you just can't go wrong! Thank you Ethan for your exceptional service. read more

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I understand they're very busy and don't always get to answering their phone, but I managed to get work done on both of my cars on two different days. I also really appreciate that they do alignment, rotation, and balancing, all for free! To make things even better, I showed up late for my last appointment and they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule and finished rather earlier than I expected! I highly recommend going here for ALL tire needs. read more

There was a small issue in the parking lot with me and this truck. So yeah, I swung around the parking lot to get away from the truck. I proceed to get out and this kid look directly at me and shook his head not once not twice. But 3 times I would approached him. Asking if he was Allen. He looked down at his shirt to prove to me. His name was Isaac, not Allen, which was rude. I asked him, why is he being so rude? And he proceeded to say the way that I drove was uncalled for he did not know the situation. And he is not wrong, but the customer service part Was awful? Therefore, I have to say, I do not recommend American tires, Isaac. Needs to be spoken to he allowed his emotions get the better of hi. Very, very unprofessional. read more

Great service, long line when I dropped off but it went fast, pickup was super quick and convenient.

So I made an appointment for 3:45 and showed up on time. They were all booked for earlier appointments. After 5-10 mins I spoke to the employee on what I needed done. I have new rims and want to install tires from the old rims onto the new rims. We walked outside and employee looked at all tires and stuff and then invoiced and charge me for the job. So I sit in the lobby for a good 40 minutes and they finally drive my car in to work on it. 5 mins later the employee takes me outside and tells me they cannot do the job because I have 3-piece forge rims. So we walk back into the lobby and he refunds me. What gets me upset is I schedule an appointment and wasted around 1-hour of my time just so get denied service. It was almost 5pm now so many shops were closing and it sucks cause it's my only day off. I did manage to stop by other shop in time and they said they can do the work. They were closing in 5-min so I told them I will stop by there on my next day off. But I seriously wasted a whole day just because they didn't want to touch these expensive rims. They should have let me know when they looked at the car prior to charging me. Cause waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby especially when I made a schedule is ridiculous and very unprofessional. read more

I came in early on Saturday morning to purchase 2 new tires. First the salesman charged me for a warranty and did not ask prior, said he included it because that's what was done last time. Okay. Then I waited over 2 hours for my truck to be done as there were "appointments " scheduled that jumped the line. Will not be returning. Walk ins should have as much priority as "appointments". Never was aware they even offered appointments so I could make one read more

As soon as o walked in I was greeted by someone at the front desk. I knew I have been avoiding to by tired snd today was the day o decided to by 2 tires. read more

We are a long time customer of America's Tire I'm talkin I remember when this location opened up when I was in high school... and even had friends who have worked there . It has always been a great place for young men to get there feet wet in the work world and a teamwork. I can see with my recent visit to this store under the charge of Jason and Gilbert this tradition continues. I recently made an online appointment for my 2018 Dodge Challenger for a tire rotation and the team there took great care of me and discovered a nail in the side wall that could have caused a real issue. We will continue to take our vehicles to this location and will continue to expect the same great and honest service we've always received. Keep up the great work Team America's Tire Lancaster,Ca read more

When I walked in, I expected exceptional customer service, but what I encountered was disappointing. Eric, who greeted me, acted like I was a first-time visitor unfamiliar with their process despite being a loyal customer for over 15 years. I clearly stated the purpose of my visit, yet instead of receiving assistance, I was directed to the tire pressure check bay. While waiting, I noticed four different service men glance in my direction but continue on without acknowledging my presence or reassuring me that someone would assist me. After five frustrating minutes, Anthony finally came out, unaware that I had been waiting, and apologized before addressing my request. His prompt response salvaged the situation and exemplified the level of service expected from a reputable company. I went from being ready to publicly share my negative experience to feeling that Anthony's actions represented the company's standards. Meanwhile, I observed four other customers receiving the service they intended, which only highlighted the inconsistency of the team's approach. I made it a point to ensure Eric heard that this situation could and should have been managed better. Unfortunately, he failed to apologize, as Anthony had already handled everything. Anthony demonstrated what authentic leadership looks like, and it's essential that he is recognized and that his exemplary behavior is emulated throughout the organization. I'm looking forward to the customer survey to make sure the department heads hold those who need to be held accountable and honor those who conduct themselves as if it were them receiving the service read more

6 years later still offering the BEST service!!! I got here super early because I was stressed my tire would blow while driving so I can early to drive slow etc - I was the first here but by opening like 8 people were waiting and some lined up welllll the service providers apparently take note of when you arrive and help you that way so I didn't have to wait Michah walked directly to my car and was so welcoming and pleasant !!! They went over everything with me didn't try to sell me on the most expensive explained the care plan (said they do cover the dry rot situation I had unlike Toyota also unlike toyota whose plan was 1350 their warranty plan / road hazard plan was like 110! Also i got four new tires , new wipers AND the insurance for less than the plan at Toyota!! Aka DONT GO TO TOYOTA!) Also unlike toyota Michah said we have some in front of you but we should be able to get it done by 9 am sooooo less than an hour!!!! While Toyota was trying to deter me from coming and telling me best to drop it off they have no clear time line they didn't know if they had my tires it may be a day etc - they got me and are getting me out quickly!!! Michah is wonderful I am so thankful for his help and service today though it was "expensive"/ a lot to spend safety is important and I feel like I was getting a good deal I don't feel taken advantage of or over sold and I felt heard and supported ! Thank you thank you thank you And toyota you a hoe! read more

I tried to click on the link it's not allowing me to, but in all honesty even after my son got his tires they gave him mix max tires, and when he went to address it and they corrected it they damaged his rims and had to replace two of them. We had emailed the head manager, and he never got back to us. I feel is unprofessional. I feel that they were upset behind their mistakes. I feel what they did was rude because they treated my son Rim any kind of way and knew they damaged them and didn't care didn't say not one word that's careless of them especially when a customer is paying that type of money and they don't care how they treat customers and as many times as they made a mistake on that one purchase is beyond ridiculous so with that said since I can't click on the link, you can give us a phone call The cell is up Tesha you can get the number out of your system and feel free to contact me read more

Was alittle upset on Friday. Went to America tire to purchase wheels for my truck. Yes they were busy I understand but I don't understand I'm there to buy wheels only to be told "well you can look them up on the website let us know and we'll order them". The guy only looked up my size no pictures no other info kept telling me "look them up at home and let us know what size and we'll order them " after the third time being told. I got the hint they didn't want my business I left and bought wheels elsewhere. I was upset that was the first time i have been treated like that there Yes they were busy but the person beside me was bring up pictures for them to see and compare nothing for me. GET A SECOND OPINION!! I'm extremely disappointed, I was scammed by one of their cashiers last night. I had a flat on my right tire. He came out looked at my tire said it needed to be replaced I thought was weird because they are new tires purchased in 22. He said a new tire was going to be $139. I was going to make an appointment but my gut told me not too. Please Ladies and anyone that really don't know much about cars get a second opinion.
