Zero stars.... We went up to the area last week and ended up needing tires. So we called around and they said they had the ones we wanted. When we showed up they didn't have the ones we wanted but we didn't want to drive around so we decided to get them there what they had. After 3 plus hours drive home we had to do work on the car so we went to pull the tires off and they put on the tire inside out. When I called them to let them know I was going to have to go locally to fix it and they should be careful doing that. The guy said he didn't care because it doesn't matter what way it gets put on. He said was it used? I said whether used or not you don't ever do that. He said again he didn't care because he knew you don't have to put them on inside inside and outside outside. read more

I would put no stars if I could, they take advantage of people and older people, made my family member feel like they had no right and to top it off they gave them tires that were not the right size, this family member was driving risking their life on tires they trusted from a professional and couldn't even make it back home because they got flat. turned out this establishment sold them bad tires. thankfully another tire shop helped and stepped in. primo tires were rude, arrogant and laughed at your face and refused to give us at least half a refund. read more

Took my Truck to get a used tire. I previously had a flat and needed a spare tire. I am waiting for a new tire to be delivered to my home. (purchased on-line) I was charged $50 for a very bad looking tire. Was not really concerned because the tire was to be replaced anyway. Drove home. the tire was flat an hour later. Drove back to Primo's Tires. The said they was closed. I would need to come back. This was Saturday. I was able to come back on Tuesday. They said they did not have a tire in my size. I agreed to accept a smaller tire. In their words a replacement tire. Per their inspection of the tire they sold me, the tire had a crack in the sidewall. The tire could not be repaired. I could not stay to allow them to install the tire. They agreed for me to come back Saturday. I came back Saturday. The replacement tire was installed on my wheel. Then the tire tech said I would be charged $30 dollars for the replacement tire. I said I don't understand. What am I paying for now. She said she was giving me a discount for the replacement tire. I told her and the other tech that I didn't pay $50 for a tire that could not stay inflated. The other tech said that used tires have no guarantee. I watched the tech install the original tire. Normally, the tire and wheel is submerged in water to verify that the tire is sealed and has no leaks. Given the fact that this was not done, i assumed the tire must be good. Also, this was a temporary tire until my new tire get delivered. It was Clear. They expected me to pay $50 for a tire that did could not stay inflated and $30 for another tire hopping that it stays inflated. At this point, I am frustrated and felt as if I have been ripped off. I asked them to take their other tire off my wheel and give it to me. I would take this matter to BBB. I live approximately 1 1/2 miles from this location. It is very unlikely I damaged this tire driving from their business to my home. Thank God I had other vehicles to drive. Otherwise, I would not be able to handle my daily business while waiting for my new tire. What I want it a refund of my $50. If I was told that they can sell me a used tire whether it was defective or not. Whether it was stay inflated or not, I would not have paid them $50. I would have just allowed my truck to stay parked at home until my new tire was delivered to my home. I did not have to get a used tire. The fact that I was ripped off and was expected to just buy used tires whether or not those tires would stay inflated is beyond what is reasonable. If the shop can verify if the tire will at least stay inflated and in this case they did not. I truly want a refund of my money. I expect the service provider to at least make sure the tire at least can stay inflated. read more
