I Called and they said they have the tires available and the brand name. Told me the price. So i decided to come and they installed different brand name. Which an obscure brand. I asked why they installed a different brand when specifically asked if they have the brand i want before i came in. The guy who charged me said they guy who u spoke to didn't understand what you were saying but its dont worry about it theres 50,000 warranty on the tire. My point here is give me the tire we agreed for and dont give me the stuff i didn't ask. That's all. And they forgot to put the tire calve cap. read more

Don't come here, came in to replaced my bolts, and rather than do it the right way they did it this way. This was second time they replaced bolts, and I came out spending $140 in total (how!). Wouldn't have seen this if I didn't have to replace my breaks and rotors cuz I was metal on metal...of which I had them do my breaks 10 months ago. Got a single wheel painted by Antonio's wheel . I had 5 wheels in total I needed painted but I was gonna do one at a time because it's all I can afford . 120 for powder coat . The powder coat job looks good Forsure no complaints about it . But they failed to give me back my center cap , valve stem , and a plastic wheel resonator that goes around the wheel . I called immediately. They say the guy isn't there they will "call him and call me back" . No call received . I've called Tues. wed. Thur. And now Friday . Everytime it's he's "not here right now " and now it's he's on "vacation for two weeks" . absolutely unprofessional. read more

This was my first time here. The young man who helped me said he wasn't sure if the time was salvageable due to where the nail was..... Thankfully it was, and that he was honest about it. (I was prepared to buy a tired if needed, but of course was hoping not.) I asked another young man if he could check the pressure in the rest of the tires, and he did. I'm so disappointed, I've been going to this place for about 10 years and was proud to see them grow, however a few weeks ago I purchased two used tires, a few days later I noticed that one of the tires had a slow leak, because I work in Inglewood Monday through Friday from 9a-5p I wasn't able to take my car back to Antonio's until Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday I guess they were about to close in the next few minutes and I tried to explain my situation to them that the tire I purchased had a slow leak and it was plain to see that my tire was very low, long story short they wouldn't even give me air on a basically flat tire , where is the love after all my years of loyalty, smh they act like they didn't even know me . Left but hurt with a flat tire . Owner needs to come back from time to time because his workers don't value his customers . read more

I hate to be this person But I got work done here for my brakes And the work didn't get done properly I'm disappointed because i took the car twice one time after another reason being my car started smelling like burnt break pads and a lot of clicking noises and sounded like my break pads were loose so i called them and they told me to bring it in again I took it back so it could get checked they went through it and didn't find anything other then they say they cleaned everything and I was good to go So went about my way and the next day driving the 14 fwy going 63 Mph my cars breaks locked all together causing me to hydro plane thankfully I didn't hit the Barrier on the fwy The car stopped on its own I didn't have any control of it the dashboard lights on my car all went on including the check engine light I got a message on the screen of my car letting me know the car was un-driveable I was still in shock after me hydroplaning next to many cars I then proceeded to call a tow truck they took my car straight to the dealership of Toyota and turns out they had thrown away all the original OEM hardware for my brakes on my car. They had glued the brakes and they also installed the wrong breaks with no hardware they were practically relying on glue and the breaks were a lot smaller it caused to damage the rotors on both sides there was absolutely no support on my breaks this could have been a death situation I paid around 600 at the deal ship in repairs I was told by the master technician at Toyota that It could have been my life just FYI read more

My tire had a nail and it was $10 to patch it. The service was fast and friendly and the prices are very reasonable! He also offers other services like brake change and tire alignments. I went a week later to pick it up . there was a older guy told me to come back when his son was there.since he had no idea which tire to give me. with a busy schedule . WARNING. PLEASE READ. Not to be dramatic but serious life/death risks could have happened after coming here! My boyfriend was having weird noises come from his brakes so he came to get them checked and fixed. To our surprise they finished quickly and said everything was good to to. Once we left everything seemed fine but later that same day the noise came back but now there was also a rattling bumpy feeling when driving. We messaged them and they said they would check it and to maybe tighten everything. The problem did not get fixed and eventually we took the car to the actual dealership to get everything checked by actual experienced professionals. Something we should've just done before bringing it here where they DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They dealership just gave us a call saying, ****"you are very lucky nothing happened while you were driving. You are missing many pieces and the brakes could have given out on you at any moment. We will need to order the parts and start all over." ****. Imagine your brakes giving out on the freeway or any road really.... UNACCEPTABLE. IM FURIOUS. I'm more upset because my boyfriend drives to work in the middle of the night, he drives to LA often for me and forget me but his family is in his car all the time. DONT RISK ANYTHING COMING HERE.
