I was at this place yesterday (5/18/23) cause my tire was low on air. I asked the employee who greeted me how much would it cost me to take a look at my tire, once he lifted my car with the jack I got down to see what it was & there it was a nail in my tire. This is how our conversation went from there... ME: how much would you charge me to fix my tire ( 2016 Honda Accord) Employee: it'll be $15 bucks. ME: okay, that's cool. Employee (come back from inside the shop): it's actually gonna be $20 bucks ME: why is it going to be $20 when you told me it was only $15 Employee: because I quoted you the wrong size tire. Your tire is bigger from the one in the front, the back tire is bigger. ME: it doesn't make any sense that my back tire would be bigger then the one in the front Employee: because the back tire is bigger ME: I'm just here to get it patched up, I'm not replacing it. Are you quoting me the size of the rim or tire? Employee: both ME: this doesn't make any sense that you want to charge me an additional $5 bucks after you told me it would be $15 to fix a hole in my tire. Employee: fine it's going to be $15 bucks. I purchased 4 brand new tires at Pacific Tire Service. Few months later, one of the tires started losing air. I was in the city of Carson at the time and I decided to get the tire checked because I got tired of putting air every time, when the tired should be a brand new tire. I found out that Pacific Tire Service sold me a tire that was previously slashed. They stuck the tire with glue and sold it as a brand new tire. My life and my Children's life was at risk. I came in for a tire while I was parked and waiting a worker came out with a cart of tires and scratched my car. not a small one but deep enough to damage paint. He did not want to own up to it and instead wanted to blame it on me. I had a bad day yesterday, I woke up and was getting ready to go to the doctors office...go outside and my rear tire is completely flat with a razor blade of all things wedged on the top of the tire. I drive a big pick up truck, I had no jack and honestly no idea of how to even get my spare tire released from the undercarriage. I freaked out...I called Pacific Tire Service as they are very close to where I live. After a few minutes one of the guys drove to my house (he really should have ridden on a white horse because he was my hero) with a jack and a cheerful attitude. I learned how to get my spare tire released, I doubt I will ever be jacking my truck up to switch out a tire without messing it up but he did it all for me. We drove to the shop and they replaced my tire with a decent used tire for $40. I don't know how long I will be keeping the tire on there, but it's holding up fine. Everyone there was fast, efficient, polite and friendly. I did not get screwed over with the pricing...he didn't even ask me for extra money in going out of his way to help me get there, I did tip him pretty well though but I recommend for any tire and rim needs because they could have raked me over the coals in my situation (plus my truck has out of state plates so even more of a reason to try to screw me over) and did not so I am a fan. read more

Fast service! Came in an hour before closing and they took my car in 2 min to check my tires. Fixed my patch in record time. Beats going to "American tire depot" which takes 2 hours for one screw! Amazing... I was on my way to LA for work as I stayed at a mate of mines house in Lancaster. I woke up and my tire was completely flat, shredded, and non repairable. I found these guys on Yelp and took a chance. I was there at 7:25 am and they were just opening their bays. I'm new to Lancaster. I have a 2005 Ford E-250 cargo van, it got a flat, took it to these guys at noon on a Monday. They replaced a faulty valve stem, put the spare back under the rear and mounted the formerly-flat tire back on the front right. Total time, about 20 minutes, total cost, $10. This is the best place a person can go for great service on your tires. They do a really fantastic job of repairing your tires & rims, and are so concientious as to have sent me away several times without asking for any money after checking out a tire or two. They don't fix what isn't broken...they won't overcharge for what is. Seems that they have the cheapest used tires around the whole entire valley, and all you have to do is pull in and say what your concern is, and without leaving your car these fellas are on (quickly & happily) right on the job. I don't know what else to tell you, they are HONEST as the Antelope Valley days are bright. They are as affordable as can be and won't goudge you, like some, just because you are a woman pulling in...they seem to take pride in treating you as family there. I always give them my tire business, they have quietly, quaintly (and fiscally) totally earned it! Terrible. I've been here before. First time they recommended I change my lug nuts because they were "stripped" and by some miracle i made it there alive "apparently" It was free to switch them out, only problem was they messed up and torqued in the WRONG size bolts, so there I was driving on the 14 south off of ave H and when BAM! My little Kia Sportage's right rear tire (the one they fixed) is in my rear view mirror bouncing around about a quarter of a mile away behind us!!!! And I'm grinding down the dam highway, screeching towards the right shoulder to a halt Luckily no one was hit by my very unpredictable bouncing rear tire.... The only thing that suffered was my rear drum brake that took the role of the, once there; tire. I promised I was NEVER TO return! I broke that promise two days ago when my dam father in law took notice of one my deteriorating rear tires... He insisted on replacing it AT PACIFIC TIRES! So we went. I asked the little Sucker (employee) if he was going to balance the new "used" tire, and the stupidest thing came out of his mouth, "in a vehicle the only tires that EVER need to be balanced are the front tires." I laughed! Then asked him, "why?"(I had to ask LMAO) he followed through with an ever so dumber answer, "because the rear tires don't turn" LMAO!!!! All Im asking for from this shop is to STOP messing with me!!!!!!! Because apparently everyone else's experience was pleasant! on a more serious note! I recommend they educate the younger employees there. I took 2 years of auto tech, worked on semi trucks for another year, YES you do balance all tires, unless of course they don't rotate! Unprofessional and unethical. I went in to get a used replacement tire and they were trying to sell me a used patched tire which they did in front of me without my consent. They wanted to charge 40 dollars for a used and patched tire. Is asked to get it for 30 dollars since it's a patched tire and the guy in charge (I'm assuming is the owner) said no and ordered them to put back my ripped apart tire back. They actually put back my tire and let me leave with an unsafe tire. I asked to get it for 35 and he still refused. Bad business strategy. Never going back. read more
