Came in to get front brake pads replaced. Upon inspection, I was notified that while I had lots of brakes left, my front rotors were already as thin as they could legally be and could not be resurfaced. Which figured because of the symptoms and the mileage on them. They replaced the rotors in short order and charged a fair market value for parts and labor. I will continue to be a repeating customer. This is my third time at this tire shop in the last year. The first two times I did not write a review this time I decided they deserved one. Brandon took my order called to advise me the tires were ready. I called in. He told me it'd be an hour before they could see me. I waited two hours and just showed up. No one was there I was in and out within 16,20 minutes tops. They were so fast I actually had to tell my ride I didn't need them but what I like the most is as a female driver. I didn't feel like I was getting the runaround like they were trying to upsell, but they were taking advantage. I personally called around to Six tire shops, including the local Walmart. I could've found a set of tires for a few dollars less but for my past experiences, I decided to go with them. My first visit approx 8 months ago I ran over a nail. They plugged a tire I think as a courtesy ( could be wrong). The second visit about 4 months ago my driver rear tire was bald. They replaced it. This visit I replaced the other three tires. All in all I had 4 tires (mid level) replaced for just barely under 500$ they offer a 50k mile warranty and advise to come in to have tires rotated every 5 k miles and guess what it's FREE! They do this for their customers to help with fuel efficiency, smoother ride and extending your tires life! What!! I dunno I feel like that's fantastic. I mean, do the other tire places offer this type of service?? I never recall a tire store telling me to bring my car in every 5000 miles so they can rotate my tires as a courtesy to help me not them. 1/03/2025: I am here to once again sing the praises of Gary and his great staff of honest service people. This morning I had an appt at Diamond Mazda in Lancaster for a routine service: oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, check fluids and check my key fob which was acting wonky intermittently. Once they were done, they reported finding an item that had failed their inspection and needed "immediate attention". My rear brake pads needed to be replaced, and they needed to resurface my rotors for the bargain price of $412.09! So I called Tire Xpress, from right there in the service waiting area. I asked them for a quote to replace my brake pads, the gentleman on the phone asked if I had the electronic parking brake which I confirmed. He was apologizing because it would be a little more expensive due to that parking brake and he quoted me $208 plus or minus a couple of bucks and if the rotors needed to be resurfaced, it would be an extra $30. This wasn't a difficult decision. I left the Mazda dealership and went straight to Tire Xpress where I was greeted warmly and told they would put my car up and check everything out right away. After a short wait, he came in to the waiting area and told me that my brake pads were still at 45-50% and in good condition. They even had the senior brake guy take a look to be sure. There was slight glazing in the rotors but not unusual for newer vehicles and turning/resurfacing them too often will wear them too thin before their time. They put my car back together and said I'll be just fine and wished me a good day. They could have easily sold me brake pads, but they're SO honest! It's hard to find that kind of integrity these days. You can trust Gary & his crew! read more

Great customer service. I was overwhelmed when I drove into the lot due to so many cars. However, Jeremy wrapped up with a customer and came over to see what I needed. He gave me instructions on where to park and what to do next. I parked my car, went to the office. Gave over my keys, name, and number. He said it would be about an hour. I had someone pick me up. About an hour later I got a call from Brandon that my car was ready. I was charged what they quoted me and had a fabulous experience. Went here for an alignment and they were pretty busy, so I walked down to the library to wait. Within 20 minutes they called me and said my car was ready and I could come pick it up. They charged me exactly the price they quoted me and did not try to sell me more. Affordable and trustworthy, in my opinion. Car rides great again! read more

I know very little about cars/tires and have been screwed by mechanics in the past. I doubted these guys but after much research, everything turned out great. I went in to replace a flat tire and the guys immediately told me that I needed the back ones changed due to tread wear which they showed me. I was really bummed because I only came in to replace one tire so you can imagine how I felt after hearing I needed two more to be replaced. I went in to see what my options were and they only had Michelin, Toyo, and a few other brands that I didn't recognize. I would have to order any other brands that they didn't carry. I am very indecisive so had to call someone for advice and the shop gave me options and waited patiently for my answer. They even said they would try to fix the flat or give me a loaner so that I could come back once my order was in. After my flat was unable to be fixed, I finally just went ahead and got the 4 Michelin tires because if I was getting 3, I might as well replace the 4th almost balding tire anyway. Who wants to come back when you're already there on a Saturday morning? I'll just tell you that these guys are cheaper than any of the other shops around and efficient. All 4 tires were fixed in an hour. One star down just because I think the guys were a little pissed that I was doubting them and they didn't tell me two things: 1. Tire rotations are complimentary at their shop every 5k (which I found out here...thank you Yelp reviewers!) 2. There's a limited time promotion for Michelin where if you buy 4 tires you get a rebate of up to $60 (which I found out on Tire Xpress's website) Thank you guys! Sorry for doubting you. I had to leave another rating because my wife just took out car to American Tire and they tried selling her 4 brand new tires at the wrong size for 1k for an older Toyota. Unfortunatley this will not be a good review. I bought 4 brand new tires at this place. It was 2 at a time. The person who attended me i do not recall his name. Was a sarcastic animal and the tires i had placed on my rims were dirtier then the ones they removed. I had to scrub the crap out of the tires to get them looking new. how they were suppose too. The second time i went i was attended by the same person . And again was dissapointed. I had just purchased new valve caps for my wheels and they never got put back on. This place was the worst and the owner an Imbicile. I called and talked about my car. I needed a tire alignment and explained it was pulling a little to the right and making a loud noise. I told him the vehicle make and model. His answer, Yes bring it in. We can fix it. So I got up early, got there before they opened to check in and give them Plenty of time to work on it. I said do what you need to do. We'll about 30 minutes later I get a call saying they can't fix it because they don't do that type of work on my type of vehicle. What a bunch of Idiots. That's what the phone call was for the day before you Dumb Ass. So he tells me where I can take it to be fixed and then to bring it back for the alignment. Are you F'N kidding me. I will Never return to your business and I will recommend to people that they go to your competitors across the street. That is what I will do. read more

Debated on leaving this review for some time, assumed I just showed up on a off day, but none the less here we go. I'd like to start by saying Gary and crew were very accommodating with my last minute request. I called regarding brake service about an hour or two before closing. They greeted me and we're happy to help. I was told I needed 4 brake pads, and had no problem with this recommendation and paid full price without hesitation. Within a few days of new brake pads there was squeaking. Now, I know this can be common for new brake pads and just need some time to "brake In". Long story short the squeaking did not stop and never has. It comes from different tires at different times and I feel slightly taken advantage of especially after buying four new brake pads through them. Yes, I could have gone back at any point and probably had this resolved. That I take accountability for- but I should not have squeaking brakes after service. Again, maybe an off day...or maybe I wasn't given new brake pads after all. Either way, this one experience does have me a bit weary on returning. 2 months to the day I'm writing this review and problem still occurring. read more
