We reached out to several local repair shops, and CARS Cristian's Auto Repair was the only one that returned our message that same evening. They got us scheduled first thing Saturday morning. The part we needed wasn't easy to find, but they went above and beyond calling business after business until they tracked one down that could be delivered the same day. The part arrived around 1:30 PM, and they quickly got it installed and had the AC running like new. What makes this even more impressive is that they were supposed to close at 12 PM that day. Instead of turning us away, they stayed late to make sure our car was fixed and ready for the long drive back through the Vegas heat. Their dedication ensured we made it home in time for work and the kids' school on Monday. Truly outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. They are operating out of a residential address at the moment, but were happy to guide me when I called to ask for clarification because I couldn't see any signage. They ended up giving me a fair estimate so I went ahead with their service. Despite dropping off the car around 1pm the day before Thanksgiving, they gave me a call on Thanksgiving to let me know it was actually the rear brakes instead of the front so they'd need an extra day to get the parts because of the holiday. They called me around 1pm on Friday to pick it up. Brakes are now great and no squeaking! Paid about $380. Did notice about a $20 difference in hourly labor costs from the estimate at time of pay, but all good. Overall, Alberto and his son are fair and honest. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area!

So to rebuttal from my last review , There is no need to lie about the service, I have recordings of them admitting to destroying my Car!!! Eric admitted knowing I need a oil change but because I was Black he assumed I didn't have enough funds for a full service, the original charge was $1200 for the radiator and whatever else they claimed I needed , that wasn't a new oil pump ( reason my engine seized after receiving it back. when I entered the establishment I told them my oil light was on , I plugged it up myself before coming in and the code read (oil sensor) , so I took that information to a "Mechanic " who's supposed to be "10/10" to get it serviced, car was still fully functional at the time, 08 - 5.7vl Hemi Police Pursuit. Eric determined it was a radiator by "looking his head " in the hood . I'm no mechanic so I'm agreeing with what the "mechanic" says I need. I drove my Car LESS THAN 24HRS!!!
