SHADY, LIARS , UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK HOME!!! TRUST THE REVIEWS!!! So to rebuttal from my last review , There is no need to lie about the service, I have recordings of them admitting to destroying my Car!!! Eric admitted knowing I need a oil change but because I was Black he assumed I didn't have enough funds for a full service, the original charge was $1200 for the radiator and whatever else they claimed I needed , that wasn't a new oil pump ( reason my engine seized after receiving it back. when I entered the establishment I told them my oil light was on , I plugged it up myself before coming in and the code read (oil sensor) , so I took that information to a "Mechanic " who's supposed to be "10/10" to get it serviced, car was still fully functional at the time, 08 - 5.7vl Hemi Police Pursuit. Eric determined it was a radiator by "looking his head " in the hood . I'm no mechanic so I'm agreeing with what the "mechanic" says I need. I drove my Car LESS THAN 24HRS!!! I took my car there 12 months ago. My car wouldn't start if I didn't start it up everyday. I was told I needed a new starter. Was asked to leave my car. I decided to wait. It took about two hours because the people delivering the starter was delivering used and old parts! I stood outside the three times they delivered the part. On the first delivery the box was greasy and the part was greasy. The mechanic took it out the box and took it to the owner. The owner called to send it back for a new part. The second delivery was also a used starter. I was standing there when he took that one to the boss. The boss sent it back and requested another starter. The third one looked okay, I thought. I was shocked how the owner was not phased about receiving old used parts, while charging top prices! It was like this was something he was accustomed to! I paid over $300.00! The box had a pamphlet that said there was a two year warranty. Well, October 2024, 12 months later, the car started performing like before. It was hesitating when I tried to start the car, just like before. I don't drive much. I sat down and calculated my mileage. I had only driven 1,400 miles that whole 12 months! I looked at the receipt he gave me. It said warranty was 6 months or 6,000 miles! I took the car back there. He was belligerent and threatened to drive my car out to the "no parking zone street" and leave it! I took my car left. read more

This shop may potentially be a good shop given their Google reviews but we tried getting a quote for labor without parts and instead of the owner Ramsey working with us, he wished us Goodluck and hung up. This was because we had the parts and needed a shop to install them. Terrible customer service. He stated that he deals with so many customers and too many calls. My advice is to find another shop. This guy is a crook. He likes to guess about repairs! I went here because the car was running hot. He grantee I need a head gasket job $2500. I got the job done only to return my car 3 times for leaks. Once leaks were finally stopped after a month I put about 1500 miles on the cars and the engine started to make knocking sound. Now he tells me I need a new engine. So I decided to let him put in another engine with took 5 months. He call me and said car is ready. Went I get there to only find out the check engine light is on. I told him after $6500 dollars nothing should be wrong with the car. He needs to fix it. Before I take the car So the guy for puts a lien on the car. And the car is yet to be fixed. Please shop around before dealing with this crook. He's good for oil changes, brakes at best read more

Brought my truck to Ten10 today, and it was such an excellent experience. I got an oil change and an AC recharge, as well as looked at a couple other things that I couldn't get done today. Ramzi was super nice and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. I hate when I have questions and I feel like the guy doesn't want to talk to me, but these guys aren't like that at all.
