My last visit was for four new tires, and I was in and out in 30 to 45 minutes at most (10 minutes was probably me deciding if I wanted to replace all 4 tires). Prices are the best I've found, and no upselling or games at all. Tom, the owner, runs a tight ship, along with another gentleman Gary and the rest of the crew are just as sharp. I've worked in customer service as a restaurant GM, a bank operations supervisor, and a business owner, so I know what good service takes. Tom and his team deliver the kind of old-school, take care of the customer experience that's hard to find anymore. Tom is world class. Highly recommend this shop. Great group of guys.

Where they REALLY stood out for me was aluminum wheel repair. I hit a big rock on the edge of a dirt desert road which bent my wheel so badly it wouldn't hold air; sand and dust blew out of the large gap when I tried. This was a stock wheel for my 45 year old car so the chance of finding a replacement is about nil at this point and I was now stuck driving around with no spare. 2 other wheel repair shops said they couldn't fix this type of damage but Gonzales took a look and said they could so I dropped it off there. When I came to pick it up, you couldn't even tell it was ever bent and repaired! Great price and they got my spare tire transferred from a steel wheel that didn't fit back onto this in no time!

He also charges reasonably, and he doesn't mess around with "oh your car needs this and this" just to squeeze in a couple bucks. Although, I am certain he'd have any issues known if they were important enough. They get the job done well and did not leave any scratches, dings, or dents like some shops love to do.
