Looking for that new Ford product? I bought a Ford 150 crew cab FX4 and Bronco Wildtrack and love them both. Ford makes top quality vehicles and if you are in the area of Diamond Ford stop by and see my friend and GM Steve Akari. He works magic with deals and you can soon be driving home in that vehicle of your dreams. I bought the extended warranty for both vehicles and now live in Orange County so I service the vehicles here locally but if you are in the Lancaster, Palmdale and surrounding areas go see Steve and he oversees the Mazda store as well. No complaints, just smiles of gratitude. Highly recommended read more

TLDR: don't build a new car here! I ordered my 2026 Bronco through Diamond Ford and had it built exactly the way I wanted. After waiting for it to be built, I was excited when it was finally ready for pickup in April. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately. When we went to pick it up, I noticed several things were either missing or incorrect before I even drove it off the lot. I had paid for the tow package, but it was missing. The bead locks were supposed to be black, but they were silver. On top of that, the cover for the outlets in the back seat were already broken. I immediately pointed these things out to the salesman. Since I was leaving for a trip that same day, he advised that we bring the vehicle back once we returned and they could have the issues we noted fixed. When I brought it back to the service department, I made sure all three issues were documented. When I picked up my Bronco, they had added the tow kit, but the broken outlet cover still wasn't fixed and the rims were still the same. I brought this up with the employees and was told that the salesman who originally helped me build the Bronco would have to help me because the other sales associate who sold me the car had apparently left the dealership. I tried calling Brian, the person who built the Bronco with me, multiple times, but he wouldn't answer. The sales manager wouldn't return my calls either. What made this even more frustrating was that I had the paperwork showing exactly what I ordered. The printout showing how my Bronco was supposed to be configured clearly showed black bead locks, not silver ones. During one of my numerous visits to the dealership, one of the sales associates even looked up my model and told me herself that my Bronco wasn't supposed to have those rims. Eventually, my husband got involved because no one at the dealership was calling me back. We went in and spoke with the sales manager, who told us that Diamond Ford doesn't keep records of the cars that are built and that we needed to contact Ford Corporate. I called Ford Corporate, and they told me that the salesman who built my Bronco needed to go into the Ford portal and submit a ticket to get the correct part for my vehicle. My husband called the sales manager and explained this to him. His response was, "How do I get to the portal?" I don't work for Ford, so I really don't know how I'm supposed to help the dealership navigate their own system. Ford Corporate told us that Brian could call them directly if he needed help with the process. One of the numerous trips my husband and I made to the dealership (each with different responses) the employee stated that it would be no issue getting the correct rim color on our vehicle and that if they needed to they could just take the black colored rims off one of the vehicles on the lot. After numerous interactions with several different employee's, including the floor manager Eric Renolds, the only conclusion I can come to is that they will say whatever they need to in order to get someone not actively purchasing a vehicle off of their property as quickly as possible. This entire interaction happened in June 2026. It is now September and I still have not heard anything. At this point, we are tired of driving back and forth to the dealership, making phone calls, and getting excuses with no resolution. I also don't think it's unreasonable to expect the outlet cover on my brand-new 2026 Bronco to not be broken. I am very disappointed with the experience at Diamond Ford. Buying a brand-new vehicle that you specifically ordered should be exciting, but dealing with the dealership afterward has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering or building a new vehicle through Diamond Ford. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to make resolving it easy, or possible at all. read more

It took them nearly 2 weeks to repair the AC in my F250. The first time I picked up the truck they said it was good to go. On the drive home the AC never got cold so I called to tell them. Service department said I'd have to wait until the next day to bring it back. It took them nearly an additional week to find a fuse that went bad. Additionally, the people in the service office hide behind their foreign call center. Apparently to screen calls to buy them time to think up a story to tell you why your vehicle still isn't fixed. This was my experience this month. I've reviewed them before, in that service event they forgot to plug in my headlights after they completed the work. I'm not going back. read more

Good luck getting ahold of someone.!! It's voicemails after voicemails with no return calls.!!

It has taking me two weeks to get there by 5:30 PM to get a part. . The part was an electric and would not let me return if ordered. It was suggested to check fuse number 32 to see if that might be the problem first. I could not pull the fuse out with my fingernails and I asked a man at the parts counter with a big long white beard if I could have anything to grip or pull a fuse. A plyer. A fuse puller. A pair of scissors. A screwdriver. He just looked at me like I was crazy. I explained it was hard to get there and I had five minutes and I didn't purchase an electric part without knowing if the fuse was bad or not first. I asked "so there's nothing you can do to help?" we don't rent tools here. No one at Ford would help me pull a fuse . I guess life is fake nowadays. Nobody's real. they don't really hear you. They don't really see you. They don't really care. They're just working and want to go The guy at the counter acted like I was gonna come back tomorrow. F this place! read more

Don't bother wasting your time coming here! They are not trying to sell cars! I drove 2 hours in traffic and they didn't have the keys to RaptorR! David, the salesman knew I was on my way yet he said nothing. The truck was hidden in the repair shop with no stickers. He could of saved himself ANOTHER bad review if he only WAS honest about NOT having the keys. The manager Sam knew exactly why we were there and knew they did not have the keys--he walked right by us and did not have the decency to apologize! Don't do business with any dealership that tries to add on $3500 worth of BS markups. This R.E.D. Alert crap that they are putting on is a blinking light that probably cost them $50 and they're trying to charge customers $1000 for it. Another $1k for little stickers under your door handle. Another $500 for stickers on your windows. Another $1k for polish. It's borderline fraud and in any sane country it would be illegal. Dealerships have outlive their usefulness. I brought my vehicle in for the recommended factory maintenance, and it remained at the dealership for two months. During that time, the vehicle sat outside with no window and was left completely exposed to the elements. It was not covered or protected in any way, and items were stolen from inside the vehicle while it was in their possession. When I called to report the issue, my information was taken and I was told I would receive a call back From management. Six hours passed with no response. I went to the dealership in person, and the only answer I received was, "We don't have time to look into it." This experience shows a clear lack of care for customer property and a consistent failure to communicate. Every time I've brought a vehicle in for service, calls go unanswered and follow‑up is nonexistent. Based on repeated experiences, I cannot recommend their service department. read more

Yeah not sure what happened to this place but last service was terrible. I brought my Lightning in because I was having reduced range after the Trailer OTA recall was completed. They said they'd do a diagnostic but the warranty might not cover it. I understand if they don't find anything then typically they charge you a diagnostic fee. When I got to pick it up at Diamond Ford another rep goes to explain they had to update a number of modules that were causing the range issues, the battery needed a reset to 99% SOC, and they reset the lifetime cycles for the battery. He then says I owe $259 for the diagnostic because nothing was wrong with the HVB module, I believe quicklane got stuck on the HVB module because I said I looked online and saw it was regular for them to fail, even though the modules they updated were causing range issue. Now I know EVs are somewhat new but if you diagnose a vehicle and find an issue that matches what I brought it in for and the warranty is still valid, you don't pay for the diagnostic which I explained to the rep who even seems to have a hard time defending their position of payment. He then gives up and says I can talk to "my" rep tomorrow at which point I clarify he's not my rep, I called Diamond ford for service and they transferred to Quick Lane. Don usually helps me who is a great service rep there. Basically he tells me I can pay and get my truck or leave and come back tomorrow to talk to Quicklane rep. Dude was standoffish and rude. He also tried to say Ford doesn't pay them for updating modules even though I have service from other Ford dealerships where they just updated modules and it didn't cost me anything. So I had a range issue. They diagnosed and found the problem. Updated my truck. Didn't charge me time for the updates even though Ford doesn't pay them for it but charged me for the diagnostic and I am still fully within my warranty. read more

Took my truck in for a broken window and annual service. My truck was in the shop for two months before being completed. While in the shop property was taken out of my center console. They left the window uncovered, outside exposed to the elements. I found cat vomit in the back seat and spider webs through out the entire interior of the truck. I called and no managers were available to take my complaint, stating they would have someone call me back. After 6 hours I recieved no call in return. Went in person and spoke to a manager who told me " he wouldn't have time to review security cameras to help figure out who stole my property. They offered to detail my truck since they did not cover the window. Their policy is they are not responsible for stolen property when it isn't the shop. They try to up mark the price and are rude. Don't recommend as they are shady and it feels like a 1970s used car dealership tactics. Came to test drive a C63 AMG and left disappointed. We're replacing a GT350 in the same price range, so this was a serious prospect--until we met the salesman. He barely spoke, seemed uninterested in selling anything, and only let us drive the car in a tiny circle around the lot. For a sports car, that's kind of absurd. I understand if maybe the guy wants the car for himself, but it just didn't seem like they wanted to sell us anything, not even another car. It was very bizarre, and the most un-caring, apathetic experience. I bought another car at Diamond a couple years ago, so I was thoroughly confused by how we were treated. Salesman said we had to "talk numbers" before a real drive and that they want to keep miles low. How can you buy a performance car without experiencing its performance? The next day they raised the price by $1,000 - funny, considering the extra 0.25 miles we put on it. Was a total bummer visit. Lost a sale. read more

Poor experience! I feel only dishonestly there. I feel I didn't have a professional and honest service from the shop floor manager. I have a pre approval letter from my bank (a well known one). I don't understand why the shop floor manager said I can't use mine without even looking at my approval letter. (Other dealership accepted my bank before, so Ford is "special"?) Instead, I need to use his high APR financing plan. He said what I need to do is to refinance by myself from my bank after financing through their high APR. Let's say the car price is $10k, but he said there is a tiny disclaimer said add more items were added by dealership (not even listed in the small window sticker). Since the words are tiny, I of course missed them. So the price they put on the ad is completely off. Why don't they just list those add on items on the ad with normal font size? As a customer, I was misunderstood by the sale price. I would think what else I would be misunderstood by the car they presented? To me, integrity and honesty are important to do business. I will NOT recommend this dealership to my friends and family for 100% sure!!! read more

Good afternoon Steve. This bad survey could have been avoided if you workers cared at all about your customers. Tuesday afternoon through last night I called over 10 times trying to get a manager. I purchased my 2022 Ford Escape from Diamond Ford, located in Lancaster, CA. I readily admit I had no complaints about my purchase. However, I did receive a "recall notice" from Ford regarding a potential crank shaft issue. I called to schedule a check and was routed to an answering service. I called back, spoke to a representative who effected a service ticket. I didn't receive notification for service check/repair. Out of frustration, I drove to Diamond Ford and spoke with the sales manager who directed me to the service department. I spoke with Dan DiGiovanni who scheduled service. Those issues that could be addressed were. Ensuing, Mr. DiGiovanni explained he had to order a part and will schedule appointment for additional services. Mr. DiGiovanni exemplifies customer service, for he is efficient, courteous, and detailed oriented. To me, Mr. DiGiovanni is the "face" of Diamond Ford. When buying the vehicle, the salesman was Amazing...was great at sharing all the features of the Mache. Even drove it to my home at night so I didn't have to pick it up with someone the next day. When looking over the car the next day, I sent him photos of this odd film on the top of the vehicle. I didn't see it at night. I wasn't sure what it was or how to get it off. With the great service they provided before, I was hoping he would say bring it in...our detailer must have missed a spot. NO RESPONSE. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to call the dealership directly. The salesman on the phone answered very upbeat until I explained the situation. He didn't even have the decency to transfer me to someone else after I explained the situation of the film on the top of the car that would not come off. HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I thought, no way someone in customer service just hangs up, I must be in a bad area and it was disconnected. So I called back. A different salesman answered, I explained the situation and asked if they can help as the detailer missed the film that must have been a part of the protection film when the car was transported in. Again, HE HUNG UP. I will NEVER go to Diamond Ford again. What is funny is that I have a 4 car household, 3 of which are Fords. I would rather pay the extra money and find a dealership that actually cares for their customers beyond the sales transaction. I finally asked a professional detailer what they recommended. After hours of rubbing, the film finally came off. No thanks to Diamond Ford. read more

I am not sure why this place is called "Diamond Ford" it is more "Coal Ford". Service is indescribably poor from management on down. You as the customer need to double check their work and policies as they are not 100% sure about their job. Their demeanor is I am here for a paycheck not to provide "Diamond" service. Next is their general manager Sam and all down in their sales is of "Coal" status not "Diamond" for the exception of maybe one individual. You speak to them and they hear you just to get you out of the store as opposed to listening to the customer. Around March my husband and I went to Diamond Ford to look on getting a new Ford Explorer ST, the sales person showed us and let us test drive the SUV, it was amazing! After he told us they could give us numbers without checking our credit. This is our first time getting any new vehicle so we agreed to it, when we went inside and talked to the finance rep he had us fill out some paperwork, at the end there were 4 different inquiries of lenders come up on our credit, knocked my husbands and my credit to a depressing low. When the desk manager came to talk to us he told us he placed down some papers he told us we had to put 6k-10k down, however when we told him we were shopping around he snatched the papers and walked away.
