It took them nearly 2 weeks to repair the AC in my F250. The first time I picked up the truck they said it was good to go. On the drive home the AC never got cold so I called to tell them. Service department said I'd have to wait until the next day to bring it back. It took them nearly an additional week to find a fuse that went bad. Additionally, the people in the service office hide behind their foreign call center. Apparently to screen calls to buy them time to think up a story to tell you why your vehicle still isn't fixed. This was my experience this month. I've reviewed them before, in that service event they forgot to plug in my headlights after they completed the work. I'm not going back. read more

Yeah not sure what happened to this place but last service was terrible. I brought my Lightning in because I was having reduced range after the Trailer OTA recall was completed. They said they'd do a diagnostic but the warranty might not cover it. I understand if they don't find anything then typically they charge you a diagnostic fee. When I got to pick it up at Diamond Ford another rep goes to explain they had to update a number of modules that were causing the range issues, the battery needed a reset to 99% SOC, and they reset the lifetime cycles for the battery. He then says I owe $259 for the diagnostic because nothing was wrong with the HVB module, I believe quicklane got stuck on the HVB module because I said I looked online and saw it was regular for them to fail, even though the modules they updated were causing range issue. Now I know EVs are somewhat new but if you diagnose a vehicle and find an issue that matches what I brought it in for and the warranty is still valid, you don't pay for the diagnostic which I explained to the rep who even seems to have a hard time defending their position of payment. He then gives up and says I can talk to "my" rep tomorrow at which point I clarify he's not my rep, I called Diamond ford for service and they transferred to Quick Lane. Don usually helps me who is a great service rep there. Basically he tells me I can pay and get my truck or leave and come back tomorrow to talk to Quicklane rep. Dude was standoffish and rude. He also tried to say Ford doesn't pay them for updating modules even though I have service from other Ford dealerships where they just updated modules and it didn't cost me anything. So I had a range issue. They diagnosed and found the problem. Updated my truck. Didn't charge me time for the updates even though Ford doesn't pay them for it but charged me for the diagnostic and I am still fully within my warranty. read more

During that time, the vehicle sat outside with no window and was left completely exposed to the elements. It was not covered or protected in any way, and items were stolen from inside the vehicle while it was in their possession. When I called to report the issue, my information was taken and I was told I would receive a call back From management. Six hours passed with no response. I went to the dealership in person, and the only answer I received was, "We don't have time to look into it." This experience shows a clear lack of care for customer property and a consistent failure to communicate. Well after having a motor installed at this location and it going pretty horribly wrong returning over 7 different times and being sold over 40 thousand dollars in repairs I still have a truck that is back in there location with a check engine light on oh not to mention the fact they installed a motor forgot to put bolts in transmission and charged me another 6k because they made a mistake on top of that manually forced a regen on a dpf filter after telling me they were going to remove and clean they didn't do what they said they would verbally then altered a invoice stating I declined dpf replacement no they told me I didn't need to now I'm having problems with egr and dpf also forgot to mention there mechanic told me to find a more competent shop while dropping off my truck for the 7 th time and told me that in front of the entire office as there faces dropped I now have my truck back at location because no other shop wants to touch there mishap if things change I will update my review but so far diamonds cut deep It's important to have clear communication with a customer going into a engine replacement so that they are fully aware not be interested in shop profits and numbers I feel as if I wasn't made aware of all issues and expected ford to fix whatever was wrong for the amount I've spent at this point it would of been better to purchase a new truck again the conversation came up and the person helping me said it's cheaper to fix this one read more

Took my truck in for a broken window and annual service. My truck was in the shop for two months before being completed. While in the shop property was taken out of my center console. They left the window uncovered, outside exposed to the elements. I found cat vomit in the back seat and spider webs through out the entire interior of the truck. I called and no managers were available to take my complaint, stating they would have someone call me back. After 6 hours I recieved no call in return. Went in person and spoke to a manager who told me " he wouldn't have time to review security cameras to help figure out who stole my property. They offered to detail my truck since they did not cover the window. Their policy is they are not responsible for stolen property when it isn't the shop. Came to test drive a C63 AMG and left disappointed. We're replacing a GT350 in the same price range, so this was a serious prospect--until we met the salesman. He barely spoke, seemed uninterested in selling anything, and only let us drive the car in a tiny circle around the lot. For a sports car, that's kind of absurd. Poor experience! I feel only dishonestly there. I feel I didn't have a professional and honest service from the shop floor manager. I have a pre approval letter from my bank (a well known one). I don't understand why the shop floor manager said I can't use mine without even looking at my approval letter. (Other dealership accepted my bank before, so Ford is "special"?) Instead, I need to use his high APR financing plan. He said what I need to do is to refinance by myself from my bank after financing through their high APR. Let's say the car price is $10k, but he said there is a tiny disclaimer said add more items were added by dealership (not even listed in the small window sticker). Since the words are tiny, I of course missed them. So the price they put on the ad is completely off. Why don't they just list those add on items on the ad with normal font size? As a customer, I was misunderstood by the sale price. I would think what else I would be misunderstood by the car they presented? To me, integrity and honesty are important to do business. I purchased my 2022 Ford Escape from Diamond Ford, located in Lancaster, CA. I readily admit I had no complaints about my purchase. However, I did receive a "recall notice" from Ford regarding a potential crank shaft issue. I called to schedule a check and was routed to an answering service. I called back, spoke to a representative who effected a service ticket. I didn't receive notification for service check/repair. Out of frustration, I drove to Diamond Ford and spoke with the sales manager who directed me to the service department. I spoke with Dan DiGiovanni who scheduled service. Those issues that could be addressed were. Ensuing, Mr. DiGiovanni explained he had to order a part and will schedule appointment for additional services. Mr. DiGiovanni exemplifies customer service, for he is efficient, courteous, and detailed oriented. To me, Mr. DiGiovanni is the "face" of Diamond Ford. I will most definitely follow-up this Yelp review with a letter of commendation for Mr. DiGiovanni, especially since he was exceptional. read more

When buying the vehicle, the salesman was Amazing...was great at sharing all the features of the Mache. Even drove it to my home at night so I didn't have to pick it up with someone the next day. When looking over the car the next day, I sent him photos of this odd film on the top of the vehicle. I didn't see it at night. I wasn't sure what it was or how to get it off. With the great service they provided before, I was hoping he would say bring it in...our detailer must have missed a spot. NO RESPONSE. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to call the dealership directly. The salesman on the phone answered very upbeat until I explained the situation. He didn't even have the decency to transfer me to someone else after I explained the situation of the film on the top of the car that would not come off. HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I thought, no way someone in customer service just hangs up, I must be in a bad area and it was disconnected. So I called back. A different salesman answered, I explained the situation and asked if they can help as the detailer missed the film that must have been a part of the protection film when the car was transported in. Again, HE HUNG UP. I will NEVER go to Diamond Ford again. What is funny is that I have a 4 car household, 3 of which are Fords. I would rather pay the extra money and find a dealership that actually cares for their customers beyond the sales transaction. I finally asked a professional detailer what they recommended. My wife's vehicle came in for one thing and after sitting in their shop, they called my wife saying there was metal in her transmission and wanted to do a diagnostics on the vehicle. Around March my husband and I went to Diamond Ford to look on getting a new Ford Explorer ST, the sales person showed us and let us test drive the SUV, it was amazing! After he told us they could give us numbers without checking our credit. This is our first time getting any new vehicle so we agreed to it, when we went inside and talked to the finance rep he had us fill out some paperwork, at the end there were 4 different inquiries of lenders come up on our credit, knocked my husbands and my credit to a depressing low. When the desk manager came to talk to us he told us he placed down some papers he told us we had to put 6k-10k down, however when we told him we were shopping around he snatched the papers and walked away. Because of this I refuse to go back to Diamond Ford and instead purchased our new 2025 Ford Explorer at Galpin Ford. Where we didn't have to put as much as Diamond Ford asked. The desk manager was unprofessional and rude towards the end. I communicate with my friends and family to steer away from this place because of how they treated us. I live very far from the dealership and I called with a list of very specific questions for the salesman before I made the track out to come see the vehicle. My first red flag should have been when I specifically asked him about the suspension and aftermarket modifications, and and he ignored my question and neglected to send me pictures of the severely modified suspension. I knew that it would probably still be OK so I made the drive out anyways. My salesman was a young guy, immediately told me this is his first sales job and he's only been there a few months. He has a HUGE hickie on his neck and was unprofessional from the second I met him. He knew nothing about the vehicle and wasn't able to answer any of my questions I had to Google search and ChatGPT everything I needed to know. Fast forward, he tries to run my credit while I'm reviewing the Carfax. I told him that I'm not running anything until we can agree on a price. He was not able to negotiate with me at all. He brought his manager out who was unwilling to negotiate on anything. They refuse to take anything off the sticker price. So I walked away. A few hours later after I circled back and decided that I was fine with the sticker price and I would pay and tax and license. I got my financing approved and presented with them with the preapproval from Chase. They are a preferred dealer and work with Chase. I called at 9 AM to ask for the paperwork. I was told by Zack that he would be working on it and get back to me shortly. Still nothing 2 hours so I called the dealer and asked to speak with the general manager. The girl at the front desk tell me that the general manager is not available, but gives me a sales manager. He doesn't answer the phone and has a voicemail that's not set up. I called back again and they transferred me to a Sales manager who has a full voicemail and can't accept anymore voicemails. I call back again. Sam says he's gonna get the papers for me. Great. They call back, tell me the car is actually on a test drive and that they can't send me any papers because it's not a done deal until things are signed. I tell them I'm literally been begging you for papers all day. I've agreed to your sticker price I have my financing ready. Can you please send me the papers so I can secure this car? He tells me that the person that's driving is willing to pay more money and that they're going to pay for the diamond package that I don't want to pay for. I speak with another person who tells me that someone has left a deposit on the vehicle and they're gonna come back Monday to pay the rest and if they don't, they'll sell it to me, but that that person is willing to pay for the diamond package. I ask AGAIN please tell me what this package is. Over the course of the 24 hours and dealing with them not one person has came back to me with a counter offer or negotiation. They just keep getting mad that I don't want to pay $900 for 3M clearcoat protection on the vehicle. It's an off-road vehicle that is already scratched to hell and they keep trying to sell me on a $900 clearcoat that has already been clearly scratched. Manager came to me the day before with a piece of paper with a final offer that had the wrong sticker price. His outdoor price was $44,500. On their website when you try to purchase online it also shows an outdoor price of $44,074. I told him I was fine with the $44,000 price to purchase this car and be finished with this. He then asks me for my phone number, AGAIN. SO HE CAN WORK ON A NUMBER AND GET BACK TO ME WITH THE FINAL NUMBER. I SAID WHAT IS THERE TO WORK ON ? YOU DON'T HAVE A FINAL NUMBER? YOU CALLED ME BACK. ...YOU KNOW I WANT THIS CAR AND YOU STILL DON'T HAVE A NUMBER.... He then rattles off a bunch of charges and tries to tell me it's going to be $47,000 out the door for a car that's listed at $38,988 I BEGGED for papers and to purchase the car. They played every game they know and couldn't give me straight answers. Before you come to the dealership for anything at all, be sure to read their most recent reviews. And the last 12 months they have had an onslaught of terrible reviews. People have left very long reviews, explaining their situation similar to mine. I should listened to those warnings and stayed away from this place now I've wasted 48 hours of car searching and frustration for people that are clearly just trying to scam me out of a couple extra thousand dollars instead of making an honest sale. I asked multiple times for the general manager. Hoping he would have more sense than the sales people. I have been car shopping for the last two months.
