I wish I could give more than five stars. Christian and Aman at Diamond Mazda absolutely showed up for my family.
We came into this purchase after my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident, so this wasn't just a casual car-shopping trip for us. I had researched everything, talked to multiple dealerships, knew exactly what I wanted, and probably had more questions than any salesperson should reasonably have to answer.
Christian was incredible from beginning to end. I found out he has only been working at Diamond Mazda for about a month, and I honestly never would have guessed it. He was responsive, patient, genuine, and never pushy. He listened to what mattered to me, kept communicating with me throughout the entire process, and worked hard to earn my business instead of simply expecting it. He even came through with the mats I wanted before I left! Christian, if this is how you take care of customers one month into the job, you're going to do extremely well in this business.
Aman was equally amazing, especially with my mom. He took his time with her, treated her with kindness and respect, explained everything clearly, and made sure she was comfortable with what we were doing. That mattered tremendously to me. He didn't make her feel rushed or talked down to--he treated her like a person whose questions and concerns actually mattered.
What impressed me most about both Christian and Aman was that they made us feel like they genuinely wanted us to leave happy. There were plenty of opportunities during this process for things to become stressful, but these two kept showing up, solving problems, answering questions, and taking care of us.
We drove home in our beautiful new Mazda CX-90, Björn, and I couldn't be happier with her.
Diamond Mazda, you have two seriously valuable people in Christian and Aman. Take care of them. They represented your dealership exceptionally well and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience after an accident into something my family will remember for all the right reasons.
