I've bought a vehicle 4 different times and all I have to say is this is the best experience I've had. The salesman Tivo was very knowledgeable and professional. His manager Eric was very attentive as well. Over all gold experience read more

Very dissatisfied. If you like being ghosted and dealing with someone unreliable who does not keep her word than the service advisor Jessica is for you. The first appointment we made with her, we were on time she showed up late due to a personal issue. Problem has never been fixed after 2-3 appointments. Yes we were given a rental car twice while my car was supposed to be fixed. The third time we were promised a Lincoln loaner by Marissa Mckane and when we came in to drop my car off , they said Jessica was not in due to illness, then magically she appeared from the back. She promised to call when loaner came in and she NEVER called. Now today my car is letting me know it's time for first oil change etc. I call her leave a message and she of course does not call back. I call another person in service and ask if Jessica is in they say "yes I will transfer you" She doesn't answer . Finally I call back and schedule with someone else. Really great way to treat customers who bought a brand new Lincoln last year when it was AV Ford and paid for a full warranty. And She never apologizes just gives you more B.S.! I also think it's ridiculous that that the owner/manager only responds to positive reviews but doesn't care to make things right with dissatisfied customers. Usually businesses actually care to address customers issues but it just represents everything about this business that they do not care about they're customers. Best believe I will keep letting people know how bad this place is including the Better Business Bureau. I want to update my review to say that Customer relations manager Marissa McCain responded to my same review I left on Google reviews by twisting the events and not addressing the actual issues of Jessica being unreliable, dishonest, not calling customers back, and them not fixing my issue. So basically here is a company that rather than address the problems customers are having with their employees, would rather blame the customer than make it right. It just keeps getting worse. read more

I had been looking for a Ford truck for about a month. When I got serious, and saw that Diamond Ford of Lancaster had a great selection of used trucks. I stopped by there after dinner just to see in person what was on the lot. Salesman, Mordicai (not sure about spelling) greeted me. No pressure at all. He just asked if I needed help. I came back the next day I bought the truck that I wanted. I am pleased with the the team at Diamond Ford. read more

Watch out for these guys!! They will try to stick it to you if they can. Took my wife's car in venting issue due to failing actuator under dashboard. A $40.00 part and they were trying to charge me $800 for repair. They charge $180.00 per hr. He was trying to charge me 4-hours labor for a one or two hour job I declined. Diamond Ford is completely untrustworthy and not honest at all. Any car issues stay away from these guys take your vehicles elsewhere. read more

We purchased a Ford Flex in 2018, purchased the extended warranty and maintenance plan. Both do not expire until 2025, I have the contract! Diamond ford says the maintenance plan expired in January. Brought them the contract, they have given us the run around for 3 months now. Contacted Ford corporate customer service, both are now saying since AV Ford was bought out by Diamond Ford, they do not need to honor our contract?! How is this possible? We also have work that needs to be done, got approval from our extended warranty to have the work done, nobody at Diamond Ford will call us back to schedule this appointment. Will never buy another Ford again. Love my car, so disappointed in the company. read more

I took my 2004 Tbird into Diamond Ford in July 11 2022, because it had a check engine light on and I needed to get it smog, they started taking it apart and complaining they aren't able to get parts .Month after months went by and more problems, they were poor in keeping us with updates. it wasn't until I contacted The Bureau of automotive repair and got them involved that I was able to get my bird car back January 13 2023! 6 months later. The check engine light is on and I am back to the same problem. I need to get it smog. $1900.00 later they did waive this cost but I believe the Automotive Bureau had something to do with that! So I wouldn't leave my car anywhere until they have the parts in hand. sincerely S.Hensley read more

My husband and I had such a heartbreaking and disastrous experience at Diamond Ford of Lancaster, California on March 23, 2024. This experience had us in the dealership from 2pm until about 9pm. Our goal was to leave out with a car within a specific budget. Everything started out normal as our sales person Jonathan helped us look at different cars and assisted in getting the car buying process started. Jonathan was the ONLY sunshine to such a dark time at this dealership. Everything went sour once the floor manager Eric got involved. When we first spoke to him everything was nice and he seemed to really care about helping us. We negotiated various prices and finally reached an agreement within our budget. Once the agreement was made as far as pricing and the down payment, we received the keys to the car, the car was washed and filled with gas for us, and we were even able to get our profile connected and set up with the app for the car. This is where everything took a turn. We were waiting to meet with finance to sign all of the documents. The lady that was in charge of finance that day came in and stated that she had great news and that she was able to get our payment down $70 lower than what we agreed upon. We were ecstatic and signed the vehicle registration documents a long with other documents pertain to the vehicle. A few minutes later, Eric came into the office and asked us if we heard the good news. We explained to him what we were told and that we were very excited. He was kind of taken back and abruptly left the office to discuss with finance. Upon his return he stated that there was a "glitch" in the system and our monthly payment would be well over $200 the amount we discussed previously. This is prior to the "good news" we had just received. So, every number from the beginning of negotiating was wrong. All the information we were told and agreed upon was wrong and inaccurate, which is pretty hard to believe. We were stunned and lost for words. We were trying to make sense of it all and asked so many questions. Eric then tried to sell us a vehicle we were not interested in and of way lesser value for the same price. We told him that we were not interested and we wanted this issue rectified immediately. This caused for many trips back and forth of him going into the office in the back. Every time he came back to us the information started to make less sense. I'm honestly not sure if the General Manager was present, but if that was the man they were consulting with in the back room, he definitely didn't seem to care. Not once did he come out to speak to us, show compassion, or help fix this issue. Diamond Ford acted in very bad faith and deception. We asked to see the paperwork associated with our lease agreement where the "glitch" occurred, but you can tell it was a bunch of made up numbers and the original price of the vehicle wasn't even included on the documents. Eric kept trying to refer to the residual price which has nothing to do with our agreement until the end of the lease term. During this time he came off as very belittling and kept stating that this was "basic math." In the end, no one treated us with empathy or compassion. The entire process was very deceitful, disgusting, and very much distasteful. Of course, we ended up leaving without the vehicle we mutually agreed upon and signed for. We even had the keys for heavens sake! We also asked if we could take the documents home that included the discrepancies. These documents had our name and home address on them, but they refused and stated that they have shredded the documents. Diamond Ford did not live up to their mission statement at all! They claim to strive for customer satisfaction and we left with zero satisfaction! We also were not treated with respect and courtesy. The integrity was also very non-existent. This situation will be reported to the BBB and corporate. Justice will be served for this dealership truly acting in bad faith and basically fraud once you look at all the facts. As we are looking at previous reviews, this is not the first time this has happened at Diamond Ford. read more

I walked in to check about an F150 Lariat and was set up with Brian as my sales person. He was competent, flexible, and responsive. When I walked into the Finance office and finished up my, very quickly negotiated, sale, I was able to work the paperwork out with Ashley. She was friendly, helpful, and respectful. I loved dealing with Brian and Ashley. I would come back and buy another Ford vehicle from these two, even thoughI live 350 miles away! Thank you, guys :) read more

Yikes!!This dealership USED TO have a really great service department. Great communication, they did great work and they were fairly priced (not cheap, but fair because the work was quality and could be trusted). We have been going there for YEARS! Unfortunately that is no longer going to be the case moving forward. They had our truck for WEEKS. When I dropped it off I told them it was likely a damaged wire. They ignored that, and eventually replaced the thermostat. We were told it was finally done and fixed, so we picked it up. We paid $3400 only to get 8.3 MILES from the dealership and it broke down WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THEY SAID THEY FIXED. After having to get the truck TOWED HOME, I called the dealership to get their explanation of why we paid $3400 after WEEKS of waiting only to pick up a truck that has THE SAME PROBLEM as when we dropped it off to be fixed. Of course, when I called, I was auto sent to voicemail, so I called again and asked to speak with a manager. The receptionist was lovely and went above and beyond to try and get me a person to speak with. She ended up connecting me with the Service Manager, Dante. If you are looking for polite and professional behavior - do not speak with Dante the Service Manager. To say that he was dismissive, defensive and rude would be a tremendous understatement. His profound advice was for us to have it towed it to them again. Umm, why would I do that? We took the truck to a different dealership. Turns out it WAS a chewed up wire that had to be replaced AND the thermostat Diamond installed was poorly installed on top of being faulty!! Thankfully the Ford guarantee took care of their subpar work. In a nutshell... - you will almost always get voicemail. - you will never get an update. - when you do get a human, they are not going to have any answers for you. - HERE is the big one: you can't pay them to a job and TRUST that they did it to completion, nor can you expect them to have any sense of making it right when they mess up. read more

Went in with my mom today to look for a new car for her and test drive some on her list. we were greeted by Richard who was very kind and welcoming. We let him know we were just there to test drive and he was kind about it. He pulled every car we asked spent hours allowing use to look and try different cars. listened to what we wanted and needed in a new car. Richard went above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with when looking at cars and was not pushy. If you are looking for someone to buy a car from ask for Richard you won't regret your decision of working with him. Car dealerships need more young men like him who truly listen and respect what the buyer is asking for. read more

I put my f150 truck in for a service and inspection in preparation for a coast to coast drive with a trailer my regular mechanic was busy. I seem logical they would have plugged in a code reader but the plugs had only 40,000 miles on them so they should have been still good but lancaster Ford didn't touch them ether. And that was 40,000 miles ago so when they were found they looked like they had been in the truck for 140000 miles. These cost me two nights in needles $5,000 in repairs and a delay I'm not doing business with Diamond Ford any more. read more

This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced and I have bought 2 Volkswagen Jettas, a Ford Expedition, a Cadillac Escalade and 2 7 series BMWs. These people cashed my check the very next day I gave them to order the new Mach E Premium model. No one has shown me any evidence that the car was even ordered. Frank, the salesman brushed me off when I kept inquiring about whether or not the car was ordered. He stated that it should be ordered but I would have to talk to Javier. Javier could not give me proof of such and stated he would check on it the following day. No word from him. I called to inquire about the order the lady was rude and said Javier would call me when he gets in. No call. I have been dealing with is since July 6 and still no progress. I went in today to cancel the order and some bald-headed jerk told me I had to wait until business hours Monday. Well, I work until 4:30 every day. It is funny how companies will take your money and not provide you with great service.. Do not do business with this company. You will regret it. read more

Went here on Thursday 3-23-23 for sales. We were greeted in the lot by self proclaimed floor sales manager. I believe his name was Eric. I asked if we could speak to a sales associate who's a "bronco expert." He said he could help. So I told him we'd like to build our bronco and put a deposit down so that when order banks open on March 27th that he can put it in for us. He replied "no, we can't do that." I replied "are you suuuuure?" He said "absolutely, we can't do that." So I said "okay, we'll go to galpin." We walked back to the car, went home and called galpin. Guess what? Not only did they take our build, but we were able to give them a deposit for our reservation. Sucks that a sales floor manager doesn't know what they can and can't do at Lancaster Ford, but a regular salesman at galpin does. Kinda sucks because now I'm inclined to take my service related business to galpin as well because of this experience. read more

The absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with!! Bought a used Transit and gave them 3 weeks to fulfill their due bill of replacing a gas cap cover and fix the rear door's bottom latch. They finally got the gas cap cover replaced but when I went to pick up the van, the rear door latch still wasn't fixed. They sent me off the part to fix at a different Ford dealership. When I brought it to the downtown LA Ford dealership, they said they gave me the wrong part. Luckily they had one in stock and I paid $461 for the part and labor. I told this to the sales reps at Diamond Ford, and they sent a printing label, but still to this day have not reimbursed this. They are obligated to fulfill their promises on the due bill and I've literally been calling EVERYDAY!! I get the same bullshit round about of a manager being in a meeting or unavailable or that they'll call back. There's ALWAYS excuses and no resolve. Even when I do reach managers, they said they'll look into and call back but never do. It's been over 2 months now and this is completely unacceptable. Please avoid this dealership at all costs. All lip, no service. Snakes in the grass with no ethical business practices whatsoever, so please save yourself a lot of time and headache. I will be filing with the BBB at this point. read more

Very poor customer service in every department. No follow ups so I have to call to find out anything about a Brand new vehicle that we bought and has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road or in my driveway. No one answers the phone and no one seems interested in trying to make a customer happy. My wife is extremely unhappy and is basically done with Diamond Ford and their lack of empathy. This vehicle should not have been on the lot as it was deemed unroadworthy from day 1. This dealership should do the honorable thing and return our trade in Ram 1500 and take back this lemon of a Bronco so we can all move on but seeing as no one in authority can even give us a call back and answer any of our questions or concerns how will this even happen. They just want a sale and then forget you. Worst experience we have had in 29 years of buying a new vehicle. Shame on them!!!! Also the website that has meet our staff on it is out of date. Probably everyone has left. Only solution in this is a buy back from Ford I am assuming. read more

Purchased a Certified 2018 Ford Fiesta in December 2022. When I went to pick it up the kid who sold it to me sent me text messages stating that a few parts were on order due to them being broken and he would call me when they arrived. It's May 2023 and I have called numerous times requesting my parts but no one has nor will help me. I stopped by and showed the text messages to the sales staff management and he let me know the salesman wasn't no longer employed with Diamond. He agreed to order the parts for me but never did. The car leaks oil excessively, makes a shuttering noise when you turn it off, the horn doesn't work at all, the steering wheel is missing buttons, the break light is broken and hanging from the ceiling, the chair adjustment cover is broken and hanging off, it smells like cigarettes, and there is a cigarette burn mark in the seat which was conveniently covered up during the time I viewed the car. Over 4 hours for a 30,000 mile servicing on a 2018 F150. I had a appointment but it makes no difference at this dealership.

I saw a van online, Ford Transit offered at $24,999 called spoke to Luna, said the car will be ready at 5, come down and buy it, then Miguel, Fabian also followed up and said it will be ready in one hour, its being detailed, I drove from San Fernando Valley in 110 heat, to get there to say the car is not ready, they showed me the van in the shop and refused to sell it. saying come back when the van is ready, I left. the same evening, the raised the price of the van to $45,999. I called in the morning spoke to Luna, she said the van is still not available , I said then why is it on the website, she said it was a mistake, then I asked to speak to the general manager (Gus Briones) explained to him that I want to buy the van for $24,999 plus tax and license and once its ready out of shop, I can come pick it up. he said he can't do that, he wouldn't honor the price that was online, he said they made a mistake. 0 Star rating.................. I am very disappointed with this dealership, and I wish I would have never done business with them. They do not care about their customers; their customer service is horrible! I spoke to Alex one of their Sales Managers to express my concerns after I purchased a used car from them with hopes that they would assist in resolving an issue that came up a couple of months after we purchased the car from them. I purchased the warranty which was not cheap, but I was told that wear and tear was not covered even though the car was sold to us with this problem that we were not aware of until our first rain. It's been over a month since he promised to speak to his boss to review my concerns to see how they could best assist me, but he never did. He told me that their priority was customer satisfaction, and that customer loyalty was very important to them then never followed through. I spoke to him a couple of times after this, but he never got back to me. I called once again and now he won't speak to me since he is now in the Finance Department, so I left a message with the receptionist asking the new Sales Manager Bob to contact me, but also never heard back from him. I guess they would rather lose business than to assist me with my concern. I would not recommend anyone to purchase or get serviced at Diamond Ford Lancaster, please take your business elsewhere. I will not be going back to them ever again which is such a shame because they would have gained a good customer as I have purchased multiple cars with Chevrolet whom I'm very happy with and have been very loyal to them for many years; I only went with Ford because my son wanted a Mustang. Horrible experience and would never recommend to anyone! read more

Where do I start. I see why this company has very low ratings. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, but I must say this was, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Looked at a used car and was given a price which seemed fair. Then came the old bait and switch. Salesman informs me there are other things that come with car that total another $5400... SAY WHAT!? I tell him I don't need all this other BS. He tells me, it's for my benefit. Sure it is. Then asks, what can we do to earn your business? I say, you can start by giving me the price you quoted without the stuff I don't want. He totally ignores my answer and proceeds to give me the usual car salesman routine. Then of course his boss comes in and gives me his line of BS. So after wasting about 2 hours of my time I leave. Of course I then get several calls over about two weeks asking me the same stupid question. How can we earn your business... lol. My response was same as before, give me price you quoted without the stuff added for MY BENEFIT. In the end the last price I get is original quote plus $1400 for stuff I don't want, and salesman proceeds to feed me his BS that it's a fantastic deal. FO. So yeah, my best advice is stay far away from these typical shyster sales people, Bernie and his boss Eric. Disreputable as they come. To end my story on a good note, I found a better used vehicle same make and model for $2000 less and no hassle from salesperson about buying extra BS for my benefit. I'll be leaving a good review for that dealer. read more

I really did not want to make this review but after 6 text to review the business, I will. This place is disorganized period. Bought my Ford Bronco after waiting 2 years, not the dealerships problem of course. Very existing however since my order was updated multiple times I did not get everything I wanted. Had to pay more for steps when they were on my original order the first two times. Somehow did not make it on the last order and no one has an answer as to why this is. Paid 3 times as much after the fact. There are a few individuals who know what's going on in service and I do appreciate them however the phone system is junk cannot get ahold of anyone goes to voicemail and no one calls back after a week of waiting. Final straw was no call back about my vehicle being ready for pick up from quick lane. Called got voicemail twice. Went back to quick lane at around 5:20pm doors are locked my broncos outside. Mind you door says closes at 6:00pm. No one is around no call nothing. Have to drive over to dealership to get my truck back. Excuse was service advisor went home early. Not a good excuse have someone call your customers and let them know about their vehicles and where to pick up. I will not be doing any business here anymore. I ordered the new Ford Maverick on June 29, 2021 from Diamond Ford. And agreed on the full MSRP.,plus the $1500. Destination fee. And I had to put down a $500 deposit. I was told there was no other fees other than tax, license and registration fees. I ordered the basic XL model with nothing extra. They called me up yesterday, which was 6 months after I ordered it and said the truck was delivered that morning and was ready to pick up. They told me that there was another $3,488. Charge for anti-theft (other than the regular anti- theft system that comes from the factory) , Cilaget coating, and a paint protection. I told them that I did not order this and I did not need it . They said that it was on there from the factory so I had to pay it. After doing further research , I found out that was not true. I talked to them again and they back stepped and said that they had put it on there at the dealership that morning, supposedly. But they still insisted that I would have to pay. I am so disappointed after waiting 6 months for the truck to find out that they are going to charge me for a bunch of extras that they said that there was no extra fees for. I found out that the papers that I had signed was just A approval for them to do a credit check on me and was not a contract. Beware of Diamond Ford you cannot trust what they say. read more
