Stopped here for cocktails before our trivia night and it was the perfect night - our group of 4 sat outside on the patio furniture. It took me forever to pick from the delicious fall menu - I ended up with the Pumpkin Chai (ZinEin Bourbon, Aztec Whiskey, Chai, Cold Brew, Lemon Juice, Pumpkin Parmesan Foam, Nutmeg & Pumpkin Cookie BABY) and my husband got A BLUEBERRY'S WILDEST DREAM Zin Fin Bourbon, Herbal Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Blueberry Puree, WalnutBitters, Topped with Sage Foam. Both were delicious! A little pricey for a cocktail but worth it - the foam was delicious and loved the ginger snap that came with mine. I'm not a huge whiskey drinker but have been trying to get more into it and honestly I couldn't even tell whiskey was the liquor in my drink. Will definitely go back and try other cocktails!

Cool little spot in the dairy district. Lots to see and do in that area. They had a bunch of unique cocktails. I had a bacon old fashioned and the wifey had something fruity I can't remember.

Amazing and unique drinks. The butter board was a favorite. The gin & tonic they recommended came in a cute round glass and tasted so fresh, light, and fruity. Loved the mango lassi cocktail, tasted like a dessert. The service was excellent.

So since I got a knee injury, handicap accessibility has become an issue in my life. The staff was awesome in supporting accommodations to ensure I could get up the (short) stairs to the restroom (even in a wheelchair) and making sure the table was the right height. Love love love the staff! Drinks are pricey, but so good and so worth it. Our first drinks were the painkiller and the Singapore sling, both of which were delicious but I liked the painkiller more. Our next round was the chai old fashioned and the blood orange flip. Both were SO good, probably our favorite round. The chai old fashion was very whiskey forward, with cardamom and cinnamon on the backend. The flip was a little more chill, but still tasty. Highly highly recommend and will absolutely be back next time we are on the dairy block.

A beautiful distillery serving up our favorite cocktails during our Denver trip! I love a gin cocktail, and was excited to see so many of them on the menu! Staff was friendly and helped us make a decision on what to order too. This distillery was a little tricky to find as we walked around the area, but definitely worth it!

I do not drink gin but I started drinking gin here! The cocktails are works of art. They are beautifully presented and delicious! I loved that you are able to enjoy the outdoor seating in the Diary Block "alley". Great for people watching! The service was ok. The bartenders were the ones really doing the work! I recommend this place for a quick drink or to spend an evening sitting on the comfy couches to watch the world go by. I was impressed. Don't miss this!

We came to Deviation for the first time and it won't be out last! We started with the gin flight. It was really fun to try all the different flavors of gin and figure out what we liked. The mixed drinks were fabulous. Very fresh ingredients.

The space is clean and simple. They have a good selection of cocktails that utilize their gin, bourbon, and whisky. The two drinks that we ordered were very tasty and refreshing! Service was good and is what is typically expected. Overall, a good spot for quality cocktails if in the area.

Got two of the tiki cocktails. What a fun vibe - went with a few coworkers. So many Gins - so interesting!! Everything was so delicious and loved the glassware (I'm really into interesting and variety of glasses). The server was friendly, helpful and patient. It was nice to have a seat by the door yet have the AC given this crazy heat. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is a cocktail snob like me

OBSESSED. I still feel grateful for the opportunity to be introduced to Deviation Distilling for the first time. It was at a Yelp Elite event, though I promptly came back the following week to show this place off to my best friend. Walking down the back alley of Milk Market is a magical experience in itself. I love the welcoming outdoor patio of Deviation, as well as the open-air entrance continuing towards the back. Lots of different vibes to explore. I met Bob (the owner) at the Yelp Elite event, who explained that his wife did all the artwork for their bottles. What an incredibly talented family! Whether you come here for whiskey or gin, order their flights to try them all. Then get a cocktail with your favorite spirit. Can't go wrong with a classic G&T, though I personally love the Aviation. You can taste how handcrafted the cocktails are, and the fantastic service makes it that much better. I hope Deviation Distilling continues to grow in popularity. I will certainly be taking more friends and dates here, both in the afternoon (perhaps playing hooky from work) and late evenings. Parking can be tricky since it's near Union Station, but I haven't had trouble finding a metered spot. They have a few small plates I haven't tried yet, i.e. charcuterie board. Photos show them off well, so I'll have to add that to the order on my next visit.

Terrific Atmosphere!! Love the vibe here! The lighting is chill. The drinks are great, too. The gin and whiskey cocktails are so amazing! I had the Chai Old Fashioned. Zinfin Bourbon, Aztec Whiskey, Chai Demerara, Tiki Bitters, Cardamon Bitters, and Orange Peel.

Bill our bartender was so fun & knowledgable. He accidentally gave us a larger our on our whiskey flight but thanks to him, we bought two bottles to go home with & he shared where to get our custom ice cube marker from. We've been to milk market several times & this is the first time we stopped into Deviation thanks to the Denver passport. Get one of their signature cocktails like the cucumber basil which is seasonal but so refreshing!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.

I had the eggs Benedict with duck, which was savory and tender- would get again, even if it was a little small for a $22 meal. Great for a date or if you are impressing someone. Don't let the location scare you off- everything around it looks closed but once you get inside it's absolutely beautiful. I can't end this review without gushing about the staff. I had a weird fainting episode and scared the crap out of my friend- our server and the rest of the staff were on it, so sweet and helpful. Laid back vibe and welcoming staff. Nothing pretentious at all. The bartenders were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Always stayed on top of my drinks. The thing I like most about Death & Co is the way the categorize their drinks: Light and playful, bright and confident, elegant and timeless, boozy and honest, and rich and comforting. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious.
